Great experience! Scheduling service was extremely easy and fast. When I called in, I reached a live person immediately even though I called on a weekend. From there the Elite team was able to provide a siding repair estimate based on photos, which is a convenience I really appreciate. The repair was scheduled within just a few days, and they kept in contact via text message before and during the service. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and the completed work looks great. I’m very happy that we found Elite Pro and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others!

Elite Pro management and crew were top notch. They stepped in quickly after another contractor didn’t work out and staffed the project so that my renovation could get back on track and finished timely. This was a large job - 2300 square foot apartment with almost everything being replaced -new kitchen, 3 new bathrooms installed, new doors everywhere, new walls, soffits, plastering, skim coating etc. Jet and his crew were professional, on-time every day, responsive to my questions and requests and did a great job with all the finishes. I would highly recommend them for any home remodeling project.

One year after paying a hefty sum to Elite Pro to have my kitchen cabinets repainted, the paint started chipping (see pics). My realtor was skeptical of their proposed paint job from the beginning but they assured me it was standard. Now I’ve spent over a year calling and texting trying to get them to correct this and they are no longer replying to me. Save yourself the headache and use contractors who know what they are doing.
