Our roof was also damaged by a serious hail storm in late May 2024. My husband and I hired Exterior upon the recommendation of family members. I first spoke on the phone with Sharon who put us in touch with Ken. They were both regularly accessible and answered any and all questions. When we were unsure about what color shingles to choose, Ken suggested we visit Exterior’s supplier in Rockland County. What a great suggestion because we were able to view larger shingle samples at the supplier and easily make a choice. Ken worked closely with us about scheduling matters, including the delivery of a dumpster and roofing materials, not to mention carefully watching weather predictions before scheduling installation. On installation day, the crew arrived promptly and worked professionally and diligently. The roof project from removal of the old roof to installation of the new one was two days! Exterior further arranged for the replacement of all gutters and downspouts which occurred, as Ken promised, within about a week after the roof was installed. We’re so happy with the results and so happy that we chose Exterior Improvements.
