with a few minor hiccups, we got back into our home in a timely manner. The people who handled our belongings were very careful, and treated our items with great care and respect. The project manager had a way of easing my nerves when it came to the rebuild. Thank you to the whole RMP team, hope to not have another issue with my home, but if so i know who to call.

Sunday was very helpful and got me through every step of the process especially dealing with the insurance company. She is very polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company!

RMP is a nightmare. Owner comes off as professional, but with all the issues I had over the duration of the Insurance claim project, he was extremely unprofessional, unaccountable and called me "a squeezer". Read their Yelp and Google reviews! If this many people have had issues; something is clearly amiss with their business practices. Do not rely on testimonials on website. Excuses for everything. Does not take responsibility for anything. Over promises and under delivers. My project was handled through my insurance company, whom did all the negotiating. The estimated work and pricing was not given in full at the start of the project. It was piecemeal. I had no idea of a full dollar amount before any work started. Master Bath remodel $30k for tile throughout (I purchased the vanity and vanity fixtures separately). Flooring replaced, and baseboards(due to asbestos abatement where tile was to be redone. I do not recall exact sq ft, but $50k. At that time RMP owner told me the walls and ceiling would be repainted. Well conveniently the estimate failed to include the ceiling so that was an additional cost. Asbestos Abatement $16k. I was told by RMP that my home needed to be emptied entirely of the contents. $20k for a move out. I moved from Seattle in late 2018 with the exact belongings for $17k.(Everything was carefully packed, artwork crated, itemized (17 pages) and signed for by me. Carefully inspected and there were no damages.) Crating or extra care was not taken with my belongings with RMP movers. Move in $16k. Probably includes some storage charge too for 3 1/2 months time. I was told it would be 2 months. Nearly two weeks went by at one point that no sub contractor showed up in the middle of the flooring replacement. No text or call back from project manager when I inquired what was gong on during that time. I was also told a video would be taken of my home and everything would be placed exactly where it was. On the move out I saw one woman taking photos and not aware of any video, as they started packing. I was told not to help, as they were responsible if anything happened. I went out to buy their lunch. I stayed for a day and a half and then let them do their thing. Same with the move in. I stayed for some of it but told the woman in charge they have photos of where stuff goes so if they didn't need me I would leave and call me if you need me. Well, things were not put back exactly as they kept reiterating. They damaged my sofa(a fist sized hole in the back and did not bother to show it to me), three artwork frames that they merely covered with plastic and one can see where they slid the items and destroyed the corners. Broke a vase and did not bother to show it to me. 2 movers where discussing a "marble"(it's travertine) table the day of move out. When I walked up they stopped talking and I asked if everything was okay. They claimed everything was fine and I said well we will see when my things are returned. Well my "marble" (it's actually travertine) table was broken in four places and obviously repaired while in their possession. When confronted about the broken and repaired table and the conversation the two women were having the day of the move out, I was told they were merely commenting on how "cool" it was. If that was the case why not tell me instead of whispering. RMP won't take responsibility as that comes directly off their bottom line of profit on my job. My recent call with the Owner, discussing all that has gone wrong and the damages, he called me a "squeezer"! He asked why I was complaining when insurance was paying for everything. I certainly didn't expect my belongings to be mishandled. I'm sure RMP will responded saying I'm mot telling the entire story as he has in all the other poor reviews. Find another company for your restoration or construction needs While the new flooring looks great there are other aspects of their company that are extremely poor- Project management, over priced and the quality of people they hire (sub contractors and movers).

My house caught on fire a few months ago and, while mourning the loss of my dog, I needed to get work done by RMP. They were beyond empathetic and professional and helped me through the hardest time in my life. I am very grateful and felt secure knowing they were getting my home taken care of.

My grandmother had to file a claim with her insurance carrier due a roof leak she had during a monsoon. I was very nervous about everything as my family is going though a very difficult time- her in particular as my grandfather was recently moved into hospice. This seemed like it would be just one more nightmare on top of everything else, but we were incredibly fortunate that RMP was contracted by her insurance carrier to handle the claim. The emergency crew were onsite within a few hours of filing the claim to prevent further damage. The estimator, Carl, worked closely with her adjuster and the entire roof ended up being covered, which was a HUGE relief! The girls in the office were awesome about communicating the process to my grandmother and answering the million questions that her and I had. Our project manager, Sunday, was a delight to work with and got things moving immediately. She perfectly comminuted when her crews were going to be working and how long things were going to take. I couldn't believe how fast the process was done considering how fantastic everything looked at the end. The ceiling was damaged in the garage which meant everything in there needed to be removed and there were tons of tools and miscellaneous items that my grandad had very meticulously organized over the last several decades prior to getting sick. The contents team lead by Candy took the upmost care in making sure that everything was very carefully removed and I was so surprised at how thoughtful her crew was in placing everything back. The garage looks just like my grandad left it, except now even better with new drywall and paint. There hasn't been a single issue with the new roof either.

I'm so grateful that RMP was assigned to this claim as it felt that they truly cared about my grandmother, her home, and the work they performed every step of the way. The claim could have been horrible given the circumstances but RMP was able to turn it into an almost positive experience. I hope we don't have to file another home insurance claim but if that were the case, I would choose RMP in a heartbeat.

Monsoon season has been a nightmare for me, last week it rained outside and inside my house I was desperate and didn’t know what to do, called my insurance who referred me to RMP Construction. They came out within 2 hours, got on the roof mind you, it was night and still raining and put a tarp on the roof. The tech did make me aware that it was only a temporary fix, we have to get our roof repaired, but just the fact that he came out, at night, while raining and got the tarp up, was enough for now. I appreciate you guys coming out so quickly and look forward to working with you on the repairs to my home. H

Don't trust this company after rain cause our roof to leak insurance sent them out in oct started water remediation and demo as soon as they finished demo they abandoned the job and said they weren't right to finish the job mind you this is after they have already received 25000 for the work. I was left with a fourth of my home under construction and now had to try to find someone to come fix it before Thanksgiving. So we didn't get to do Thanksgiving with the family. What ever you do don't trust them only time they communicate is when they want money from you.i had to constantly call and text to get any info on my project they abandoned until finally they just straight told me they are not gonna finish the job

I would never do business with this company again. I’m extremely disappointed with their services they tried to steal from me and make you sign paperwork from the beginning. First impressions tell you everything they told me we don’t work for you we work for the insurance and this was coming directly from their contractor named Carl who was out in the field. They had already packed my content by then so I said ok cool it’s in a controlled environment as told by them. 5 months pass by I’m supposed to get my items back and of course they want to get paid more by insurance they decide to keep our items hostage as we didn’t have all counters and countertop completely done. I told them I needed my items because we needed to move back. I’m guessing by then they already knew my items where damaged so they said will leave everything but you need to sign a waiver stating we are not responsible for the items. I didn’t have another choice but to sign as my temp house lease was over. We start going through the items and everything was broken. What bothered us the most I called to pay them and I tried to be civil to get through to them and all they said was sorry you signed we can’t do anything about it. My son baptism items where In a box with a candle that melted destroying the only memory that we had from his grandparent that they gave to him when he was baptized.
