BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!!! Do not use this company. Let’s start with the problem I have, I had a sump pump dump into a gutter underground line. Worked for 12 years, then pipe gets clogged and this company comes out. Snakes and cameras the line tells me it’s all done and fixes some pvc piping to prevent spillage onto the patio. Less than a month later, I’m having the same problem. I call this company and they tell me that it’s impossible to be clogged again. They said oh the pipe might be bellied and that’s why you’re not seeing water flowing at the end. But that it can’t be clogged. Well…. I call the owner Chris. And BOY was he rude and unprofessional. My wife could hear him talking to me and was stunned at the tone and attitude of this business owner. I told him something is wrong again, obviously something is going on that they didn’t see or fix. And now they are telling me just to come out to see the issue they are going to charge me $479 again. Just to look at it. You apparently didn’t finish the job correctly. You blew some water in and saw it trickle out and thought oh well JOB Done. As you can see the water the flows right out onto my patio. Well sorry Chris the $740 I gave you apparently doesn’t fix my problem, that you said was fixed!!! You must have so many fake positive reviews to ramp up your ratings. Because if this is the way your going to treat customers, you’ll be out of business in no time! I expect a full refund for the lack of work accomplished.

I have used NJ Home Maintenance Services for several years to do my gutter cleanings. They are reliable (they let me know when they will show and they are punctual), they are thorough (they clear the gutters manually and then use a hose to compete the cleaning and ensure the lines are clear, and trustworthy (on a couple of occasions they have notified me of damage that I would not have been aware of and provided me with photos). I highly recommend this company.

Amazing company to work with. Scheduled a gutter cleaning service before the winter came by the referral of my neighbor. They came in less than a week and did an amazing job. Cleaned the leaves, washed the gutters and took away all the trash. Provided before and after pictures of the job as well. And at a very fair price. I will recommend them to all my friends in the area and will definitely use them again next year.

They have cleaned my gutters the last three years and this year replaced a loose spike with one or two gutter hangers. They do a good job and the price is reasonable.

NJ Home Maintenance Services did excellent work in assessing and then replacing gutters on our home. They were responsive and highly professional with great outcomes. We have them do our gutter cleaning twice per year and are always pleased with the results.

NJHMS was great to work with. We had them clean our gutters, re-pitch 1 section, and install gutter guards all around. From inquiry to estimate to installation every step was quick and easy. Our installer Andy did a great job, and even came back a few business days after installation to make some adjustments after I reached out to the office with some questions. Our property was left cleaner than it was both times Andy was here.

Very impressed with Krys's knowledge. Very up front with prices. Very reasonable estimate which they stuck to. We had a lot of gutter damage due to a tree falling on our house from a storm. The repair work they did was excellent they replaced all the damaged Gutters. Krys recommended gutter guards.

I contacted NJHMS for an estimate on installing new gutters around my house and power washing the entire exterior. Krys came out on a Monday, I received an estimate which was lower than expected for all the work, and by Friday everything was completed. Krys & staff are very professional and reasonably priced. No mess, no hassle. I highly recommend NJHMS to anyone seeking new or repaired gutters. I would give them 10 stars if I was able. Looks like a new house when they were finished. We’ve been using NJ Home Maintenance for year for our gutter cleanings and maintenance. They are great to work with and responsive to any work order. They had our old gutters down and new ones up in a day and they look great!

NJ Home Maintenance Services were so easy to work with, very professional and did great work. We are so happy with our black gutters and liters! We will have them back to clean the gutters and add gutter guards too.

We hired NJ Home Maintenance Services to do a gutter cleaning for our new-to-us home in the fall. From the first call to schedule the service to the completion of the work, I was impressed by the quality of the customer service and thoroughness of the cleaning. We received photos of the before and after, and our once clogged gutters were free of debris. They were meticulous about cleaning up all the gunk (didn't leave any debris around our property) - I was warned by other homeowners that some gutter companies leave a mess.

We have hired them for our spring gutter cleaning and will continue to use them for ongoing maintenance.
