After hearing nothing... again, I called for the status on Tuesday morning and was told by Chris he would be getting on it.
Very poor service and no adult to supervise or help fix the issue.
Not one person in this business, including managers, seemed to be aware that a world wide pandemic is taking place.

I was quoted 1-2 weeks for some lawnmower work. After 3 weeks I called again and was told to bring it in, and since it had been scheduled for a couple of weeks, it would be a quick in and out fix. This was on Thursday morning. After hearing nothing... again, I called for the status on Tuesday morning and was told by Chris he would be getting on it. I then informed him I was coming by later to pick it up later either way. No phone calls during the entire almost month long process, and I was informed no communication between the inside employee's and the repair shop. Leaving 4-5 phone calls with no call back is a way to lose customers. This comment is not directed at the repair shop, as seemed overwhelmed and was trying his best. To the owner, if you want repeat business hire adequate help instead of dumping too many orders you have accepted on one employee. I say this understanding the challenges of owning a business being formerly self employed.

Went to buy electrical wire and the kid working didn’t want to measure it out for us so said to buy the whole roll but I didn’t need 250’ so he looked on the computer and it said there should be 178’ but I only need 150’ so it took him forever to figure out that he need to cut off 28’ then a fellow worker told him to measure it on the floor and he said oh that never works and if this is wrong you can’t return it very poor service and no adult to supervise or help fix the issue

Very helpful staff. They always will take the time to walk you over to whatever it is that you're looking for and ensure you get the right thing. There is also a large selection of everything from electrical to plumbing to lawn and garden and everything in between. Always go here!!

Fantastic place to shop. They have a large variety of things that are hard to find anywhere else in town. Everybody working there are kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about the products they carry. The store is always very clean and a very nice environment to shop in. Plus, the owners treat you like family!

This True Value with out.a doubt has to be The Cleanest Store I've ever shopped in Period,cleaner than some Groceries Stores......Very Impressive !
The Staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly ,a great group of folks.

Not one person in this business, including managers, seemed to be aware that a world wide pandemic is taking place. No protective masks, zero social distancing, and when I asked the clerk why, her answer was a "I don't have to wear a mask if I don't want to". If you value your health DON'T SHOP AT THIS STORE !! your life and safety obviously have little value to these incredibly ignorant merchants.
