Went to buy electrical wire and the kid working didn’t want to measure it out for us so said to buy the whole roll but I didn’t need 250’ so he looked on the computer and it said there should be 178’ but I only need 150’ so it took him forever to figure out that he need to cut off 28’ then a fellow worker told him to measure it on the floor and he said oh that never works and if this is wrong you can’t return it very poor service and no adult to supervise or help fix the issue

Always greeted as you walk in and with a smile. If they don't have it, they'll check to try and get it. Very happy with doing business with them

Best place to shop in town for all your needs the owners are amazing people and they are so humble to be around all the employees are super nice and very helpful go there every time I need something love it more than going over the hill

Very helpful staff. They always will take the time to walk you over to whatever it is that you're looking for and ensure you get the right thing. There is also a large selection of everything from electrical to plumbing to lawn and garden and everything in between. Always go here!!

Fantastic place to shop. They have a large variety of things that are hard to find anywhere else in town. Everybody working there are kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about the products they carry. The store is always very clean and a very nice environment to shop in. Plus, the owners treat you like family!

Selection, price and friendly faces make it worth the trip. Going over-the-hill to save a couple of bucks with $5/gallon gas is idiocracy. Shop local.

This True Value with out.a doubt has to be The Cleanest Store I've ever shopped in Period,cleaner than some Groceries Stores......Very Impressive !

The service is outstanding. The staff is always willing to help me figure out what I need next (or don't need). I never feel like I am being taken advantage of with items I dont need.

Not one person in this business, including managers, seemed to be aware that a world wide pandemic is taking place. No protective masks, zero social distancing, and when I asked the clerk why, her answer was a "I don't have to wear a mask if I don't want to". If you value your health DON'T SHOP AT THIS STORE !! your life and safety obviously have little value to these incredibly ignorant merchants.
