Reza did an outstanding job remodeling our clinic space in the heart Bellevue. The space was last updated circa 1990 and he transformed it into a beautiful modern clinic. He worked with our designer to redesign the space to better suit our needs. He guided through the building process. He was knowledgable of all city codes and regulations in regard to clinic spaces. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns. He and Nicki managed the project well and helped us find ways to keep to the budget. He was very easy to work with and motivated to get our project done as soon as possible. I am glad the project is done, but I will miss working with Reza. He will be my first call next time I need a general contractor.

There is no job Rez construction can’t do, big or small. We had him design and install a new waterproof room deck (old one began to leak), install new roof, install new windows and doors (he made us custom flashings), install new siding, create drainage, concrete work and much more. Reza’s keen eye for engineering quickly identified the areas that were problematic in the home and he rectified the issues. He took his time to send us lots of pictures to explain the situation, and patiently waited as we went back and forth, brainstormed ideas for what we might want to do with this space and researched several products for the unique applications. We felt so comfortable and confident in his work throughout. His tradesmen are genuinely craftsmen. It is totally worth being patient and waiting to do the job right! They care about their projects and it shows in the attention to detail. We will be enjoying our serendipitous spaces for decades to come. Thank you!

Reza was one of only a few General contractors who agreed to help us navigate the uncertainties and perils of renovating a 1920 ‘sold as is’ beach house in the middle of a pandemic in 2020. Noone could possibly predict what a massive undertaking this would become, and Reza stepped up to the challenge. His unique combination of skills in project management, engineering, and experience with both new construction and renovating very old homes made him the perfect person to take on this challenge. We only knew to expect the unexpected, and Reza managed to guide us through the process, both emotionally and financially, as we were going from a ‘remodel’ to a ‘gut-and renovate’, to a ‘rebuild’. Throughout the process, Reza’s project management skills and engineering expertise ensured that we would have a dream home that was safe and secure for our future. Most contractors would have run for the hills or cut corners to save time and trouble. There is no problem that Reza and his team can’t find a creative solution for, and this house has put them all to the test! He genuinely enjoys problem solving and coming up with the best solutions for both the design and the functionality of the house. He communicates clearly and consistently, sending photos and updates along the way, and will go out of his way to make sure the quality of the workmanship is top notch. His technical skills are only surpassed by his ability to manage people and maintain positive relationships with neighbors. His calm, patient and practical approach has been critical during this major project that has spanned over 2 years. His courtesy and close supervision have navigated some rather tense situations in a tightly packed waterfront area, where space is incredibly tight. Rez Construction completed final remodel work on my house that I sold. My project was fit into his existing schedule and the work was completed on time. The work involved the all important front entrance. Double doors were installed but that installed rebuilding surrounding area. The finished job was professional and attractive. I found Reza to have expert knowledge in all areas; carpentry and building, flooring, painting. I had excellent communications at all times and as I could not be in town when the work was being done, this was very important. I highly recommend Rez Construction.

Reza was very responsive and acted immediately by bringing the right contractors to my home that was water damaged. He finished the flooring in a bathroom over a weekend followed by the plumber 2 days later and the job got completed flawlessly. I can count on him for doing any future construction/remodeling work for my home. I was impressed with his completion of work in a timely manner. He stood up to his words and he was very professional and caring throughout this process. He visited my home everyday and checked it all at the end to make sure his quality check is complete as well.

I have been using Rez Construction service for almost last three years. Rez with his crew were always on time and on budget. I hired them for major landscaping project to solve underground and surface water problem in our backyard. They came up with a design, reviewed it with us and after approval, implemented the plan by a few catch basin storm drain, drainage piping (French Drain) and a dry well drain system. They came and swiftly did the job in a week and cleaned as if nothing has happened. Also, their painting service was great. I hired them to do major painting that came out outstanding. In 2017 I hired them to build a concrete walkways and they did an amazing job on that as well. Rez is not just a construction company, he is a problem solver who comes up with creative ideas and solutions to fix problems. I highly recommend Rez Construction for any general contracting and construction projects.

We hired Rez to repair a window in our home which was surrounded by wood which had become rotten. Reza, the owner, promptly gave us a bid to repair the rotten wood and reinstall the window and shutters which had to be removed to do the work. Demolition of the rotten wood disclosed more rotten wood which could not be seen initially. Rez workers removed all of the rotten wood, replaced it and repaired part of the window which was also rotten--thus saving us from having to buy a new window. Rez's work was done promptly and on time. Reza was available to personally consult with us and his workers. This was a small, but challenging project which a lot of contractors would not want to undertake, but Rez did the job efficiently and even after a change order to deal with the unseen damage, the total price charged was very fair. We would use Rez again.
