We have new front steps, a new patio and a retaining wall and are very happy.

If you want to save yourself a lot of headaches avoid RJS.
Ron Scalice is very dishonest and does very poor work.
Walls with no insulation... Frozen pipes in brand new construction.
Now I have some roof tiles that came off and some tiles that are clogging my gutters.
He can't find time to stop by and fix it.

We had a very bad experience with RJS Construction and Ron Scalice. If you want to save yourself a lot of headaches avoid RJS. Ron Scalice is very dishonest and does very poor work. Stay away!

Not a fake review Ron!! Nice try. I have pictures of the shoddy work! Walls with no insulation... Frozen pipes in brand new construction. Cold wind blowing through. Ron's suggestion??? Turn up the heat!! Stay away from RJS construction!

RJS Construction of Kinnelon, NJ, completed a wonderful home reno project for me. The project was executed with perfection and I could not have been more pleased with the work. They do commercial construction in addition to residential and I have been in one of their projects, the Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge. I recommend them for your consideration without doubt and with strong praise for its owner, Ron Scalise, who brings both business and construction acumen to his work.

Had a new roof done. Was ok with price took a while to come and do the work. Now I have some roof tiles that came off and some tiles that are clogging my gutters and he can't find time to stop by and fix it. Funny, but he found time to come by and pick up the check when the work was finished. Only lives 20 minutes away from my house.
