We hired Ringer Roofing & Skylight to replace our roof. They were friendly, prompt, efficient, and did a great job from start to finish. The owner came to give us our estimate and came to check on the progress- we were blown away by the service and customer care from the entire team.
One year old roof installed by a Ringer Roofing crew had wind damage due to shingles not being installed properly. I called Wayne and left messages, and sent letters (they live 4 blocks away from us) heard back once and they said they would inspect. Never showed up, never called, never returned more calls and messages. We paid $34,000 for a new roof to have the shingles blow off in 60 mph winds? In Nebraska? Seriously? The insurance adjuster found several areas where the nails were showing, and shingles needed to be caulked down.
Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Avoid this roofer.
