D&C gives roofers a GOOD name! They show up on time, do a great job and leave things cleaner than they found them. All that and a great price! New roof, gutters and siding. They put them on almost as fast as the tornado took them off!!

Extremely happy with their professionalism and work they provided. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right.

We had an emergency at our house and D&C Custom Homes came to our rescue! After doing some investigating we found out our water heater was leaking and damaging our flooring. We had no idea where to start looking but remembered a friend had used D&C and was happy with them. We called not expecting much just maybe a recommendation who to use. The owner Dustin was very nice and said give me 30 minutes and I will call you back. Within 15 mins I got a call back and he said he could have some guys out within the hour. I was not expecting D&C to actually handle my request. They showed up replaced the water heater and all said and done 4 hours later we had a new system installed. The price was right on and the service and timing was excellent. We would definitely use D&C for any other projects that will arise in the future! Thank you D&C Custom Homes!!!

I cannot say enough about D&C Homes! We hired them to completely remodel the exterior of our home in Norman. Reroof, siding, painting, and everything in-between, they were timely, professional, and informative on everything that was to be done.

Dustin and Adrian were very reliable and dedicated to getting the job finished correctly. Our roof apparently needed additional venting due to popping nails from pressure inside the attic. They informed us what the course of action should be and helped us ensure there was more ventilation to stop any further damage to our new roof. Additionally, they provided us options on which siding materials we could use based on pricing of the market.

Furthermore, their contractor Jose and his team worked diligently and provided feedback to any of our comments during walkthroughs.

I recently bought a house and needed the master shower redone. They replaced the tile and the floor. When in demolition, they found rotten and moldy wood where there had been a leak. They replaced all the wood, and added some sort of moisture blocker (I'm sure that is not the right terminology).
My new shower is awesome!! Dustin and Adrian stayed in close contact with me and their workers. I will use them again in the near future for other projects!

After calling several contractors and not getting any response, I found D&C Custom Homes. Dustin and Adrian set up a day to come out assess the damage from wind and hail to my roof and siding. After dealing with the insurance adjuster the work had begun. I was very pleased with the professionalism and work that was done. I will highly recommend D&C Custom Homes

This two-window install was our second window replacement project with D&C. We are again pleased with D&C’s quality of window materials, skilled labor, customer service and, above all, communication.

In 2020 D&C replaced 14 exterior windows in our 30-yr-old brick/stucco home at a price so reasonable I had to ask twice.

Same with this pair of windows, even in the materials-chain-choked Spring of 2022. Despite supply & worker shortages and stuff we’re all tired of hearing, D&C delivered and installed this pair of custom windows ahead of schedule and for the price quoted, to the penny.

I needed to replace the 15 windows at my home, 7 of which are arched and 8 are rectangular. I had already received quotes for replacement windows from three other local companies in Oklahoma City area and contacted D&C Custom Homes to get a fourth quote. Dustin came out, measured all the windows, and provided me with multiple examples for the replacement windows from three different vendors. He suggested customizing four of the arched windows over to rectangular windows for a cost savings and an improvement in the looks. The multiple vendors and customization options were not offered from other local window companies. With the amount of time Dustin spent going through options and answering all questions, I feel confident in the decision to choose D&C Custom Homes. Through the entire process of windows/color selection, measurements, delivery, installation, & final walk through, I was able to call or text Dustin and Adrian even on the weekends and evenings. The work was completed a week ago and we are thrilled with the new windows. Dustin, Adrian, Jose, and the entire crew are outgoing and professional. We will be using them for future projects.

Dustin was very helpful in helping us resolve an insulation issue at our home. One of their contractors dropped the ball installing attic insulation in our home, and it didn’t get noticed upon inspection. 4 years passed before we realized this had happened. After I notified Dustin he didn’t hesitate to make it right. They paid for the problem to be fixed when he didn’t necessarily have to because the home was out of warranty. Very grateful for his understanding and willingness to help make a unfortunate situation right.

We hired D&C Homes to install a new fence for us after hearing great things about their roofing services and professionalism of their roofers and additional contractors - and I was not disappointed!

Dustin and Adrian were very proactive in making sure that everything was done correctly and quickly, that our fencing was exactly what we wanted, and had great communication to make sure that we were happy with everything. While they were here they were proactive in making sure that the maintenance of our house was in good condition and we talked about a few additional projects we'd like for them to complete.

The contractor Jose and his team, who installed our fence, was very friendly and helpful, but also quick which is great when you have 2 dogs who need a yard! The main reason we got a new fence was for our dogs who kept getting out - the guys made sure to recommend the best product (steel posts, quality wood) to ensure they aren't escaping anymore and it's worked like a charm!

We will happily be hiring D&C Custom Homes for all our remodeling repairs in the future and can't wait to work with them on our next project - windows and replacing some damaged vinyl siding! 10/10 - hire these guys!

They were professional, courteous, worked long hours, put on new wood siding over old damaged siding and added water barrier and reinstalled our guttering. Adrian went above and beyond to do walk around after crew left and addressed any concerns we had and stayed to address the things. They did this job in 3 working days on the north and south side of our second story home.

Hi my father who is 78 started having sewage problems about two weeks ago. His sister in law offered to pay for it to be fixed. She contacted a company called d&c custom homes and asked them to take a look. They came out and told him he needed a new pipe from the house to the city. They did not tell him that that had nothing to do with his problem. So they dug a ditch put a pipe in it and left the ditch open and told him they were done. Never once addressing the sewage coming up in his shower. He waited for two weeks for them with no fresh water in his house. 78 yrs old. They knew he had been without fresh water for two weeks and still left him high and dry. They did charge his sister-in-law card for 5 k though.

This company shows up on time every time. Never a dollar over invoice. I will not use any other company. D&C will not disappoint you on your projects.

WOW!! This company is more than fantastic. Very professional and more than reasonable on their price. They came in and removed 3 walls with one being a load baring wall, filled in the spots, took down the popcorn ceiling, retextured the fill ins and ceiling. I will be glad to share pictures with anyone. They are so good that I am having them back for plumbing and flooring. If you choose some other company it will be a big mistake. This is the company you want and need.

We hired D&C Custom Homes for a pretty large home renovation project, splitting one large room into two small ones, adding a new custom loft upstairs, and new flooring and paint. The job changed several times throughout (due to us) and Dustin and his team were beyond accommodating and able to roll with the punches. They were all very prompt and professional. The attention to detail was outstanding. Dustin is incredibly honest and transparent which makes him a joy to work with. We have already made plans to use D&C for two more projects at least. I 100% recommend using this company!!!

Dustin, Adrian, and their team provided a quick, inexpensive estimate for a tub/shower combo install and a replacement for a water manifold. The estimate was well below what other contactors quoted. This was a relief and a concern at the same time. I pestered Dustin with numerous questions regarding licensing, insurance, etc. He was very quick to respond and provided in detail, including documentation, answers to any questions/concerns I had. He is very easy to speak with and will give you straightforward, direct, and honest answers.
Throughout the project I had several other questions regarding potential projects/fixes around the house. I never once felt like he was being dishonest or deceptive in anyway. The project work was done quickly, but not in a way where I was worried about the quality of the work. His crew is efficient and works hard. Any questions about the project during the work was answered. Any detail we were concerned about, no matter how minor it seemed, was addressed, and handled like it was a major project. Our project was small, but we did not feel as if our project was any less important to them than a massive remodel.
I plan to use D & C Custom homes for my master shower replacement and some other projects we will have soon.

Dustin with D&C Custom Homes is an amazing contractor to work with. He was affordable and the work that was done was professional and looks great. I had my vinyl siding and windows replaced as well as the osb on the walls and my porch post and front door. Anytime I had a question I was able to get ahold of him day or night. There was no hidden fees or cost, he was direct with any problems that I may face and discussed multiple solutions to suit my needs. He is an honest guy that doesnt lie to make a quick buck. I highly recommend them to anyone and I look forward to working with them on future renovations and projects.

We had 3 very large windows replaced because of leaking seals. We had estimates from other companies and D & C was the most reasonable. They were not pushy like others and explained in detail what would be done. Their installation crew was quick, leaving very little mess.
