I hadn’t made it far on my long journey home for Thanksgiving when my car started having major issues. Looking back, it’s a miracle I even made it to Jamestown! The team at RM Stoudt took me, a solo traveler, under their wing and went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and cared for while I waited six hours for my ride to arrive.

Everyone, from the mechanics to the sales staff to the people passing through, was incredibly kind and hospitable. They constantly checked in on me, explained everything wrong with my car in clear, layman’s terms, and truly treated me like family. Devin Lynch, Wade Lambrecht, Mike Lautt, Dean Haas, Brian Bertsch, Travis Samshal, Kim Murray, and Kelly Stoudt all played a part in turning what could’ve been a disaster into a day of gratitude and unexpected blessings.

They even stayed past closing time so I could have a safe place to wait, which speaks volumes about their dedication to helping others. I’m so thankful for this team—they turned a stressful day into one full of warmth and care, and they gave me even more to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. When it became apparent that the problems could not be resolved to our satisfaction, they found us a better replacement vehicle and had it delivered nearly 1000 miles away. Jason S. kept me well informed throughout the repair process. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood what was going on with my truck and how they were working to diagnose and fix the issue. He went above and beyond by working with my extended warranty provider to get them to agree to cover all of the costs. He also got me in touch with Wade L. (who sold me the truck) so that I could borrow a vehicle while my truck was in the shop. The level of service I receive at R. M. Stoudt is second to none. It's why I drive 100 miles from Bismarck to buy and service my vehicles in Jamestown and will continue to do so. They have earned my business time and time again.

They got my truck in right away and got on it. Everybody that I dealt with was very professional. My truck put up some resistance but the technician got it done and kept at it until it was right.
