After our home endured the impact of four hurricanes, we knew it was time for a new roof and needed a company we could trust. Jeremy was incredibly responsive, communicative, and thorough throughout every phase of the project. He made the entire experience stress-free and was there for us every step of the way.

When the crew showed up to do the job, they impressed us just as much. I was onsite while they worked and can honestly say they were professional, courteous, and focused the entire time. Cleanup was phenomenal — even with the added challenge of a pool directly below the roofline. They protected the area with screens, swept the site daily, and used magnets to ensure even the tiniest nails were picked up. Watching them work reminded me of a crew inspecting an aircraft carrier deck — nothing was left to chance.

They even sourced and installed replacement domes for our Solartubes, which gave the whole roof a fresh, polished look. Add to that the extra attention to detail on vent work, flashing, and trim — our home now looks brand new!

From the initial consultation to final cleanup, the project was completed in just three days, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Logan’s Roofing should be incredibly proud of their team — they raise the bar in roofing and customer service.

Logan Roofing in Crawfordville truly went above and beyond! My mom’s roof had sprung a leak, and Seth came out quickly to do a temporary fix while we waited for the materials to arrive. Once everything was ready, they replaced the roof efficiently and professionally. Everyone we interacted with was polite, courteous, and respectful. I'm an insurance adjuster. Logan Roofing gave an estimate to one of our insureds who had hurricane damage. The estimate was very reasonably priced and straight forward.

Too many times I see roofing companies in this state trying to overcharge insureds in hopes that the insurance companies will pay the difference just to avoid further suffering by the homeowners. If this doesn't work the unscrupulous roofer will then "graciously" steer the homeowners towards an ambulance chasing attorney who will further grind the unsuspecting insured for more fees.

In the end the insurance companies often agree to settle for these outrageous estimates and attorney's fees just to minimize their own costs to fight and cut back on the inevitable bad press; since in the court of public opinion the insurance companies are always the bad guy. Of course then everyone's premiums go up to cover these losses, but the lawyers and bad roofers get to go around like they are some kind of "people's champions": not even close.

The real heroes are the roofers who give honest estimates, no matter who is paying. They help people with reasonable fees for replacement AND repairs, and know how to put on a tarp without causing more damage.

Logan's Roofing replaced our roof after the May tornados in TLH. Seth Logan responded to a neighbor immediately after the storm. He hiked through the woods with a chainsaw to get to our neighborhood. The neighbor that lives across from me used this company to get a new roof. While delivering the shingles, a supply truck used my driveway to maneuver into my neighbor’s driveway and in the process left black tire marks on it. I called Logan Roofing to let them know it happened, they assured me they would make it right, and they did. They were great to work with - came out right away to inspect and had it pressure washed within just a few days. The driveway now looks great! I really appreciate how they handled everything with professionalism and courtesy. I didn’t use this company for roofing so I can’t speak to the quality of their roofing services, but based on this experience, when the time comes for a new roof I will be calling them first.

I cannot thank this company enough for all the support they’ve given us during the reroofing process. Mr. Logan came to my house and inspected my roof and he went above and beyond assisting me with my insurance company adjuster (who was a total jerk). Mr. Logan located a leak in the roof and came over and tarped it till we figured out what was going on with my insurance. Once we got the insurance decision, I called and scheduled the reroofing. They got my house done in one day! The roof looks great and the customer service I received from this company was truly outstanding. 10/10 recommend. We had a small leak a couple years ago and Logan roofing came out to replace our vent boots. While changing out our dry rotted boots, they noticed our shingles were in very rough condition. After some back and forth with the manufacturer of our original shingles they were determined to be defective. We needed a new roof! Called Logan and two other local roofing companies for quotes. Logan had the best price and the best rated shingles! The entire office staff were caring, professional and very informative. The worked with us every step of the way!

Beware! Logan puts a lien on your house and doesn't remove it unless you specifically ask them to. Seems like they should remove the lien once you pay the bill. That's not what happens. They wait for the lien to expire in a year. So you have a lien against your property even though you have satisfied the debt. Not cool when you go to sell your house and there is a lien against it. If they can take hothe time to put a lien against your house it seems like they could take the time to remove it once paid. My roof work was 4 star but this drops it down to 2 stars.

While getting ready to out our house on the market, we found some repairs that needed to be done on the roof. I called Logan's and Skyler was sent out. He was able to help us make the decision to replace vs repair, and at the time we were a few weeks out. Skyler texted me the following week with a space in the schedule. He and his guys were able to get the job done in a quick and professional manner.

I have used Logan Roofing many times in my business as well as on my personal home. They always go above and beyond when getting me new roof quotes & roof installation. I had a very difficult to repair leak around the chimney and they came the same day I called more than once until it was fixed and when a small leak developed around the skylight 6 months after installation they arrived promptly after I called and fixed it no charge.
