We have built 3 homes and our last and BEST was at the hands of Richard. He is ethical, responsive, fair, and incredible to work with. He went above and beyond our expectations. Our house is incredibly constructed with a strong focus on detail. Our house is BEAUTIFUL. We would recommend Richard to ANYONE. He is simply THE BEST.
We purchased a home from Richard in late November of 2017. The home inspector said that he had never seen a home that was so well built. Through the buying process, the one year walk through and today when we asked what paints were used on our home he responded as if we were still buying the house. We would highly recommend Richard.
Richard was really knowledgeable and helpful when he built our new home in Tallahassee FL. Being someone who's work involves a lot of international travelling, I couldn't always be onsite during the different phases of the construction. Leaving this project in Richards hands proven to be one of our best decisions we made that year.
