Ridgeway Siding & Seamless Gutters, Inc.

I called and talked to someone on May 5th, they said they’d be out in a week. Four weeks have gone by. No response to contact through their website or phone. No voicemail. No known email. Seems like they’d be good people to work with based on the initial conversation but I can’t get a hold of them!

Very pleased with these folks. Came by the following day after making contact to look over the project and give us a quote. Price was reasonable and they showed up the next day to do the job. Made and installed new gutters, A+. Installed vinyl, A+. Wrapped window frames with aluminum, A+. Cleanup, A+. These folks know what they're doing, have all the proper tools, and work fast. Nothing negative at all. Enjoyed working with them.

Slow start, but we are very happy with the results of the siding and gutters. Very reasonable pricing, and clean up was above and beyond. My yard and areas around the house look better than they did when they started.

Worked very quickly and left alot of nails in yard but did an excellent job and highly recommend them to anyone needing gutters. Update on 10-26-21 they came back to pickup nails and were professional throughout and did a great job on seamless gutters.

They put in my soffit and facia and put on gutters , they were very professional very kind and got the work done very promptly

I spoke with Doug on a Wednesday and our gutters were put up Friday. He was extremely punctual and fast with putting them up. We were quoted by 3 different companies and theirs were the most reasonable. Fast service, great quality what more could you ask for.

My husband and I have called numerous times to have them come back out to the house and put the downspouts on. There has been excuse after excuse given (sick, family member died, gotten behind). They no longer answer the phone when my husband called so I began calling. On a Sunday, I was told they would be out to finish the installation on Tuesday. That was 4 weeks ago. Even though the original work was good, it has been too big of a hassle to get them to finish up. I would highly recommend going with a different business for gutter installation.

I have been calling for months now trying to have Ridgeway come back out to finish the job. As posted previously the brick on our house has been done for months as well so no excuse. I've called several times and have been told several times they would be out that day and never show. They always have an excuse and I'm always nice but not anymore. I called today and again was told they would be out and finish today. It's 7:03 pm and have yet to show.

As to the previous post... unfortunately in new construction it is necessary, on brick homes, with gutters, to leave the downspouts off until the brick work is completed. This was the case on Mr.Brewers job. He must have posted his review prior to us getting back to install his downspouts. We did get back and finish his downspouts. He also hired us to install leaf protection while we were there. We sincerely regret and apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused Mr. Brewer with regard to our timing. Here at RIDGE WAY SIDING we take costumer service very serious.
