I used Rocky Mountain Structural Floors on a 5600 SF ranch home and detached garage near Berthoud Colorado. Our property soils were highly expansive and pouring traditional slab on grade floors wasn't an option.
Duane Sanders designed and explained the process of steel beams bolted to the foundation walls, (not bearing on any soils, but suspended off the foundation walls.)
The work was on time, priced fairly and more than a year later, our floors look like the day they were poured.
If you have soil problems and need to use structural concrete flooring, I highly recommend Duane and his people. We (me as the General Contractor and my Homeowners) couldn't be happier with the outcome.
