He called that night to check on the thawing process, and was out the next day to check everything out again.
Outstanding service at a fair value! No truck charge like the other guys.
Rick's was over there within 45 minutes, took care of the water heater and set up the electrician for this afternoon.
I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing assistance.

My parents have used Jim Rick for years with the same amazing service. As my parents aged I needed someone I could rely on when they needed more help than I could provide. Jim always picks up the phone, sometimes coming over in minutes. He has given up family time to be there for my mom. He is professional and no nonsense. This kind of service is rare and we are so grateful for the service he provides for our home. Than you Jim

Jim Rick plumbing is fantastic! Jim came out right away to fix my malfunctioning furnace, and my frozen pipes. He called that night to check on the thawing process, and was out the next day to check everything out again. I can't say enough food things about him.

Reputable plumbing company in the area. Fairly good work on plumbing. Plumbing shop has a retail do it yourself hardware store but lot of the time closed or nobody around.

Without question, the company I wanted for my new home. The responsiveness, quality and professionalism is exceptional. My entire family has relied on them for years and there was no question I wanted them for my project.
I have not been disappointed…. Furnace, water heater, gas lines, water lines, sewer, thermostats, etc…. All professionally installed and backed with quality and responsiveness should I ever have an issue.

Rick's has always taken great care of my parents. This morning my parents called about their broken water heater. Rick's was over there within 45 minutes, took care of the water heater and set up the electrician for this afternoon.

My 86 year old mother who is disabled & homebound lives in an old farm house in Litchfield. She recently experienced for over a week an overflowing toilet & stopped up sinks. It really stressed her out & was raising her blood pressure levels. I called Rick's Plumbing for her & they came to her rescue. They diagnosed the problem & fixed it. We were so grateful!! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing assistance.
