Ethan Epperson came for a roof inspection. He was extremely thorough, very knowledgeable and incredibly kind. He let us know what we needed and his presentation was top tier. I will be using Rob's Roofing when we get our roof repaired.

The other day, a solicitor from Rob’s Roofing stopped by our house. Normally, we prefer not to engage with solicitors, but this one was different. He offered to set up a free roofing inspection, and since we had only been in our home for less than a year, I decided to take him up on it.

During our home inspection before purchasing the house, we learned that the underlayment of our tile roof was original from when the house was built in the early 2000s. Since there hadn’t been any recent rainfall, the home inspector didn’t see any visible signs of leaks in the attic, so we assumed we had at least a few more years before needing to replace it. Given this, I figured an inspection wouldn’t hurt.

The next day, Connor from Rob’s Roofing came out. He was professional, personable, and thorough. He inspected both the exterior of the roof and the attic, inviting me to come up with him as he walked through his findings. He pointed out the issues that were beginning to develop due to the age of our roof, and long story short, our underlayment was well past its expiration date and was no longer effectively keeping water out.

What I appreciated most was that Connor took the time to understand our long-term plans for staying in the house. Based on that, he presented options that best suited our situation. He even stayed longer than necessary to go over everything with my wife once she got home, ensuring we both fully understood our choices.

The entire process was smooth, and at no point did Connor pressure us into choosing Rob’s Roofing or try to upsell us. He was a pleasure to work with, especially considering the stress of this expense coming up earlier than anticipated.

This is my second review for Rob’s Roofing, a fantastic family-owned business that has truly gone above and beyond. After a great experience with the initial inspection, I had them move forward with installing a new roof underlayment—and once again, they impressed on every level.

Jose, the crew supervisor, and his team did outstanding work. Not only was the craftsmanship top-notch, but Jose also took the time to clearly explain each step of the process. His crew was efficient, skilled, and respectful of our property. The job was estimated to take 3–4 days, but they completed it in just 2 without cutting any corners.

Tracy, the project coordinator, was incredibly helpful and kind throughout. She made the scheduling seamless and was always available to answer any questions or concerns, which really helped the whole process feel stress-free.

And finally, a big shoutout to Connor—who I had praised in my previous review for the inspection. He continued to check in with me daily during the project, making sure everything was going smoothly for my family. After the work was done, I noticed some damage to part of my property. I brought it to his attention, and he immediately took action, coordinating with Jose and the crew to come back and make things right—no hassle at all.

Overall, Rob’s Roofing has earned my trust and appreciation. Their professionalism, communication, and care for their customers make them a company I would highly recommend to anyone in need of roofing services.

The visit in total lasted about 3 hours. The work was completed this week & Scott & the hard working crew did a fantastic job. I was very pleased that I did not feel pressured by a "salesman type". Everything was explained so I understood the process. I'll be back to to review once the job is complete! And Scott had a nice hair cut!!
