Was great to work with and helped with insurance claims. Workers got the job done fast and did a great job.

Rivers Construction completed the roof tear off and replacement with high quality asphalt shingle and metal roofing on house and pole building. The work was scheduled and completed timely as planned. The work included gutter replacement with seamless gutters with much higher quality workmanship than original, and soffit and fascia replacement. They took time to fix original existing work defects that were discovered as they did their job, and kept me informed along the way.

Rivers Roofing & Construction re-shingled our house and added gutter guards, they did a great job. They gave us a date for the work to be done and held true to their promises. The staff were good about cleaning up after the job was completed. We are very pleased with their work and would recommend them to others.

Dan had all the materials, dumpster etc set up well before the installation team arrived. They arrived early in the day and finished the roof on the same day. It looks great! They tidied up the yard and left everything as it was before they came. Was able to greet the workers personally before they left.

Rivers Construction replaced our roof after a hail storm and I would definitely have them back again. His team was on time and very courteous. The insurance company only wanted to replace half the shop roof, but Daniel worked with us on getting the whole house and shop roof replaced which seemed to make the most sense. When the job was completed, his team did an excellent job with the cleanup considering the mess involved with reroofing g a house. Daniel and his crew replaced the shingles on my house and garage due to hail damage. He was professional and his crew competent and courteous. He also worked with our insurance to ensure it was all covered. They had to remove two layers of old shingles first. While removal of the second layer was unplanned labor not originally covered in the insurance quote, he quickly obtained approval from our insurance company. His crew did a quality job and finished in one day. Pretty amazing considering the size of the roof! Daniel also arranged for the disposal of the old shingles and ensured the area around the house was clean before they left. Overall, I was very happy with Daniel's work and would recommend that anyone needed a roof repair or replacement consider his company.

I have worked with Rivers Construction many times. First was with my buyers who purchased a new construction home from Daniel and his team. When working with Daniel he is up front, courteous and very professional. He went out of his way to be accomodating above and beyond the sale. Following that transaction, I had a seller who had a tear down property. I approached Rivers Construction and Daniel had interest in the purchase, which closed quickly and seamlessly. Rivers replaced our roof, gutters and outdoor light fixtures on the front of the house. Daniel and his team were very professional and finished all work on time. They also were a great advocate for us when working with our insurance company. We were extremely pleased!

Rivers Construction built our new home in the Longfellow neighborhood of Minneapolis. This is our first new home and Rivers built it from the ground up. Dan dealt with all permitting and the city stuff, and we love the design, function, construction and finish. He accommodated all the neighbors requests, and used exceptional workers to complete the project to perfection. I’ve been in homes that cost similar amounts that were something less, and Rivers did not skimp on quality and some excellent features. It brings us great joy to show our friends this house, and we have met new friends walking through the neighborhood that stop and want to know more about our home and builder.
