I can't speak for his other business, but in my experience with Bill Heath, he sold out to Realtor Carol Smith and pushed a Fraudulent inspection on our home which ended up costing us upwards of $40,000. No doubt he lined his pockets by getting in bed with crooked Realtors like Carol Smith of Remax. When we were finally able to get ahold of him, he thought he was speaking to the realtor and said "you mean the water damaged house we pushed thru? " Then asked who he was speaking to, then immediately hung up once he realized who it was and ducks our calls.

Bill Heath did an amazing job and I am very thankful for his professional eye! Will definitely recommend using right angle home inspection! If your basing using this business based off of reviews stop reading and make the call!

I had an inspection done yesterday on a home my wife and I are purchasing. Bill was absolutely amazing! We had some issues with scheduling due to realtor and owners and myself not quite having it together, but Bill was so flexible and able to schedule and reschedule however best fit us! The inspection took about three and a half hours, Bill checked the foundation, the roof, and everything in between. He did an amazing job and was very professional. He told us everything he found and planned to write in the report and made sure we understood what he was talking about. Had the report written and emailed to me right away. Amazing job!

All I can say is this guy is a fraud inspected my home before I purchased it told me he did not find any major issues with my house only to find out after I purchased it that my entire roof is junk leaking like crazy in multiple areas and has been for a long time because it was never installed right. Apparently forgot to mention that my roof has three layers of shingles on it which is against code. Major issues with rotted wood and several water damaged walls from major siding issues and now I’m stuck with a hose from hell thanks a lot for a in depth honest inspection.

Bill Heath does an extremely through job of inspecting every single inch of the prospective home. He will even go as far as listing any and all recalls for the appliances in the home. During the inspection of the house I was looking at buying, Bill was unable to get into the crawl space to inspect the foundation. Instead of charging me or the seller an additional seventy-five dollars to return and inspect the foundation, he waived it and finished the inspection as soon as the crawl space was cleared. The report is returned in a easy-to-read layout with the problem, severity, and corrective action all listed. The report itself is created and sent out within a day or two of the inspection being completed. The best inspection in South East Kansas will be from RightAngle Home Inspection.
