Wayne Johnson and Sons replaced my gutter a few years ago and did an excellent job. They determined I could install a wider gutter to collect water and eliminate some annoying leaders.
Recently, I contacted them because I needed to color match a piece of my existing leader to extend further away from the foundation. The person I called was so helpful and said they would be in the area and it dropped a piece of the leader off.
I appreciated their help so many years later as a former customer. The peace of mind to have the water diverted away from the foundation/house.
These storms lately…. Are pretty intense.

We had new roof installed by them about 9 years ago. Recently, the chimney has been leaking down through the chase / surround and they did come and try to fix it (no charge). It probably had been leaking for quite some time as the wood underneath the fireplace insert was very wet (I wonder why my allergies were soo bad in that room). After their fix, it continued to leak. If I recall, I tried calling again to see next steps, but no one ever called back. I ended up calling another company for an opinion and fix, but it continued to leak (cost was $400). I ended up paying someone $3,800 to finally fix the issue ( we got a new chimney and all the flashing / collars etc around it). There have been no leaks. Shortly thereafter, we got a leak in a bedroom,. It was dripping every second. I had to put a bucket up in the attic to stem the tide. After a couple phone calls, someone did come out and get on the roof, but found nothing wrong. He did caulk and I mentioned a bathroom leak that was intermittent (twice in last 9 years) so he looked there, but found nothing. With the bucket, I have to go up to the attic after every rain and empty it. One time, I slipped and put my foot through the ceiling (I fixed this myself, but so far have spent several hours and material on it). I have been calling nearly every week and get three different people. They seem to have no knowledge of me trying to get someone to call me and/or that someone was coming to the house to look (there were at least two missed appointments--and often no knowledge of ANY appointment). So, I have not gotten a phone call back to consult about the next steps. The bathroom leak has suddenly become worse and is dripping on us while using the toilet. I have lost so much time and now sleep over this (last night I got 2 hours). I am soo incredibly tired about this...

I would highly recommend. They completed both roofing and siding. Rick was very responsive and addressed all of my requests. For both projects they were on time, highly professional, completed great work and cleaned up all debris.

I highly recommend John from Wayne Johnson and sons. They installed gutters on my home and did a fantastic job. John and his crew made sure the gutters were perfect and were neat and clean.

Highly recommended! They did an awesome job. They took the time to make sure our gutters came out perfect and we couldn’t be happier. Great customer service all around.

The shingle work and gutter work was fine, but they refused to come back to fix a gap that was created in the soffet, and refuse to send a copy of the invoice for the work they did. (They also dispute that they put new gutters on, although they did and were paid for it)
They don’t return calls or emails after they get paid, so make sure you get all of the work done and paperwork in hand before they get paid.
I wouldn’t use them again, but only because of poor post-work customer service.

By far the most professional contractors I have ever dealt with. Don’t waste your time searching for anyone else. From the estimate, to the job, to the finishing touches, everything was 200%. I would absolutely recommend Wayne Johnson and Sons

Rick was the person who came out and gave me my estimate. Very professional, patient, and honest. I was very happy with the price. The installers Jorge and Kevin came out today and did a great job. We had Wayne Johnson do extensive work on our home in Kinnelon NJ.
We had a new roof, siding, gutters, as well as a new front entry door. This was done all as one project and was a positive experience overall. The most positive was the lack of any nickel and dime nonsense we had with others in the past. They know what a job entails so the price includes what it takes to do it right. It was a complete job and all little details were covered. Even when the previous siding didn't end correctly there's did and it made it look a lot better when done right! They made simple recommendations such as a simple re grading of the dirt around our foundation which eliminated the dampness in the basement. Bottom line these guys know what there doing and they were priced competitive and without the extras and nonsense they were the best value overall.

Wayne has done a lot of work for me over the past thirty years (roofing, siding,gutters ETC.). his performance and quality has always succeeded my expectations and I would recommend Wayne johnson and his crew to anyone.
