Robert Zuke Builders, LLC

As a local Realtor and Property Manager in the Kennebunk and Kennebunkport area, I have hired Bob Zuke to do many roofing jobs over the years. He does outstanding work, and I would not hire anyone else. His estimates will be higher than other roofers, always, because he does quality work and employs a full time crew, and if there is a problem he is a phone call away and very responsive. Bob has a lifetime of experience in the building and roofing trade, and believe me this experience shows in the quality of his workmanship. I'm leaving one star because i can't leave 0. In my business, ive had multiple instances where I've dealt with Bob Zuke. Every time i have, I feel like i couldn't possibly be any more sorry. To my surprise, he always finds a way to be even worse than the last time. If you're going to do business with Bob Zuke, the only things you can count on is the job won't cost what he tild you it would. It won't be done when he said it would and be certainly wont be there when you were told he would be there.

TLDR - what ever you need done, find someone else.

We had a great experience with Bob Zuke and his team. Bob called me back within minutes of my first phone call, his estimate was fast and reasonable, within a week of my call they were able to fit us into their schedule because our job was a small one, the crew was polite and went above and beyond what I expected (they painted the PVC bathroom roof vent black to match the house's trim). And finally, their work was done quickly and they cleaned up afterward so thoroughly that you'd never know such tough work had been undertaken. We are very pleased with our experience.
