They mentioned that they don’t just do wear and tear. He explained that our home was DAMAGED and definitely not just normal wear and tear. They would not come out to give an estimate.

For a quick story, after doing some DIY home renovation, my wife and I discovered potential asbestos in our kitchen subfloor. We called Right Now at 8:30 PM on a Sunday night, and again within 30 minutes to ask more questions. Each time the phone was answered and we were given good information and able to set up appointments. Monday, Wayne came in and took samples. Tuesday he let us know it was positive for asbestos. Wednesday, Wayne and his employees came in to remove the floor, and on Thursday returned to install new subfloor.
Additionally throughout their time in our home, the team made helpful suggestions on different things they noticed, let us know the quality of their products, and did a wonderfully thorough job.
