RJP Restoration

We decided to bring our house "up-to-date" -- painting inside and out, new power fans in the attic, new attic stairs, stucco repair along with copper flashing at its base, a new front walkway, and a huge new window (triple) to replace an outdated old one. Lots of different kinds of work, and several different teams. Every one of them was terrific! The quality of the work was superb. Everything was on schedule. The costs were exactly as expected. What a pleasure working with Richard and real professionals.

We highly recommend Richard Porras and his team. We had an excellent experience with RJP Restoration. We hired them for a number of projects: full remodel of 2 bathrooms (down to bare bones), new windows installation, exterior and interior painting which included detailed work such as stairs and door & window frames, cabinetry work, and a number of other project as we fixed our new home and made it fit our way. Our experience was consistently excellent: his team is very clean and does an outstanding job protecting the house and keeping the job as clean as possible (we had minimum dust for two major bathroom demolitions - I didn’t even know it was possible to keep this clean vs the type of job); the team is punctual, works hard, and is reliable; Richard is extremely professional and knowledgeable: he managed the order of the projects very well, keeping the timeline always moving and very efficiently, he comes to check on the work all the time, and was always willing to spend as much time as needed with us and our many questions, allowing us to leverage his knowledge to find the best solutions for him. He is also a great source of referrals for whatever one needs with home remodel and all his referrals were very good. Great quality work, really A+. If any home work is needed in the future, he is certainly the person we’ll contact.
