Rise Roofing did a great job replacing my roof! I worked with Rodney, and he did a great job answering my questions and getting everything set up. On the day of replacement, the crew did a great job on my house! They worked very quickly and got everything cleaned up by about 3 pm.

Overall, the process was much easier than I thought, and I would use them again!

Rise Roofing replaced our roof last summer in 2023 after the storms. I waited to do a review to see how everything went. We have had zero issues and the roof looks great. Rodney went above and beyond what we expected. They did a great job on clean up after the roof was installed. They explained everything in great detail and left no questions unanswered. They made the insurance portion fairly painless. I would use them again and will if we need another roof. I can not say enough positive things. There was nothing negative with the entire experience as hard as that might be to believe.

We have had a couple of very high wind storms since Rise Roofing put this roof on. We did not have any shingles lift and blow off.

I wish we had used Rise Roofing on our prior roof we had done 5 years prior. The company we used was not good. We had leaks for almost 3 years. I can not remember how many times repair crews had to come out. This experience was the reason I waited to give a review.

Rise Roofing did a wonderful job for us. Hunter came out to our house, explained the insurance process and actually filed the claim for us. He was there on site before the adjuster came to make sure that all issues were recognized by the claims adjuster. Hunter made the whole process a breeze, and we are thrilled by our new roof and gutters. Both Hunter and Matthew were total professionals as they worked with us through this process.

When I was looking for a roofer to replace my roof after a huge hail storm, Matt was the only one who actually took the time to explain in detail the process, the materials and how he works with the insurance company. The crew got it finished very quickly and cleaned up my yard extremely well. Matt was even there during the replacement process to make sure everything went well. Shortly after the replacement, we had lots of rain and I never saw any leaks. Highly recommend.

They did an amazing job replacing my roof. Great communication and information about different shingles. Took a load off me by helping with the insurance claim. Would highly recommend them.

Had them inspect/fix our roof for a leak we were experiencing. They replaced the section to fix the leak early summer, and we had been happy with our experience. However, when it finally rained/snowed months later and it leaked again, and we called. They came out to inspect, ran a hose over it for a few seconds then left. When I finally reached out after hearing nothing, they claimed no responsibility and said “must be in a different place, sorry”.
We didn’t have them there to arbitrarily fix a part of the roof, which we made clear, we wanted to fix a leak and they said that they would fix it. Instead, when the time came to follow up they have absolutely refused to rectify the issue.

Our experience with Rise Roofing was excellent. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and respectful. They also did a great job of explaining the scope of the work and overall process. They worked seamlessly with our insurance and made the entire process a breeze for us. Highly recommend.

Top notch outfit from the beginning to the end.. professional people from sales, management and the work crew. I was amazed at the efficiency of the workers.

Can't say enough good things about Rodney, Matt, and the guys at Rise Roofing. They were very professional and easy to work with. Their crew stripped our old roof and put on a new one in eight hours. My roof started to leak during a major storm. Matthew came out the next day and was able to repair it for me. He was honest and didn't try to sell me on replacing my roof, he told me it looked good and could go a few more years. He told me what needed to be done and he did it. Honest and reliable!!

Our roof had a small leak and we had MULTIPLE companies come out to give us an estimate. We called Rise Roofing and long story short, George and Hunter made this process as quick and painless as possible. I cannot stress enough how hard they worked to earn our business and made sure we were taken care of. Our roof was complete in two days and it looks beautiful. We had terrible hail damage to our roof and gutters, and Rise Roofing and Construction was so easy to work with. They were extremely quick to respond when we called them and were at our house ready and excited to help us. They did a high quality job replacing our roof and gutters. The workers knew what they were doing and went the extra mile to do it right! To top it off, they had our roof looking spectacular , and it only took two days. Then, they cleaned up all the mess. Rodney was our sales guy at Rise Roofing. After looking at our roof, he felt that we had a very good case to get it replaced by our insurance company. Farmers insurance came out and looked and felt it was not damaged enough to be replaced. After consulting with Rodney he felt that we had a really good case and we should have a higher up at Farmers take a look. After the experienced insurance adjuster showed up to take a look with Rodney and the owner of the Rise Roof company, he also agreed that the roof was not in bad enough shape to be dinged. The insurance adjuster did point out some minor things that needed to be done that was a total of a few hundred dollars. Rodney and the owner both told me Rise Roofing would take of these at no cost due to the time wasted on the roof claims and multiple meetings/appointments we had to break off work for. WE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. So I guess that if a claim does not benefit them right away, you will be stranded as a customer and given broken promises. I would not trust this company and will tell anybody I know that needs to have their roof looked at that they are better off scrolling past their name.

Matt came out to look at our neighbors roof and it turns out we had lost some shingles off our roof. Matt offered to take care of this for us while he was here. Super kind, professional and helpful. Wow! I am so impressed with this company! I had never heard of Rise Roofing until the day I was out at lunch and happened to see two men wearing Rise Roofing shirts. Back story - I had contacted several different roofing companies to see how much the cost would be to fix a small, yet high up, repair... a few being T-Town, AG roofing, and A Best Roofing and they were quoting me around $500 just for labor. I knew I could fix the roof myself, but I also knew I didn’t want to get that high up with the steep angle (pitch) on the roof by myself. So anyway, I ran into these guys and they helped me out!!! I highly recommend this company! They definitely take care of the customer.

They were fantastic to work with. We were doing all of the roof replacement from out of state, and they took care of almost everything, from then in mutual claim filing to all communication with the insurance company and adjuster to make sure everything was covered. They got the roof replaced ahead of schedule. Great company.

We had a small leak in our roof. First, we had another roofing company come out for an estimate. They did not even get on the roof to inspect the problem but just looked up and determined that it would be a $2700 cost to repair.
Rodney from Rise Roofing came out the next day and actually got on the roof (VERY high peak), did a thorough inspection of the problem area, and said it was very minor. He came out and fixed it for $100. Problem solved. EXTREMELY professional, prompt and honest. We would definitely recommend Rise Roofing and we would definitely hire them again!

Needed a roof replaced on a rent house. Matthew was good to work with. He did not try to rush the job and risk the integrity of the roof when rain was in the forecast. He worked well the insurance and did it for a good price.

I had a tree fall on my roof from the recent storms that came through Oklahoma. Matt and his friend were at my house within one hour of calling him to get that tree off my roof as it was still raining to prevent further damage to the interior of the house. From that point, Matt worked hand in hand with me and my insurance and was able to come out while my adjuster was there and he got the insurance to pay for a new roof. Matt was able to answer any questions I had during this whole mess and was able to explain how all the money worked and what not between them and insurance. They don’t take any short cuts and do quality work. Long story short, I was able to get a brand new roof(which his team did an awesome job on), interior repaired and painted(looks amazing!) new gutters, emergency tree removal, all without breaking the bank. I would definitely recommend anyone that has roof damage to go with Rise Roofing!

The Rise Roofing team came out because I had a leak in my living room, they came to the conclusion that it was a storm related leak. We ended up getting a brand new roof paid for through my insurance! They helped me through the insurance process and made it very easy on my end. First, Matt was prompt to contact us, called before our appointment, and arrived on time. Second, he was professional in his appearance, demeanor, and knowledge. Third, he checked our roof where we'd discovered the leak. And he repaired it FREE. Yes, it was a minor repair, but he burned time to get here, check in the attic, and climb the roof. We were happy that the cause was minor but we certainly expected to pay for his time. He thoroughly explained general roofing concepts and procedures to us as well.

Cannot say enough good stuff about Matthew & Rodney . Their crew got here and went to work . It was a well orchestrated performance when everyone got here they went to work spreading tarps around the base of the house and shingles soon started falling and before you know it our new roof was up... We have only found 2 nails on the ground. Both Matthew & Rodney constantly checked in with us before , during and after they had finished. Well mannered and high energy guys. Totally sold on this company. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys for any roofing needs.

These guys are very helpful and they kept me out of filing a claim on my insurance. They came out to check on a problem and it was a quick fix that the builder said they fixed twice. I will be using them when the day comes I need a new roof for sure.
