Right Choice Restorations replaced my 25 year old roof yesterday.
My first contact with them was about possible hail damage to the roof. My insurance company declined the claim. However, I felt Chad was correct in his evaluation of my roof and proceeded to have Right Choice replace it. Jason and Chad were always polite in our conversations and answered any questions I had. The crew arrived promptly to start the job and completed it in one day, about 14 hours. The workmanship is excellent and the roof is perfect for my house. It is a beautiful addition to the appearance of my house. I highly recommend Right Choice Restorations for your roofing needs.

Jason and Right Choice were always honest and accommodating in every way. Even when I asked about some specific flashing months later, and Jason mentioned it wasn’t something the insurance approved or covered he had his guys come back and change the flashing free of charge on his own dime. 99.9% of companies wouldn’t do that. 100% satisfied with both the work and the customer service.

Great pick of company. They got right to work on the replacement of my roof. Dealing with insurance you always have wait time but when the OK was given Right Choice got to work. Their team was on time and made sure that there were no issues with clean up. I was kept informed on everything they had to get done and never had to worry about the hop getting finished on time. If I had to have work done again on my roof there is only one company I would call. Right Choice

Right Choice Roofing replaced my roof in 2021, during the pandemic. Their representative was polite, knowledgeable, and helped me greatly with my insurance claim. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood everything before I signed anything. They showed up when they said they would and begain the work at the exact time they promised. They completed the work in a day (small house). They cleaned everything up and left my yard in pristine condition. They followed up with me periodically to be sure all was still okay. Every person I dealt with was polite and helpful, exhibiting good customer service. I'd recommend Right Choice to anyone seeking to replace their roof.

Jason was a real trooper in helping me work with the insurance company. The guys that came out worked quickly and were very professional. What surprised me most was after the job was done they walked around with a magnet roller and got up all the fallen nails during the demo. I would not hesitate to use them again for any roofing needs.

Right Choice was absolutely fantastic to deal with right from the beginning. I called them at 5pm on a weekday and they sent someone out the very same day to help me navigate an insurance claim for a new roof. They were knowledgeable, fair and so helpful throughout the process and we had a new roof within 2 weeks of starting.

This team of roofers know what they are doing. Advised on insurance navigation, were timely (within 2 weeks), completed the whole roof in one day. Cleaned up very well, were accurate on measurements and horizontal lines, used great materials and fixed anything that got damaged. In the end the estimated costs were perfectly in line. USE THESE GUYS!

Worked with Zach and the team at Right Choice for a roof replacement. They were very responsive and did an amazing job. The roof work is top notch and the guys who came to do the work were very courteous of the property and us. They were in and out in the same day from tear off to installation and clean-up.
Zach was great in coming to meet with us at times convenient to me and was always prepared with samples or details as needed. He and the team worked well with myself and the insurance company. Responses were timely and accurate.
Zach was here even after the work was completed going around to make sure all nails were picked up and the trash was all removed from the site before they called it done.
Excellent work and people, I would definitely use them again if the need arises.

Right Choice Restoration replaced our roof and gutters in October 2023 and did an outstanding job from start to finish. I have nothing but praise for this company and its employees and crews.

We had hail damage from at least two storms and had developed a leak in the roof over the ceiling in a bedroom. Chris and Ben came out to our house, assessed every square inch of our roof, and assisted us with the claims process with our homeowner's insurance. If you have ever dealt with this part before you know it can be a time-consuming and difficult process. The thing I most admire about Right Choice is that they stuck by us all the way and when we ran into hold-ups with insurance they helped us solve the issues and move things along. We couldn't have done it without their help.

We have a rather large roof with lots of peaks and valleys. The crew finished the roof in two days and then came back out to add some trim pieces that needed to be changed and then the gutters were done a couple of weeks later.

Again, these guys are outstanding. Start to finish. Professional and courteous. Jason, the owner, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, and Chris and Ben were always available throughout the process to answer questions and help us in any way.

Last year I had severe hail damage to my house, and I chose Right Restoration for repairs. Jason Hooper, the owner, met with me twice. He coordinated everything with my home insurance and his team. I had the roof replaced, gutters replaced and some aluminum trim as well. It only cost me my deductible. His crews were here several times and handled all of my punch list items. I would gladly use Right Choice Restoration again. They have probably reroofed a dozen homes in my neighborhood.

Chris stopped by after a hail storm. Normally I'm skeptical and ignore this type of approach. But they had a very highly marked van and familiar. You can't miss the red, white, and blue. Chris was crazy nice and easy to communicate with. Our insurance did not cover a full replacement, unfortunately, only repair work. Normally, Right Choice does not do small jobs. This was an exception and we are super thankful as we are hoping to save up and get a full roof done by them in the future. Right Choice, and their team worked to navigate the insurance obstacles that we encountered with our roof replacement. They stood by their original estimate. Once approved, they were extremely professional, thorough, and provided the highest quality. We would definitely recommend them.

My wife and I live near Reidsville, NC, and after some recent storms discovered that we had some hail and wind damage. From the first interaction with Right Choice, we found that we were dealing with a top notch company. Most of our communication has been with Jonathan, who made sure we were kept informed of scheduling and next steps. Jason was also on site a couple of times to meet with the insurance inspector and to make sure the work was completed properly. The crews that installed the new roof, replaced downspouts and replaced damaged siding all worked hard and efficiently. Right Choice really made the whole process move along smoothly and without stress.

This is one of the best-named businesses ever - they were definitely the RIGHT CHOICE to do my roof replacement. They were very responsive, professio0nal, and did the inspection, estimate, and repair scheduling in a very timely manner. On the day of roof replacement they arrived early and were done with my new roof (1100 square foot double-wide mobile home) in under 4 hours. They spread tarps to collect the old roofing material and even ran a magnet around on the ground to find any potential fallen nails. I just wish they did general handyman type work as well as roofing!

Scott explained everything, helped make the claim, and even helped cover the damage until we could get the roof replaced.

The crew was fast and done before noon. They were even friendly to my kids when they were curious about what was going on. They were also thorough with the clean up with Scott doing a final sweep to make sure there were no stray nails on the ground.

Right Choice Restoration is a very professional company . Brandon Vincent was my representative and he is a man of Integrity. He walked me through everything and was there for me when the insurance adjuster came out . I recommend this company because of their integrity , customer service and professionalism . I was at aww when the roofmen came they were very professional also and very neat with the work( teamwork ) . I saying very neat with the work because they left my yard and surrounding area very neatly . The same way my yard and surrounding area were when they arrived that’s how it was when they left ( very cleaned ) and as they were working I could hear them talking and laughing . Jason and Scott worked with me on replacing my Mom's roof after it was damaged by a summer storm. They were so responsive, easy to work with, and very respectful of my elderly Mom. They did such a great job, that I asked to Scott stop by and inspect the roof on my home. After finding damage, Scott worked directly with my insurance company on the claim. Less than 2 weeks later, they replaced my roof as well. Both roofs look great. Their crews were on time for both jobs and very courteous and efficient. They cleaned up everything before leaving. They actually didn't leave until my husband and I had thoroughly inspected the job. We pointed our one small thing they had missed. They immediately completed that one task. They still waited for our ok to leave. Scott and Jason came onsite during the work as well as immediately responded to any text messages we sent them. They had several jobs on the same day but we never had to wait for a response. So, after using this company on two roofs, I highly recommend it. Jason is a Veteran and the owner of the small business. I love supporting Vets and Small businesses. It's been my experience that Big business is Big money and Big hassle. The price was very reasonable and thoroughly outlined in writing and agreed to before they began work.
There are no complicated legal forms to sign. No push to get you signed up immediately.
It was all at our own pace. The inspection and meeting with the insurance adjuster was free. No upfront costs. No hassle what so ever. They simply made this so easy. Finally, I love that all of this was done with good, solid, old fashioned high business ethics, high quality, and mutual respect. You just don't find businesses like this anymore.

We live in Richburg, SC. This was our first time having a new roof installed and we obviously made the right choice hiring Right Choice Restoration LLC. They inspected our roof, worked with our insurance agent, advised us on different shingles and ordered everything before inventory was too low (due to manufacturer shortages from COVID-19 disruption). The job included our 1.5 story home and a large 1.5 story detached garage. They also helped us finish additional work needed to include roofing a new back porch. We were so pleased that we also had them install new black guttering throughout. The work was fast, professional and impeccable. I joked the crew were fire ants as they attacked the project with experience and efficiency. Jason and Scott were great. We love the end result.

Absolutely the best contractor I have ever worked with through the years and I have dealt with plenty. Their work was outstanding! They did everything they said they would and there was never any issues or problems.
