I have been working new construction for over 10 years now and Roaring Fork Construction is one of the few builders around that checks all of the boxes. They are honest, fair, thorough, reliable, keep a tight schedule, and the work is of the highest quality. You cannot go wrong with these guys on your side!

I needed a framer for my new home construction because others, including general contractors had bailed out on me for other work. The market was hideous in finding good people in 2021 and gouging and crooks plentiful. Grant, however, was willing to take a gamble on me and work me into his schedule for the framing. He was incredible. In the end he was about $50k under the contract price and even with extras for doors, windows, etc. he still was under the contract price by about $20k. What was also special about him is that his work was perfect and done as he said it would be. He was always remarkably courteous, always responsive, and patient with me, and his integrity and fairness truly extraordinary. Here is the thank you message I sent to Grant today with my last check: "Enclosed is a check per the final invoice. I want to express again and again, my deep appreciation for taking my framing project on and doing such an incredible job. Everyone who has been to the site remarked at what a great and clean job you did. To me as well was your kindness in taking on the project to help me out of a bad fix, but also your patience in working with me on so many items like the windows, doors and fireplace. Most importantly, I cannot tell you how much your courtesy, professionalism, integrity and fairness means to me. I have had some pretty rough experiences in the last few years and even today another big disappointment by someone who breached a commitment to me. But for you and a couple of close friends, I have pretty much lost faith in humanity. You are truly a rarity and gem."

Roaring Fork construction does excellent work and is attentive to customer’s needs. Grant is comfortable building in almost budget levels and is a pleasure to work with.
