Rocky Mountain Catastrophe & Restoration

We have worked with Rocky Mountain Catastrophe and Cleanup on two separate occasions (2024 and 2025) related to remediation and repairs at our condo in Fraser, CO. We have been very pleased with assistance from Alison Behr in the administrative office in terms of coordinating services with RMCC. We have recently been working with Colten Warner and his staff (2025) from RMCC regarding remediation and resolution of a water leak in our condo. They have been helpful and responsive to this issue. We highly recommend this company to work with when needed.

Thankful for the quick response. Rocky Mountain Catastrophe was on site the next day. Colton and Justin were professional and responsive. The crews did great work. We felt heard throughout the process.

The mitigation work RMCat did was very thorough and the guys worked really hard to address damage. Communication could have been better to understand timing and everything going on. Having a 'case manager' to coordinate all aspects of mitigation through re-build would improve the customer experience. That said, I am super grateful to have RMCat in the Fraser Valley!

There was a water leak downstairs in our house, I called Rocky Mountain Catastrophe late in the day thinking that they may not be able to come until the next day but they showed up went right to work. Removed the carpet and padding that was ruined, hooked up the air dryers and had them running thru the weekend. Glad that I called them, very professional and fast. Will use them again if I need to, thank you all for your help.

I have a home in Fraser, Colorado, formerly known as the America's icebox; kinda like Frost Bite Falls (you know where Moose and Squirrel live), but much nicer! Anyway towards the end of January we had a cold spell where the temperature was recorded at -33 F, which anecdotally is really close to where the degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit are the same, e.g.-40 degrees. Anyway, you can guess what happened--pipes all over the valley froze. So I called Rocky Mountain Catastrophe and Restoration and they responded very quickly and mobilized the needed resources to access the damage and move heaven and earth to get the place dried out and ready for rehabilitation. They struggled to help me deal with a very recalcitrant insurance company to claw back as much coverage for the damages as possible. But that is another story. They went over their repair estimates several times to inform the three claims adjusters of the errors they were making. This was beyond the call of duty! Their timely intervention and attention to detail was amazing, from the first people on the scene, to the accountants in the back room with the sharp pencils, to the people who new what tests to perform and which suppliers to use. I whole heartedly recommend them and their team to help you if and when you experience damage to your home. I definitely will use their experience again if misfortune strikes (although I hope that doesn't happen for awhile-perhaps decade or two). I love these folks!

Contacted Rocky Mountain Catastrophe Christmas Eve due.to a catastrophic washing machine water incident. Water flooded our laundry room, adjacent walk in closet and leaked through to the room below soaking ceiling, framing and insulation. We.had a house full of guests for the holiday and Rocky Mountain Catastrophe immediately sent.out a team to remediate the issue with fans and dehumidification equipment to save the day. We greatly appreciated their immediate professional and friendly response to help us out in a stressful situation!! The service team was super friendly and we felt like we were in great hands. The equipment ran for 3 days in our house and each day service came over to check on progress to ensure progress. Hope we never have to call them again but would in a heartbeat and we highly recommend them if you ever have a need. I didn’t have a big job but the job I had was disgusting. The owner of the company even came to my house and looked at it and they had it cleaned up within 24 hours and it was immaculate. They were fast. They were nice and they cleaned up that mess like it had never happened. I recommend anybody no matter how big or small your catastrophe is. Call them immediately. They’re great. The guys are great to work with and the owner is the best thank you thank you.

On January 3rd of this year I walked into a flooded cabin from a burst mixing valve in my upstairs shower. Within one hour of my arrival RMCat was there and began the process of drying out the house. They emptied my belongings into a nearby storage facility and tore out the damaged flooring, Sheetrock and insulation in the first week or so. I returned to a second home in Missouri and when Colton and his crew were through mitigating the disaster everything was turned over to Jonnie. Since then the entire process has been excellent. All of the workers that were assigned to the tasks at hand were pleasant to deal with. I was kept informed of the completion of each stage and have been pleased with all of the work.
I heard from numerous local sources that asked who did the work and all stated that they heard only good things about RMCat. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to handle anyone’s situation.

These guys are fantastic - responsive, professional, friendly, and thorough. We experienced catastrophic water damage to our house, and they were so helpful and supportive through the entire process. They showed up immediately and stopped any further damage, and we also had them do the restoration work, which was top-quality. Probably the best part about it was that they worked directly with the insurance company, so we didn't have to get in the middle of any of it. SO nice. We highly recommend them!

Jonnie and Rocky Mountain Catastrophe are amazing. I gave them 5 stars because they took a condo that was completely flooded (from the unit above) and restored it! It was a big job. Given the supply issues we had, we went through last Thanksgiving and Christmas and the delays that go along with them but they kept at it and really did an outstanding job repairing our place. We could not be happier, and I'd recommend them highly.

I had a sewage line backup at my office. My landlord called them, and they were here within an hour and were able to remediate and disinfect. These guys are as good as it gets.

I was recommended to RMCAT by my home inspector for some crawl space work. Not only did I receive an immediate response and appointment for an estimate but they were incredibly friendly. Highly recommend RMCAT for their high quality workmanship, prompt response, and attention to detail.

A hot water heater failed 3 floors above us and flooded out utility closet and leaked into the wall and ceiling of our condo. RMCR took 3 weeks to make repairs of the drywall. The time it took was inconvenient and the work done was not acceptable. The drywall in the utility closet wasn't cut cleanly - it looked like it was ripped. The texturing in the bedroom does not match the original texturing. RMC&R did clean up the mess they made after the three week period, but did not return to fix the ripped drywall or the texturing.

We experienced a major issue with the plumbing in our building and frantically contacted RMCAT. They were quick to respond and showed up onsite within an hour. The guys at RMCAT went above and beyond for our business and were kind and professional. I absolutely recommend this company!

Rocky Mountain Castrophe did a great job for me. They worked hard to meet a deadline, kept me totally informed as to their progress. Hey were also well under the bids of companies in Denver.
