Replace the roof on our townhome 2024. They had no respect for personal property, they didn’t completed the ridge vent. We have a hole in the roof that has now created an issue with mold/mildew. Texted Mr. Leonard directly and once he learned the address, has not responded. Customer service is horrible and I would not recommend him regardless of how long he has been in business.

Great company. Have used him for years. Just did a full roof replacement. Could not be happier. High quality work, great crew and terrific owner. Not sure why anyone would use an out of town roofer with their crazy quotes. And I’m not sure how anyone wouldn’t be thrilled with Robert and his crews’ great work.

I had the same experience. He did a job for dry b lo that we paid over $10,000. He would not return our call. I have called for months and he would not respond. I called from a different number and he answered. He told me to send pictures and he would get back with me. I did but he Did not get back with me. He have so much leaking that we will be trying to fix it ourselves. Horrible service. Would never use him again!

This company does not stand behind their work despite being told that the work was guaranteed. Robert seemed to have great communication up front. This drastically changed when the repair we contracted for was paid for but not technically fixed. We had a leak in our home that was temporarily fixed and began leaking shortly after causing irreparable damage to the insulation and sheetrock. We called Robert Lenard several times to follow up on his work and fix the leak under his guarantee. Our calls and texts were completely ignored for months. When he did finally answer because we called from a different number he scheduled a follow-up visit but never showed up nor returned calls or texts sent to him. Do not use this company and expect different results. Terrible service.
