This is an excellent company! I would highly recommend them! My gutters were full/clogged, which caused water to come in my house through my bedroom ceiling late on a rainy night. I was freaking out! After placing a bucket under the leak, I found Roanoke Window Cleaning on the internet and reached out around midnight. Larry Puckett responded early in the morning and indicated that he could fit me in his schedule that day due to the urgent nature of my situation. I was so relieved! He was on time, very nice, and professional. He and Issac did an excellent job and did not leave any debris in the yard, which has happened with other companies. The price was also reasonable. In addition, Larry followed up with before and after pictures. I am so happy and relieved to have found a company that offers quality, profession, reliable service at a reasonable price. I will definitely contact them in the future!

I would highly recommend Roanoke Window Cleaning! They did a fantastic job with my windows and skylights! They’re very reasonable and the wait time is short. The owner is very friendly, easy to work with and accommodating to your schedule and needs. I’ve used them in the past for gutter cleaning as well and will certainly continue to call on them in the future!

My conversation with Larry started when I randomly searched for a window cleaning company in the Roanoke area and called several on a Friday afternoon. As one of the preparations before putting the house up for sale, I wanted to get the windows cleaned and needed someone fast. It was almost weekend, and the response was scarce.
Then I found an eloquent, personal note from Larry Puckett Jr in my mailbox; he knew the house for many years and serviced the two previous owners. He offered to clean the windows and gutters (cleaning, flow check, and securing lose ones) for an excellent price.
I was captured by his enthusiasm, responsiveness, and timely/excellent service. He got the windows cleaned before the open house,…. and then there was no open house because the home sold so fast.
I give credit to Larry Puckett Jr and the Roanoke Window Cleaning Team because the sparkle of the windows helped present my home as the jewel it is.

Larry and team did great work. Even went over and above with the work we had discussed. Would highly recommend.

This review is coming verrrry late after the service I was given (my apologies). However, his quality of service with the gutter clean he did and attention to detail stuck out so much that it made me remember him today while we're getting all this rain. It was everything you would expect from a professional and more. For example, he noticed we had branches from our trees that were touching our house which he snapped off while he was on the roof working. Thanks Larry!

I used them for gutter cleaning and a clogged down spout. Excellent work and communication. Larry sent me pictures of the job and explained the whole process. He fixed everything in one visit. I recommend them for gutter cleaning and related issues. Also, if I ever need window cleaning I know who I’m calling first.

I had Larry come out to clean my gutters in November 2019. He was great about being in touch regarding the schedule, sending photos of the work, and getting the job done. He'll definitely be my guy for similar work in the future.

It's so wonderful when someone responds to an inquiry immediately and gets work done in an efficient and professional way. We had a great experience with Larry cleaning our gutters, and he was even able to squeeze us into his schedule before the snowy/icy season.

Had my gutters cleaned by Roanoke Window Cleaning and they have excellent customer service! They sent me before and after pictures since I wasn't home at the time of the appointment. We had a bird's nest on one of our downspouts, and asked them not to disturb it and they made sure to work around it.

This fellow was great....professional, friendly, efficient and very open to discussing the job....I recommend these folks highly for gutter maintenance...we've had some spirited storms and my gutters took care of everything they were supposed to after his work....before, well, the gutters and downspouts were basically useless causing much water in the basement. They fixed this at a fair price. If these guys wash windows as well as they fixed my gutters...I'd call them for that too....thanks.

I just wanna thank Larry Puckett for doing amazing job today! he cleaned all of our gutters and the downspouts to insure proper flow and realigned everything as far as the gutter system goes everything looks good and I’m looking forward to seeing how the system operates in the next couple weeks!!!

Let me start by saying that I hope the owner is ok, and that no serious misfortune has befallen him to be the source of this issue.

I hate writing bad reviews, but this was ridiculous. Mr. Puckett was unresponsive to messages left on the main number listed. They advertise being able to do business and schedule by text, so I tried that. I should have known that with the slow response times that something was up, but I was given a quote regarding service so I figured why not. The owner failed to respond to texts, and then failed to show on dates that either he or I suggested. I'm at a loss that someone would feel it is ok to do business this way, barring exigent circumstances.

Larry, has been a great contractor for many years. He is always prompt and helpful when we have to have the windows done. Many of my friends say that the windows are so clean you could walk through them. I highly recommend Larry for your window needs.

I contacted Larry on short notice because of hurricane Florence coming as my gutters were clogged and rain had been pouring over the sides.
He & Kyle came the next day to help. I was not a current customer of his but he responded to my request anyway. As I write this review we are getting rain from the hurricane & my clean gutters are working as they should again. I would recommend Larry & his company for any of his services! Very professional and efficient. I will definitely be calling him in the future. Thanks Larry!!

I had asked Larry to clean gutters. He did a terrific job of removing debris and making sure they were flushed and running clear. I will use his services again.

We have been using Larry for gutter cleaning and have been very satisfied. To add, he informed us that plumbing vent boots were holey, so we could get them replace. Also, while he was here, we had him do a number of other jobs that required ladder work. Again, were extremely happy with his service.

I have used Roanoke Window Cleaning since buying my current home in 2015. They have done a great job keeping my gutters clean. I like that I can trust them to come and get the job done without me having to be home. They get the job done and send me a bill - very convenient.

They came and cleaned our gutters within a week when no one else could fit us in and we were in dire need. They cleaned away all the debris, not a scrap left behind and thoroughly cleared the downspouts which were clogged. Prompt and professional work and communication and good price. Will have them be in charge of our gutter needs from here on out! Thanks Larry!

I've been neglecting my gutters for some time now, and after seeing a small plant growing from the gutter I decided to call someone to have them taken care of. Since I was working out of town, it's not always easy to coordinate work, but it was a simple phone call explaining to Larry what I needed done. He went by my house at the time that was convenient for my Wife and myself. He was very fast, and he even cut back some of the tree's that were hanging over my gutters.The options for payment were also impressive, I was able to pay using my PayPal account which had some extra money in it, I had pretty much every option available to me for paying. I will be calling Roanoke Window Cleaning back for future work!

By the way, my deck was also in very bad condition, Larry took the time to take some pictures and price up a quote to have my deck worked on. I'm looking forward to seeing continued quality work from Roanoke Window Cleaning!
