Great job! Richard's crew was friendly and professional! Did an excellent job repairing a sub floor and walls that had been damaged by water. Took special care in painting and replacing molding.

Richard's Mobile Homes is the best. They have just started repairs on a mobile home I just bought. The first thing to be done, was to re-level my home and they did an excellent job. They make sure every window, door and lock functioned as if it was brand new. The next project is my master mathroom and I have complete convenience that it will turn out great.

Richard is very responsive to emails and phone calls. Our home is very old and needs extensive work (unfortunately). We started out with what we thought was a "roof leak," however, the true leak was not entirely the roof. Richard spent a considerable amount of time reviewing photos of our home and actually came to the home himself to do a thorough inspection.

So in the interim of starting the "roof repair," our water heater died and needed to be replaced and brought up to code. The crew discovered some other major problems as they were replacing the water heater and were able to make those repairs as well.

Always professional, by the book, courteous, on time and cleaned up after each day of work. Our mobile home still has many repairs to be made and we will continue to hire Richard's Mobile Home Service for those repairs.

Grateful to have found him during a time where your home is turned upside down. I couldn't be more happy with the transition from upside down to back to my home, me and my dogs maggie and kissy are so happy with our new home.

Richard's and his crew are awesome. They came out looked at my roof and gave me an estimate of what I needed for my roof to vent properly. And his crew came in and did the job in two days, and that was fabulous. And his price was very reasonable for the type of work that was provided. I recommend this company to all those who need work done.
