Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Call three times and asked them to set up an appointment time to come look at our roof. Never set up an appointment just showed up and we weren't home. There fore couldn't discuss what we wanted done. Called office to discuss this and as soon as I said I was irritated I got told they didn't have time for anyone who's irritated and hung up on. Would not recommend them to anyone. I honestly think they are way to busy for extra customers.
