I had a gutter filled with pine needles. As luck would have it the only way to clear was to disassemble downspout. As this involved some skilled ladder work I called EZ Roofing and Exteriors. Eric came out the next day and got the gutter working again. 5 out of 5 stars....Thanks!

We had a roof top vent for our dryer that was not made for a dryer and not installed properly as it would plug up. I called EZ Roofing and Exteriors and Eric came out to look at it said it could be replaced on our concrete tile roof. Within a week or so he and Ivan came out and installed a true dryer vent that looks great. EZ Roofing did a professional job at a very reasonable cost and were very easy to work with. I know they do major roofing work too, but was grateful they would also do small roofing related jobs. I would highly recommend EZ Roofing and Exteriors for any of your roofing needs.

Eric and his team did an awesome job re-roofing my house as part of a hail-damage insurance claim. They knew how to optimize the insurance claim. This was a year ago and my roof has done great.
I also had my insurance premium drop by 30% because of the new roof, which more then paid for my deductible.
I had some unique scenarios which the EZ team accommodated.

Had my roof and some windows replaced by these guys. I work a lot during the day so it was nice to find someone who could work around my crazy schedule.
