Great experience! Entire furnished house was completed in a timely manner. Installers were very respectful, showed up on time and addressed any concerns I had. Nothing but positive things to say about my floor instillation.

Greg was very polite, did a great job and a great price. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Will 100% recommend him to our friends and family.

My house was built in the 70s and my bathrooms were old and outdated. I upgraded both bathrooms at the same time to reduce cost but it did come with some limitations like using my shower but well worth it. The process was long but I could not be happier with the finished product. I had a lot of tile work due and the finished product was beautiful. The owner was very responsive even if the workers did not always show up on time but he always got someone out to my house.

Greg was great to work with, always responding to my texts and questions. Things took a little longer than expected but it was well worth it. We love our new master bath.

Quality work with very responsive communication. There were a couple things our remodel needed they don’t do, like masonry and hvac, but the painter, plumber, and electricians were wonderful.

They came over to give me a bid on a basement remodel. It took them 3 days to actually send me a quote and judging by the things listed on the quote, they didn’t listen to a word I said. It’s a complete waste of time and the pricing is outrageous. Save yourself the time and hassle and just call someone else. This company just isn’t it. I’d be cautious of all of these 5 star reviews as well. A lot seem fake/suspicious.

I would absolutely not recommend. I only saw the contractor two times throughout my 8 week remodel. His crew would come and ask me question after question, they never had a drawing or plan with measurements. I spent most of my time overseeing the project, the tiler did whatever he wanted, trying to talk me into his way. Then he would get angry and yell at me when I asked him to correct things. The job was sloppy and they left a hole in my bathroom floor you could see through to the basement we had to fix. I would have to basically beg to get Greg to my house to look at what was happening. Not a professional job.

Excellent company to work with. They worked me in fast and did an excellent job installing my flooring. This is the second time I have used them and highly recommend them. Very easy to work with. Will use them again in the future.

R & G Homes did an amazing job on our floor installation. We had a delay in getting our materials and the owner was very accommodating in quickly scheduling us. The crew was on time and completed the floor installation for two full rooms and a hallway in under 4 hours. The finishing product was amazing and I am extremely happy with the results. We will be contacting R & G Homes for our next project.

We hired R&G to do a bathroom remodel. First off they were always late whether it be hours or days. The few people who came to do work had no idea what they were supposed to do. Communication with contractor was very poor. Communication between contractor and crews was non existent. I had to inform demolition crew what to do and informed the plumber that he needed to contact his boss to know what he was supposed to be doing. It was a very unprofessional experience and I do not recommend this company.

This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We gave you our address when we scheduled the appointment and your team member verified the location prior to setting the appointment. Texting at 06:30 in the morning the day of the appointment, to tell us we are “too far out”, and then texting at 07:57 to remind us of our appointment tells us that there is a disconnect in the communications within your company.

Buyer Beware! Stay so far away!!! I bought a house they were in charge of flipping. They added a second level on a 100 year old brick foundation that was literally crumbling. They bypassed Proper permits, codes and inspections. My HVAC was not properly installed and the pipe leaked down and inside my kitchen wall was causing mold damage behind 3 wall cavities and my built in cabinets that had to be completely demolished. We are talking 20,000 in damage that my home owners insurance initially denied paying. I had to pay to have HVAC company install a new pipe and also had to pay the city for the permit and inspection which they should have done. The windows on the outside upstairs were not properly flashed or sealed and I spent my New Years Day with a leak coming from a crack in my ceiling which was from the roof leaking into my attic. They pay big money to stage the houses to look amazing but when you move in you basically realizing how poorly constructed everything is. This house was a lemon and he did not do anything to help when I reached out for accountability.

Gregg has been great to work with! So far we’ve had our house exterior painted and I love it, working on deck and pergola now, then we are hoping to have windows installed soon. We can’t wait to see how it all turns out!

He was very responsive when I first contacted him. Came out to see the property and told me he would have an estimate by end of next day. After that I never heard from him again. My text msgs and calls were ignored for a week until I found someone professional finally. I knew my text msg was ignored because his iPhone sends a read receipt. Funny thing is he sent a “sorry I missed your call” text when I called from my other phone...WOW. This held up the purchasing of my property and I could have potentially lost it. I still have no idea why but that’s very unprofessional. No way would I have thought this was a real business.

Called R&G on 9/13 to discuss interior paint, deck, and kitchen backsplash project. R&G was unavailable to discuss on the phone but did reach out via text shortly after. I explained why I called and the text conversation ended with "We love to help". 7 days later I had not received a call back or text. Decided to call again, rang twice then it was declined. I was hoping for better results and looking forward to working with a local business but was disappointed with unresponsiveness. It shouldn't be a challenge to become a customer.

Greg gave us a great deal on our windows. Due to the current conditions because of covid our windows took 10 or so weeks. Once they came in the installer that works for Greg came out and explained the entire process of the installation. We are very happy with the quality of the windows and the workmanship that was used when they were installed. I've had several neighbors stop by and give me compliments on the new additions to our home. If you want to add efficiency and curb appeal to your home. Greg and R and G homes is your guy. I was sold on window world until Greg showed up! Thanks guys. We will do business again soon.

Stay far away from this company. Read on for the details why.

I contacted the owner of R&G Homes on 8/10/21. We met at my home in the evening of 8/11/21. The owner reviewed the project and advised I would have a quote that evening. Received the quote on the morning of 8/13/21. Quoted a total of $4972 for flooring install and interior painting. Quote included the LVP flooring costs, with me purchasing the paint.

LVP install was completed on 8/14/21. Advised that painting would being on 8/18/21. Owner requested payment for the LVP install the morning of 8/18/21. He advised that the flooring cost was $4,137. I questioned that cost, as the total bid was $4972. Owner advised that he made a mistake on the bid and said actual bid cost would be $7,512.

In an effort to get the work completed, I attempted to work with the owner. He became belligerent and claimed that the space for flooring was 200 sq. ft. more than in actually is and had been measured by 3 other flooring firms. I offered to meet him there to measure the flooring together. He declined and agreed to adjust the total price to the 650 sq. ft. We settled on $3,479 for flooring with the understanding that the remaining work would be completed.

At this point, I paid the flooring cost with a commitment that the painters would be onsite the next day 8/19/21. Painters did not arrive as committed. I reached out to the owner that afternoon and he did not respond. I reached out again the next day and received a response that he was contacting them to see when they were available. That was the last communication I was able to get from the owner.

Unfortunately, his inability to quote the job accurately and the obvious attempt to overcharge after quoting set my entire remodel project back by nearly a month. I would absolutely recommend against even contacting this company for work. Companies like this thrive because people do not understand their legal remedies available to them and pay the extra charges for fear of liens and litigation. Avoid this company and they will wither like all the others with the same mode of operation.

Greg and his guys did an amazing job fixing what two other trades ruined and messed up. They paid attention to what we wanted and ensured it was done the right way the first time and in a timely manner. I highly highly recommend them for your home improvement project.

I received a referral from a friend of a friend to complete a long overdue master shower remodel. The previous tile installer had started the work (over a year prior) and bailed on us after months and months of excuses. We got our new quote to redo the work that had to be torn out and completely redone as well as finishing up what wasn’t completed initially. Even with the many unforeseen issues that came up, R&G stuck with us and completed the project to what the wife and I imagined for so long. We couldn’t be happier with the end result and there are a few more projects we have every intention of using them to complete as well! If you want it done, and done right with an amazing company, choose R&G, otherwise you get what you pay for.

Had an appointment for this company to come out today and had told them about having numerous other people say they were coming and not show up. Then of course the day they are supposed to come, they cancel too. Just like every other contractor. Don’t care enough to keep their appointments and show up!

I am a licensed GC and home builder in Tennessee. As such I am very much use to hiring subcontractors. I can tell you that without a doubt you are in good hands with these guys. I buy a lot of property in Kentucky that needs repairs and I hire Greg and his team to do it for me. They have always done an excellent job and communicated well along the way. I expect to be using them for many more projects in the years ahead.

Greg sent he painting crew over to paint my upstairs, foyer and downstairs hallway. It was a big job but the guys spent all day working tirelessly to get it down. Great experience.

1st of all these guys saved me a ton of money compared to other estimates we was getting.
We had to wait a little longer due product delays not the their fault, but they keep me informed whenever we asked. Job looked awesome the installers were very professional and polite. I would recommend this company!
