GREAT EXPERINCE - 100% Would recommend going through Brett!

We just got a 2021 Chevy Traverse from Wilhelm Chevrolet GMC and I was nervous because I haven't ever gotten a newer vehicle before, and have never gone through a dealership. We had NO IDEA what we were looking for, we just wanted a safe and reliable vehicle with space inside for our whole family. We were greeted right away by a very nice Gentlemen (Brett).

We ended up taking home our family car that same day! Brett was very kind and helpful and explained all the new bells and whistles, this was definitely an awesome experience for me, being my first time going to a dealership. He gave us outstanding customer service and was very efficient, if you want to get a new vehicle I would recommend going here and asking for Brett!

Ron was very friendly and willing to answer any and all questions we had regarding the vehicle. He was not pushy at all and seemed to just genuinely want our business. I got a fair trade on my Honda as well and great financing.

Brett was awesome to work with- thank you for being so helpful & going out of your way to assist in buying my new vehicle! I live a few hours away, but he had absolutely no hesitation to drive it up to deliver it! Will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade!

My husband and I went into Wilhelm's to look at a specific truck. We worked with Brett and he made the purchasing process very easy. We appreciated that he didn't try to upsell us on anything or get us to look at more expensive vehicles. He also made the trade-in process with my husband's old truck very easy. We got the entire deal done in an afternoon.

My husband encountered an issue with the truck battery about a week after purchasing. He contacted Brett, and the servicing department at Wilhelm's took care of the issue despite the fact that they were under no obligation to at that point. We really appreciated the great customer service. Typically we buy privately but the ease of this process and level of service will likely have us going back to Wilhelm's next time we need a vehicle.

Compared to my previous "certified service" the workers did not meet the same standards. Though catching that the air filter needed to be replaced and a repairing a nail hole in a tire, the did not clean the tire wells, so not sure how they could have made sure the tires were balanced when they rotated them. Also did not note or fix the service engine light.

We asked for help and had an immediate cheerful solution straight away, many thanks to Braden in the body shop.

Dealt with Brett Stockert, really knowledgeable guy, was easy to deal with and very personable. Found another vehicle elsewhere I liked more, but wouldn't hesitate to call them next time I'm looking for another car

The sales department is good. The service department leaves a lot to be desired. Typically takes two to three weeks to get in for repair service, which isn't always their fault. Oil change can take up to that long as well but usually faster. The biggest problem I have had is getting in touch with someone in service. Most recently I had called three times and left three messages over a two week period, never did get a return call. Finally I just called repeatedly in a single day, on the fourth try I was able to get in touch with someone. Some repairs I have had felt more like parts changing than diagnosed issues. One example is the transfer case in my pickup wouldn't shift and it drove like it was in four low. I put it on jack stands myself and put it in drive and it was still in two wheel drive. I got it in there, they said it needed a shift motor. I said okay put one in and they did. They called me back and said they tried to calibrate the new shift motor but it kept failing, so they said I need a new transfer case now. That seemed like text book parts changing to me. I informed them how I felt and said I would fix it myself.

I have never purchased anything from the dealership before having purchased the car. I have found that everyone there are excellent and very friendly. You can expect to see more of us meaning me and my wife at your dealership

We are stuck in town because our car was having some trouble issues and we are still two hours from home. We took the car in and they say they are booked and wouldn’t even look at it or give us a time that they could. Not helpful at all.

I am super satisfied with all of you at Wilhelms. We ran across a minor problem with my tires and you all immediately helped me take care of it . One of the fastest fixes I've EVER had. Super blessed to have Johnny as my salesman I knew he would get me a vehicle that was reliable and safe for my daughter and I. I had just mentioned I was interested in a new vehicle if they had one on the lot or not and I was told there was one just exactly what I wanted and the next day I had a call with numbers so I stopped in Saturday and made the deal. Very efficient and answered all my questions. I feel like wilhelms have always been very good to me and I appreciate that so much

We made the trip from Wisconsin for some job interviews here in Jamestown and we got a flat tire on our Subaru and the guy in the parts department was extremely helpful and nice. We were looking for just one used tire and instead of turning us away for not having a Chevy vehicle or not being a customer he not only double checked their stock of their used tires he called several places and shops in the surrounding area looking for a tire for us. He saved us a lot of money and time so that we were able to make it back home to Wisconsin.

Rod and his team are great to work with and they stand behind their vehicles. They we very accessible before, during, and after the sale. This put our mind at ease since we drove from Montana to purchase our car. Thank you for being the dealership others are not.

AWESOME CAR DEALER! Brett is one of the nicest car sales guy I've ever met. Me and my mom and dad got 2 vehicles a 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ and a 2019 Chevy Suburban 1500 LT. Brett helped us big time by driving to edgeley at the cenex and we got both our cars. One word for this place: AWESOME!

We had a collision in our 2010 hyundai santa fe, and the insurance company is giving us a nice check to use for another car. We went to wilhelms to see what they could do for us. They had us test drive a 2014 GMC Acadia. We LOVED it! We went to do the paperwork and had them go over the carfax with us. I noticed that it said there was a recall on it. I brought it to our salesmans attention, and he shrugged it off saying that it wasnt important. I asked for more information on it, and come to find out it is what they call a stop sale, meaning illegal to sell it without fixing it. Its a piece of the airbag that explodes and causes the airbag to deploy without reason. After bringing this to thier attention they said they would call us the next morning after they found out if it could be fixed instead they called us to let us know they didnt want to work with us at all! Very rude. They had a 2011 hyundai santa fe within our affordability and didnt even let us look at it. It feels that because I caught them trying to sell us an unsafe vehicle they didnt want anything to do with us after that. Very rude, very unprofessional, and a waste of my time. I will never go there again.

Worked with Brett at wilhems twice and he was awesome to work with both times!! They just delivered our new car which is awesome of them being we don't live close. I will definitely be working with them again and recommend them to my friends! Honest and straight forward car dealers are rare! These guys really knock it out of the park

Johnny is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met, and he decided to be a car sales guy. Johnny was very friendly, and found my wife and I a truck that suited our exact needs, at the price we wanted to pay. Ask for Johnny, you won’t regret it! 10/10!

I had a transmission fluid flush and fill and yet they took the time to inflate and bring the tires up to the proper PSI, now that's what I call service.

I had to see the Service department for my son's car, so my recommendation rating does not reflect any car purchase aspect of Wilhelm Chevrolet Buick GMC. The Service I received was great and the final bill was under the estimated amount, which was awesome. Couldn't be happier.

I was very happy with the results of the repair to my tailgate as well as the friendly, professional service. As someone who was just passing through this area, it's good to know that I have found a reliable dealership for future trips.

My vehicle was taken in for an airbag recall. It took a few weeks to get it in but otherwise the repair was completed in less than an hour. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Ordered a new 2022 Silverado 2500HD, asked specifically if the package included spray in box liner and cab roof lights, sales person did not know so went and asked someone else and I was assured those items were included, fast forward vehicle shows up no box liner and no cab roof lights, they did offer to get an aftermarket box liner installed (I was OK with that) but made me pay for 300 of the 500 cost when it was there mistake, no adding cab roof lights after truck was built, next thing they raised the price by 500 over the agreed upon price said MSRP had increased however when I ordered the truck I went thru the Land O Lakes fleet program (7500) discount but they only honored 5500 of it said they couldn't honor the whole amount due to varying market conditions and in case price increased to absorb that however they did both kept the 2000K of LOL fleet discount $$ and raised the price I had to pay for truck. Less than impressed with Wilhelm and unless they make this right (not the next purchase) won't buy from them again.

The salesman was amazing. His communication with me was 5 star. I had questions after the sale and they were quick to respond. Would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from them and plan to deal with them in the future with other vehicle purchases.

Get rid of the answering machine back in the service dept. Customers want to talk to the service writer, not an answering machine.

Great experience dealing from out of state with Ron! Met me very close to my home which was nearly a 5hr drive for them! The vehicle is in great shape and Ron was upfront and honest about everything. Definitely recommend this dealership and Ron.

This was my second experience with Wilhelm and both times I left happy. My car was broken down so Ron Schauer came and picked me up. He was there within 15 minutes and greeted me with a great smile. On the ride to the shop he was kind, comedic, and courteous. He helped me shop around and I felt no pressure through the process. He worked fot my business. Though it did take some figuring he got me a deal that was best for me. I look forward to seeing him again.

All services were done sooner than I thought, and I received a phone call notifying me that my vehicle was ready.

I recently purchased a vehicle and the service and atmosphere at this dealership is second to none. The salesmen, Ron Schauer, had the vehicle prepped and ready upon arrival and the entire process took less than an hour. The loan officer was also top notch. I will be looking to make my next purchase from Wilhelm, even if it is over 3 hours away!

Quick service. Had an issue with my cabin air filter that I didn't know about. They informed me of it and let me make the decision to change it out or not. Very friendly. One of the sales persons threw a bottle of water to me! It was closed of course.
