This company lies, not trustworthy. Their response is a lie. Something definitely feels underhanded. Received call months ago that there was a new owner and asking me to delete my review, I’m now even questioning that. See Yelp review. Came out, told us we had roof storm damage. Sent me photos to give the adjuster when I let him know they were coming. Stated the adjuster wouldn’t bother going on the roof. I did send them, they went on the roof and stated our roof was in better than expected condition. Denied the claim. Talked to Larry and he said he’d handle it. Called a week later because I hadn’t heard anything. Had to explain who I even was, he didn’t even remember us nor the address. Said he emailed the adjuster but hadn’t heard back. Vi mentioned getting someone to come look at the roof, a home inspector, etc for a second non insurance company opinion to help with the claim. He said that was fine and hung up. Two minutes later I get a text stating he no longer was interested in working the claim and good luck. He contacted a mutually known person and stated if threatened to get a new roofer, very unprofessional and not at all what I had mentioned. And even so, a second opinion is not uncommon. So I contacted a another local well known roofing company and they agreed with the adjuster, the roof had suffered no storm damage and I asked if any repairs were needed and they stated that there was nothing they would bother with, turning down work. They stated a lot of bottom feeder roofing companies will do this, in hopes of getting the right insurance company o the right day that approves a claim. Our insurance went up drastically over the open claim even though no pay out. Avoid this scammer.

I would not recommend LM roofing! My insurance company was only wanting to replace half of my roof in the wind storm in 2023. Larry wasn't able to get them to approve it, so I ended up hiring a public adjuster. This was all done by the end of 2023.

March 14, 2024 Larry's crew came out. They were supposed to be here the 15th, Friday. They showed up unannounced on a Thursday and started working on the roof. Due to the rain they were only able to remove a section of the shingles and replace them. They came back the next day and removed the rest of the shingles. Even knowing that it was going to rain. They put the white sheeting stuff down and had to leave. They come back Saturday morning and finished the roof. While they were here, Larry made his assistant (his girlfriend) go to home Depot and buy more supplies and also take some back that was here.
The guy noticed that the pipes coming out of the roof was covered. He contacted Larry and it. I talked to Larry's girlfriend (which was his assistant) and she put him on speaker phone and we discussed this. He was supposed to come out and do some type of water test. That's yet been done. Which I didn't hire them to do that, so that's not so much of a big deal to me.

They used black spray paint to cover the pipes coming out of the roof (without asking if I was okay with that color change), spray painted along some black stuff -which has now faded, and caused over spray on my siding. I told the guys and they used gasoline to attempt to wipe off the spray. I had to contact Larry himself and complain about it.
I had to contact to Larry another time bc I noticed they damaged the soffit and to complain once again about the black spray paint on my white siding. They terribly patched up the cracked soffit and still wasn't successful in removing the paint. The whack patch job is crooked!
They also damaged the gutter on the front of my house and tried to fix it. It's already fallen down!
There's even some shingles that look like they are kinda lifted or arched up. When I brought it up back when they finished the roof, I was told that they would lay down when it gets hot out. The sun will help seal them. It's been pretty hot here lately and they are still not fully laid down.
I also complained to Larry about how the roof ridge cap vents were all wonky looking and wasn't as long as the previous ones. Still haven't heard nothing.

Maybe 2 weeks later I noticed MORE damage was caused. I think it's called fascia. It's in the corner of the roof. It's all dented in and the roof ridge vents look terrible in the area. I reached out on May 6th. Never received a reply until May 9th and was told that I'd get a response back from Larry by the Monday. So May 15th I reached back out and was told they were still working on getting pictures together. Today is July 5th I STILL haven't heard back from Larry or anyone at his company. I've sent pictures of the damages and the absolute terrible patch job on the cracked soffit. I've been able to prove before and after photos. I've reached out to email. Still no response as to when he's going to make this right.
We've yet personally met Larry. When I initially started this process with him, I was ALWAYS able to get in touch with him. Now that he was paid, he doesn't contact me back.

I attached just a few before and after photos but I do have a whole album of them.

I left out a few other things and it's kinda all over the place but I still have proof of what they did wrong and how I haven't been contacted back. I'm just very annoyed with this company.
Next I'm contacting the BBB and looking into seeing how I can get in touch with his insurance company and maybe see what they can do.

I had LM Roofing replace my roof in August 2023 and they did a fantastic job even fixed some serious structural problems!! The crew showed up when they said they would!! I called them yesterday and said I had a small leak coming in from around a vent pipe, and Larry said he would send someone out today and they did. It was just a twisted vent from the 75 mph winds we had on Sunday. Put extra sealant on it and said it shouldn’t leak any more!! Great service and a great guy to work with!!

I had roof damage from earlier this year. Called LM Roofing upon a YouTube endorsement. Larry came out very quickly to give me advice on my damage. Called my insurance company, claim approved. Larry and his company got this process going very quickly. I picked my shingle, delivered, and started in less time than I expected..everybody seems so far behind in scheduling. The shingle looks awesome and the crew was great..started and finished in one day. Would recommend LM Roofing to anybody. Thanks Larry.

They stepped up for us when other companies wouldn’t even show up to give an estimate.

After weeks of trying to get a roofer to call back, or show up, I seen a recommendation for LM. I messaged Ben on FB and he immediately responded. They were out in a couple days for an estimate. They answered or called back promptly with questions about materials and choosing what we wanted. We inquired about a metal roof, and although they could make more money, were honest in telling us it wouldn't be a good choice for our roof. The showed up to roof a week earlier than estimated and did a professional job, with manager and sales guys checking in and thoroughly checking the final product. Was also please to know it is veteran owned and operated. Who would have thought you could have a good experience with a roofer after having to deal with so many flaky people! Totally recommended!

I used L.M. Roofing to replace my shingles due to wind damage, Larry came by and inspected my roof in a timely manner and gave me a estimate that was very reasonable and had his crew out the same day to tarp the roof. His crew was out in a timely manner and replaced my shingles with IKO shingles, a great quality shingle that I have so far been happy with. I am very satisfied with the work they did and plan to use them in the future for work on my siding.

LM Roofing and Construction did a roof repair for me last week, and I am very pleased! I had a serious roof leak and they got to it quickly and professionally. Very fair price for the amount of work they did. Good company, good, friendly, caring people. Will definitely call on them again should I have other roofing needs.

L&M Roofing is very professional and precise, cleaned up after very well had old roof off and the new on within a days time. I would highly recommend also reasonable on price. L&M dealt with the insurance company and made process a lot easier for my 80 year old mom

Larry's crew did a great job! He was very responsive and they did a great job from what we can tell! He was very easy to talk to and very informative keeping us apprised of what we needed to know timely. Will definitely use him again in the future if we need roof work done.

First off Larry miller is my brother. Back in December my roof started leaking I didn’t call Larry right away. I called Insruance company myself they treated me poorly and only wanted to replace one slop on my roof . I called Larry he handled them like he does all his customers. He stood up fought against them. Larry is very professional family or not m. He takes pride in his work and doesn’t make you feel like your alone during the scary process of replacing a roof. Larry never finished the job. A siding job. Said their was some things He wasn't happy with, he told me he was going to ride out and discuss it with me. He never showed up and never called back. Was told by the girl in the office that I was going to receive a refund for work not completed. Never got a check or any return phone calls. Been calling, texting for weeks. No Response. Not very Professional in my opinion.

I had a roof emergency just bought a house. Part of my roof on an add on was leaking bad larry came out found the problem. And more got my roof. Up to code and no leak had 5 layers 4 layers of shingles. With tin on top of that

LM Roofing had a quick response time when I inquired about my roof inspection. They showed great professionalism while on the job. Their prices are also reasonable. The owner is pretty good looking too ;)

Larry came to my house and gave my husband and I a quote. At first thought I assumed he was giving me the same lines as any business would trying to get money from a customer. Man was I blown away ! When Larry and his guy's were finished with my home not only did it jump in appearance, but value as well ! I was left speachless, trust me that doesn't happen often ! Yet to Larry, the job wasn't done. See Larry, like myself and many of you reading this, has a little girl. So he knows how important it was to make sure every nail,staple, scrap piece of metal or any item that could be left, wasn't. The care and time he took to make sure my babies would be safe to play in their yard sold me on not only his company, but anything he would sign his name to. That type of satisfaction is extremely hard to find these days, so when you do find it you do what you can to help it continue to grow. Larry did a beautiful job on the roof of my barn. I was totally pleased with the whole process. He is a great guy to work with. I like that he actually was there doing work on my barn. I would, without hesitation, recommend him for all your roofing projects. I intend to have him do another project on my pole barn and She Shed.
