Rich Design & Build, LLC

After many years of Dreams, we decided to venture into remodeling our house to make it much more functional for us. We talked with several design and construction companies to see what their approaches, suggestions and recommendations were. We also listened for how willing they were to work with us and not just have their own ideas to do what they want.
We found that coming across Rich Design Group was the best decision we could have made as right from the get go they took our input and created a plan we could agree on. That has become our Kitchen, Media room, coffee and “Happy Bar” reality.
Fortunately, Rich Design Group has a Construction arm that we were introduced to that brought the plans to reality. Anthony and his team allowed us to be engaged in all construction aspects, from drawings, demolition and site preparations, inspections, process questions and clarifications, learning opportunities and “Sweat Equity.” While living in 255 square foot garage space during construction was not easy, the team respected our presence and always made sure we were notified of any possible inconveniences so alternate plans could be made.
As building framework was established, our dream started to become a 300 square foot reality. Anthony and the team have a wealth of knowledge on how to make the complex turn into understandable and economical solutions. They listened to our questions and through open dialog we could come up with logical and meaningful solutions. We were able to use remnant pieces of building materials to support some minor changes that could accommodate unplanned events with purchased equipment-appliances/cabinets rather than creating complex expensive solutions. Their transparency with any issues were discussed with us and were able to be a part of the solution.
The team was very agile and their experience and ingenuity was greatly appreciated. While Anthony was considered the General Contractor, he was also right in there working along side his team and had great rapport with his subcontracted teams. (Excavation, Foundation, Roofers, Electricians, Plumbers, etc.). They also use the “Monday” scheduling tool that provided visibility of what the daily activities were planned for tracking progress. This was much appreciated to allow for delivery planning of cabinets and appliances to support delivery and installation needs. Anthony and Posha’s workmanship and finish work was of high quality and very impressive.
In general, we are very pleased that we made the decision to work with the full partnership of Rich Design Group and the Rich Design and Build Team.

Anthony is a real pro, super flexible and versatile and responsive. I've engaged him to build an attic floor above my garage, light remodel of two bedrooms, and I plan to have him build a deck in our backyard. I've recommended him to my friends and family. He is a delight to work with and really nails the details--his quality bar is super high. Finally he's a genuinely nice guy.

Anthony and his crew from Rich Design & Build did a fabulous job on our home remodel! We had the entire first floor completely redone as well as the stairs and some work on the second floor and outside too. Anthony's dad (Rich) helped us with redesigning the layout, which turned out amazing! It's so much more functional now and we are loving it every day. Anthony communicated well throughout the entire process and I appreciate the transparency in billing and schedule so I could see what we were paying for and knew when things were getting done. Absolutely wonderful craftsmanship and attention to detail. His crew was at our house almost everyday, most days working from early morning and into the evening! My neighbors were even impressed with the crew's commitment to getting the work done and staying on track with schedule! Overall, Anthony and his crew were great to work with and did an awesome job on our house. I highly recommend Rich Design & Build!
