Friendly staff and product came on time. I understand they do not price match but when you buy your third product from them and find it $140 cheaper on Mutiple different sites and show the company, it's kind of hard to go back. Believe they should have honored the price everyone else is selling for.

Terrible customer service. If you purchase the snowsport plow and need to return it for any reason they will not except return. The reason they don’t pre drill the holes for you to assemble, is to void there fake 30 day return policy. If you pre drill one hole they will not except the return. I purchase plow and assembled it. I have a bad back and it was to heavy for me to take on and off the truck. I never used the plow, disassembled it and put the new never used plow back into the original boxes it came in. This was 3 days after I purchased it. Customer service told me if I put the plow together they cant sell it and I would not get any of my money back if I returned it. Awful company to work with avoid at all cost. If you think this plow would work well for you I would look at the DR Redi Plow they may have better customer service.

Like a lot of other comments, the customer support team is TOPS. I had an issue with an old cover and the place that was going to (note past tense) keep giving me excuse after excuse blaming the company. In just one email, I cleared up the problem in under 18 hours. This is so RARE in today's world, I have become a life long customer. I'll never do business with another company.

I installed the Agri-Cover soft-top on my company's new 2024 F-150 STX today, 12/22/2024. Regarding packaging and shipping/delivery: excellent and was at my doorstep 3 business days after ordering on-line on a Saturday evening. Regarding installation: we installed ourselves; however, set aside 2-3 hours of time, when other on-line videos will say 1-hour. Now, I am a perfectionist and measure everything 2-3 times before tightening things down, so there is that side of it. Regarding fit: perfect and very tight, so make sure to bring some elbow grease when setting the canvas in place. Regarding canvas noise or movement while driving: none that I can see.
INSTALLATION ADDITION THAT I FEEL WILL HELP EVERYBODY, BUT IS NOT IN THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FROM AGRI-COVER; HOWEVER, SHOWS UP IN OTHER PEOPLES YOUTUBE VIDEOS DURING THEIR INSTALLS: the horizontal bar that sits atop the Agri-Cover supplied weather strip on the truck bed rail just below the trucks back window; it is an "extremely" tight insert, so we took a heat gun and applied very, very minimal heat to the plastic fitting it slides into on each side, and this helped us tremendously. WE KEPT THE HEAT GUN SEVERAL INCHES AWAY FROM THE PLASTIC FITTINGS, JUST ENOUGH TO WARM THE PLASTIC, BUT THAT'S IT.

Great but….
The Access Laredo looks great. Time will only tell that of its durability. I don’t have a doubt it’ll hold up. However, there are a couple of issues that need to be resolved on Agri Covers end. So the delivery came in a timely manner. Upon opening the box and assessing the parts, I realized I was missing parts. After a chat with warranty and week later I received my hardware. The missing parts left me to believe it was a return cover not properly repackaged. My biggest problem were the instructions. This install was my first of any cover. So there was a lot of mistakes. All could have been avoided if the company would put a little more effort into giving clearer more precise directions. I had to revert to watching videos to further push me along on the install. What upsets me is the amount of time I needed to finish it. I should have called someone over because this is a 2 person not 1 install.

Ordered a rack from them, showed up in a couple boxes, wasn’t too sure how it was going to go. Like most dudes, tried to install in without looking at directions. After beating my head against the wall for an about an hour, I caved and finally read them. Once I did that, boom, it was a breeze. Hahahaha

Ordered a product but unfortunately it wasn't going to be shipped or delivered in time. Kinda panicked as you never know how a cancel order is going to go. Tara, the customer service person, was excellent on phone and emails. This kind of customer service is rare and for this reason alone I'll buy from this company in the future. Based on ND.

Similar to reviews posted by others, the customer service team at Agri-Cover is the best customer service department I’ve ever experienced. Customer service representative Eddie Allen was extremely helpful and understanding. Although I purchased my LoMax hard tri-fold cover almost 5 years ago and it has since malfunctioned, they stood by their product and provided a completely new replacement cover. They just gained a customer for life and I will be recommending them to anyone/everyone looking for an amazing tonneau cover from a company that truly cares about their customers.

Why purchase when it will cost over 50 percent of product cost to return , if it is not what you thought. There are plenty of options out there that will accepts returns if the product shows up and is not the quality or appearance you though it would be. Why take the risk

The Agricover warranty customer service team is second to none. I just purchased a used 2017 Ram that had a Lomax tri-fold cover already installed but was faulty. The dealer was unwilling to arrange for repairs as they did not install. I contacted the warranty team to see if maybe they could connect me with a local dealer/installer that would set me up with repairs, with the hopes of a discount as I had just purchased the truck, understanding the cover likely had an expired warranty. Instead, they sent me a completely new cover altogether. I cannot thank the Agricover team enough for their generosity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I will be purchasing additional products from this company!

WOW WOW WOW! I am not certain I could recall a time in my 40+ years on Earth where a company provided such great customer service. I had a problem that I caused and they worked hard to make it right. I must add that I believe the Lomax Stance is by far the best hard cover in the business! And if it's not the customer support makes it so because I have no doubt Agricover is there to back their products. Thank you Agricover for reminding me that great customer service does in fact still exist!

One of the best companies in the world IMO. Innovated products, humble leadership and great people. Have their tonneau's, racks and snow plows on my trucks.

I ordered an Access Tonneau Cover from a third party vendor in June 2018. It all shipped directly from Agri-Cover and it was great! I installed it quickly and easily on my Ram.

Fast forward to the day after Thanksgiving. A freak winter storm blew in while visiting family and the high gust winds ripped the cover right off, bending the frames. The cover was nowhere to be found. This was no fault of the product; the storm destroyed many objects (a steel windmill, for example).

I reached out to the third party vendor and they referred me to directly contact Agri-Cover. A few emails and photos were exchanged, and after some discussion they said they would “help out” and asked for some more contact information.

A week later, a BRAND NEW tonneau cover arrived at my house, free of charge. I was expecting, at best, maybe a percentage off coupon to gain my business for a replacement. A new fully replaced cover is above and beyond. In a world where customer service is on the back burner, Agri-Cover really stepped up and gained my loyalty for all my truck cover needs. Well done, and THANK YOU!
