Axel's customer service was excellent! I seriously felt like I was being taken care of like I was family. Axel was very detailed, had great follow up, was orgainized and very kind. His quality control standards are top notch, his guys were great, the job site tidy. Great job by all, much appreciated!

Harrison and Chris were very professional and thorough. They inspected my roof from above and below. They convinced me to use their company's expertise to replace my front and back patio roofs. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a case of overpromising and underdelivering. The communication with the office and roofing crew was poor and what I was told would be a one day job turned into 3 days, plus 2 more days of having them come back to fix some unacceptable areas. Most of the trash and roof debris was picked up and removed, but a leaf blower used to clean the back patio area sent much dirt and sawdust into my pool and onto my just cleaned patio. This was done again at the end of the 2nd day, even though I specifically told them not to use the blower. I would not use this company again, nor recommend them.

Connor and Ethan were very informative and did a thorough job throughout the project. They gave me honest feedback without overselling things I did not need. Cannot recommend them enough.

We’re in the beginning stages of our experience and will write another review upon completion. The two representatives Kevin and Ethan were absolutely wonderful. They were very professional, honest, knowledgeable, experienced, and made us feel at ease throughout the sales process. They were also extremely proud to represent Rob’s Roofing. They walked us through finance options, answered all our questions, told us a little about themselves. They by no means made us feel pressured to accept and sign with them.

The team at Rpbs roofing left us feeling so thankful to have picked their company to redo our roof. The process was throughly explained and extremely well executed. Chaz helped us pick out the best roof for us and saved our family a bunch of money to boot! Highly recommend. For an almost 2k Sq roof they got
it all done in and throughly cleaned up in TWO days.

Had someone knock on our door asking if we wanted a free roof inspection, we accepted. The next day Harrison shows up to our home to inspect our attic and roof, before the sales pitch started we let him know whatever the price given we would not be ready to sign a contract today. We went through his sales pitch and got quoted 3 different ways, the prices seemed fair but again we were not ready to sign a contract. Harrison made multiple phone calls continuing to drop the price. My husband told him again we would not be signing a contract as we were not ready. Harrison then took it upon himself to tell us that we must not be understanding the urgency/severity behind needing our roof fixed (we had a minor spot of water intrusion), after being rejected multiple times he then told my husband "you just must not care about your family since you are not replacing this roof". At that point we knew even in the future when we were ready to sign a contract this is a company we would never work with considering how their salesman continued to berate my husband for not agreeing to sign a contract even though we were upfront and honest in the beginning about not being ready to sign today. Based on their salesman alone I would never work with this company if this is how they treat customers they are trying to attract. I would be scared to see how they treat customers who have already signed a contract.

Rob's took care of my roof. After learning about them and what they do, I took the leap of faith and went with them. They were professional and quick. They did an awesome job on my roof. The price was about $1000 more than the competition but well worth it.

So many things went wrong during the time the crew was at my house. Along with the mess that was left after day one that I had to clean up to make sure my HOA didn’t fine me.
I am getting another inspection done since my confidence is so low in the quality of the work.

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Jose's crew for the awesome job that did on my roof. We had a few little hiccups with the project but Jose was on top of everything. I also want to thank Tracy and Harrison for addressing my needs and concerns.It was a little stressful at times but overall I am hap with the job. Thank you all

My recent experience with Rob's Roofing was excellent! Starting with the sales call, Ethan and Harrison were very professional, answering every question and providing information to help me make an informed decision. When the roofing team showed up a couple of weeks later, Jose (the foreman) spent time telling me what I could expect over the next 3 days. Jose was very considerate and committed to doing the best job possible. He helped me understand what to look for as the roof replacement progressed. I took before and after pictures to be able to compare the final result. I couldn't be happier with my new roof! The workers cleaned up the debris at the end of each day. Ethan came over when the roofing job was complete and did a final walkthrough to ensure I was satisfied. Ethan is a very caring person and committed to making the experience problem free. I highly recommend the company and Ethan, Harrison, Tracy, and Jose in particular. It seems to be a company that really cares about their clients!

We recently had Rob's Roofing inspect our roof. Chris H. and Connor did a good job looking at everything including inside our attic where there were a few areas that showed signs of water damage. After taking their time and explaining the process of replacing our nearly 25 year old roof we decided to proceed. The job was done in just over 2 days and we are overall very happy. The roofing crew did not speak English which created a few gaps in communication but the Project manager (Jared) did a good job trying to keep everything on track for us and answer all of our questions/concerns during the job. The crew did a good job of cleaning up after each days work. Every time I reached out to Chris H. or Tracy they were very good about being available and responsive along the way. Tracy worked with our HOA to make sure everything was acceptable as well which was a big concern. Everything we spoke about along the way happened like they promised so we are happy with our decision to use Rob's Roofing.

Ethan was awesome! Very genuine and helpful. I would highly recommend him to anyone that has any roofing needs. Rob's Roofing is a top notch company and Ethan is the perfect example of how a sales person should be.

I met with Chaz for my roof inspection. He spent a lot of time checking everything and supplied a lot of photos, explaining any issues he found with the roof. He provided good information about the company, repair process and products, so that I was comfortable with the information.

From start to finish, Rob’s Roofing went above and beyond to ensure we were informed and comfortable with the entire roofing process. They were the 4th roofer (out of 4) to come to the house and assess whether the roof needed a repair or a replacement. The roof was over 21 years old, so I figured it had to be replaced. Chris came over and was the only one of the 4 to ask to see the attic. He found water damage that I didn’t know about and provided me with the pictures he took while inspecting it. This alone was great service! (No other roofer even asked to see the attic). Additionally, he explained the process and materials that would be used. No surprises here as they completed the project in 3 days, just as we were told.

Tracy, the office manager, was also very responsive when I needed an HOA document signed. Within 15 minutes she signed it and emailed it back to me. Great service here, too!

The work crew arrived nearly exactly when we were told they’d showed up and got to work right away. Jose knocked on my door a short while later and introduced himself as the project lead. He educated us on the roofing material along with the vent replacements, bird stops, spacing of the battens, and the steps that each worker was doing. Communication was exceptional. We received regular updates on the project’s progress, so we were never left wondering what was happening. Jose was persistent in keeping us informed and it was clear that he genuinely cared about educating us, not just getting the job done.

The guys replacing the roof worked hard and even used a blower to clear any dirt and debris from the roofing tile and gutters. When the work was complete, we were amazed by how thoroughly the work crew cleaned up. They used a magnet to clean the front and backyard for any nails and hauled away the old pieces from the roof. After they left, I did a search and found no nails and a clean yard. Even the cleanup was thorough.

Chris, Tracy, and Jose were professional, knowledgeable, and provided exceptional customer service. We’re glad we chose them and will be recommending them to neighbors, family, and friends.

Harrison and Tracy were very helpful getting us set up to have a new roof. Harrison explained the process and answered our many questions .The workers were here for 3 days and worked very hard and cleaned up the mess each day. Harrison is super personal and friendly. He agreed to come back in the fall and check to see that the mold is gone.

Ethan was kind, considerate and respectful he was very helpful with explaining things. We felt very informed and learned a lot. And he tried very hard to get us approved and he spent his time and effort and was he is also very handsome and cute.

Very good presentation and explanation of work they would do, the quality materials they would use, along with photos of the roof, but I felt that the $33,000 price point was too high for a 1574 SQ/FT house.

All aspects of the project went as promised. I worked with Chris D and he was very responsive with any concerns. Tracy was amazing and on it with scheduling and ordering. They were all great!

At 25 years of age, I knew my house was fastly approaching the dreaded replacement of our roof. After searching the net, reading reviews, and speaking with neighbors, the selection proved a "no brainer". Worked with Chris H on a roof quote. Had a few people come out and I have to say Chris and this company made them an easy decision. They offered a level of honesty and professionalism that the other companies lacked. Proud to say I’m doing business here.

Workers were here from sunrise to sunset, only took a lunch break. Cleaned up everyday when done. Neighbor complained that garbage got into his pool and wrapped around his creepy crawly.

Rob’s roofing was a breath of fresh air. After experiences with TERRIBLE contractors the team with Rob’s was excellent. David and Kevin were great points of contact for me and the project. They were honest, responsive, and followed up as promised. Jose from Pharaoh Contracting, working on behalf of Rob’s, came in to keep the guys accountable! We had an issue with wood rot on our patio cover and Jose got the proper work done. Professional as they come! Everyone, nice job! Connor and Scott were extremely polite and efficient about my roofing needs. They were able to look/take pictures of my attic/roof and give me a reasonable estimate. Connor and Scott were very understanding about my financial situations and were able to give me options about payments. One Sunday afternoon, Chris P came to our door seeing if we needed our roof inspected since it was 20 years old. We decided to have them come and inspect, which is when Scott Boyer came to look in the attic, took many pictures and sat down with us for three hours to discuss replacing the roof. He literally took all the components and broke them down so that we can see where all our money was being spent. The fact they were licensed and insured made us feel at ease. My husband and I appreciated Scott for his time and professionalism.

Came door to door. Had them look at my patio roof and they insisted on looking at my main roof even though I expressly told them not to. Follow up with a non competitive quote for the patio roof and was extremely pushy. Came up with all the excuses in the world why their quote was double that of other contractors. Completely wasted my time.

Luke came by and helped out my husband and I with a new roof. He was quick, professional, and made it easy. Highly recommend Luke and Robs Roofing!

Chris and Luke came by to inspect my roof, and let me know if anything needed to be done. I found them both to be professional and polite. They showed me pictures of both the good and bad with my 20 year old roof. They explained that the tar paper was shot in a lot of places and what would be required to replace it. They gave three different types from good to best. They did not pressure me just explained available options.

I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a roof done.

The job was done so well! Connor was quick to set us up. On the first day, no one spoke English, and I had a few questions and wished one person spoke English, so that is the only lost star. Aside from that, it was a five-star service! The crew were pleasant and quick, and they seemed well trained. The biggest surprise was that it was done in three days, and EVERY DAY the crew was very good at cleaning up after themselves like they were not there. Connor was very pleasant to work with when coming for the inspection. I would recommend and hire them again. Thank you!!

Conner and David showed up for a free estimate and during the inspection which included lifting some flat roof tiles and snap shots from their phone Indicated worst than what I expected. Our roof is 21 years old and has taken a toll which you really can't tell unless you inspect like conner and David. Their attention to the different products that would fit our needs and our small budget helped so much to make our roof repair happen. Thanks guys.

This was a very unpleasant, out-of-this-world sales experience - something that haunted me for the entire rest of the day.

Last week, a sales guy stopped by to offer a free roof estimate. I naively agreed. Today, 2 VERY adamant salesmen visited me for over 2 hours on a Monday afternoon at 2pm. What followed was a nightmare!

Let me put down in bullet points to elaborate my ordeal.

- To begin, they knock on your door HARD, kiddo was napping, no apologies.
- There was an Asian guy and White dude. I will refer them as such to identify them. The white guy seemed to be professional but the the Asian guy was totally unprofessional from the get-go.
- Next, we go up the roof - luckily I decided to follow them up - the Asian dude proceeds to stepping on a tile right at its corner and breaks it off. Blames it on the tile. Says it could've been anyone you or me. So basically saying, it's not my fault, it's the universe.
- Next we come down, and the Asian guy directly proceeds to the dining room and stands in front of my family that are having their lunch, and starts his small talk interrupting their lunch. The dude stands right in front of them, staring them down, whilst they are eating, so my mother (just out of courtesy) offers lunch, again TOTALLY just out of courtesy. And the guy actually proceeds to the kitchen sink, washes his hands, sits down on MY CHAIR, and starts eating, all while I am HUNGRY, helping out HIS partner (the white professional guy) to get into the attic. When I come out of the attic room into the dining room, I see him sitting in my chair, happily eating lunch, making his small talk!! I am stunned.
- The Asian dude finishes his portion while I am cleaning the stains left behind by the white dude on my attic opening (white guy does not care about the stains, does offer to clean the floor due to the insulation mess). It's 245pm, I can barely control my frustration and anger now, and I am starving. Meanwhile, the guys ask me to have some lunch while they work their numbers. I can barely muster my patience at this point, but I still decide to entertain them to let them cook up their numbers.
- I get a few mins to grab a few bites of lunch and the loud knocking is back. I let them in because they INSIST on "SOME" time (please note "some") around the kitchen table to present their case.
- They start talking but I am still livid with how everything has unfolded so far. They proceed yapping for next 15-20 mins while I continue to loose my patience. By then it's already an hour and 25 mins and I am out of gas. I tell them I don't have any more time to give them. The Asian guy casually responds "What do you have to do. Where do you have to be?" I lost it there. My words - "It's none of YOUR business".
- But these chaps are battle hardened - it doesn't bother them. They continue yapping away for the next 35 mins making 15 different quotes despite me POLITELY trying to tell them, directly and indirectly, to leave me alone, but they persist like their lives depended on getting this deal done! We have all dealt with pushy sales people, but I've NEVER in my life dealt with someone that makes your life so miserable!!!
- After 2 BRUTAL hours of pain, sweat, infinite amount of frustration, and rage, I beg them to leave. I am so close to breaking down, I was almost contemplating calling the cops. They FINALLY leave at 4:02 pm.

Nightmare! Super unpleasant and harassing experience!! Stay away!!

NOTE: There are other reviews complaining about this kind of unpleasant/harassing sale experience. But, clearly, nothing changed their behavior. They probably don't care!

Found that Robs Roofing to be a very dependable outfit. Micheal from Tucson was helpful obtaining the right financing we wanted. He is a professional and pleasant guy to work with.

Will came to our door and asked if he could have someone take a look at roof. We were not planning on a new roof for Christmas; Josiah C inspected our roof and attic and found severe disintegration on our old tiles. We chose beautiful and thick new tiles and their crew showed up two days later. The roofers were very professional and cleaned up daily. The project manager spoke English so we were able to ask questions and know when to expect their arrival. Our new roof looks amazing and we are so pleased we chose to have Rob’s Roofing give us security from the Arizona weather. Tracy in the office was great to work with and so sweet. Well done entire team at Rob’s Roofing.

When Luke and Josiah came to inspect our roof and we were quite surprised the shape of our roof. They showed us our roof was in bad shape. They were very informative and answered all our questions. They were very professional.

Jared was spectacular, the crew was great and hardworking. We couldn’t be happier. The workmanship is top notch. Tucson is lucky to have such professionalism!

David & Kevin came by to do our inspection and bid. They were both very polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. They completed a very thorough inspection before sitting us down and clearly explaining the options, the materials as well as the roofing procedure. Best of all the price was very competitive.

The job was started less than a week later and completed in three days. The crew worked hard from morning to night and at the end of each day they worked just as hard to ensure the yard and job sight were as clean as possible. We were very satisfied with the job from start to finish.

I would definitely recommend Rob’s to anyone looking to redo their roof.

Kevin came to inspect our roof and provide estimates. He took his time on the roof and in the attic. Upon review we talked about the company’s background, contractor license and insurance. Then we reviewed good points and points of concern with the roof sharing photos and information about why certain areas eventually have issues and what they can offer in varying ways. He was polite, patient and straightforward and worked to find the right finance options and discounts to make us more at ease with our decisions.

After job complete:
Materials and workers showed up as planned. They were professional and respectful. The job took 3 days total for 2400 sq ft roof replacing the roofing material under the shingles and a few plywood boards with no shingle replacement. Each day the crew cleaned up the debris and nails. Appears to be a job well done.

Michel out of the Tucson az branch was the inspector and found a few problems with my roof and gave me a few roof options to fix my roof and they did a very great job on replacing and fixing my roof in three days.
But them doing a good clean up can’t be sed we definitely have a lot of nails in our gutter and around the ground that they didn’t bother picking up.
They also hit our mailbox and tried saying it wasn’t them tell you pull up the camera and now we got to fix the mailbox and bill them.

Dave came over for the initial appointment. He conducted a thorough inspection of the existing roof, both exterior and in the attic. Took several relevant pictures and took the time to walk me through the issues. This process then progressed to the 3 levels of product they offer. Decided to go with the best offered. Work starts in two weeks.

Completion update. Work was completed in 2.5 days, and a head of schedule. Everything met or exceeded expectations.
