Reyes Roofing exceeded our expectations! Not only did their bid to complete the roofing work easily beat the other bids we received. They completed the work in 4 days for a 2800 sq ft house and did a better job than the original installation 25 years ago. Job well done as promised. Interesting to note that we got several bids. Jose came after one of the other companies came and asked us if we wanted the tiles that had been moved to be put back in place in case it rained. We had not signed a contract with him but was only considering it. He did so, and it did rain that evening. He was a very honest man and that sealed the decision to go with him. The roofers were meticulous, efficient, friendly, polite, and professional. Highly recommend.

We solicited 3 bids to compare costs. Reyes Roofing was who we contracted with to replace our 30 yr old roof. Jose was excellent to work with and kept every promise made as to the job to be done and the quality of work. The roofers (God bless them for this hard work) were so polite, efficient, steady working, and made sure everything was done in a clean manner. Perhaps my only complaint is that they were grilling some tacos for lunch and didn't offer me one of those delicious looking taco's! Two of our neighbors decided to re-roof after we did and were getting bids. They chose to go with Reyes Roofing and delivered completion earlier than promised. Our neighbors appreciated our input. We have no regrets recommending Reyes Roofing.

After receiving several estimates, we contacted Reyes Roofing. My Mom used them 2 years prior to replace her roof. Jose was our contact at Reyes Roofing. When he gave us our estimate he provided pictures that he took while on our roof. Our skylight was cracked and a storm was coming he asked if he could cover the skylight for us to prevent further damage. We had not yet given his company the ok yet to replace our roof, and they were already providing us with great service. We proceeded in using their company and were very happy with the outcome of our new roof. Their workmanship was great, they cleaned up everyday when they were finished for the day and they kept us informed as to what their schedule was. Their team of employees were professional, skilled, and respectful of my property from beginning to the end of the project. I would highly recommend Reyes Roofing for all of your roofing needs.

On 05/15/24, I experienced wind storm damage not related to Reyes Roofing installation and when I contacted them to repair the wind storm damage, they responded the same day and repaired the affected areas. They also assisted two of my neighbors that experienced the same wind storm damage that I did at no cost to them (it should be noted that their roofs were installed by other roofers).

After this weekend, “exceptional service” are the words that come to mind as I write this review about Reyes Roofing. Our sincere gratitude goes out to this company for stepping up during a stressful and tight timeline. My wife and I were in the middle of another project which impacted our pre-scheduled roofing start date set for January 22nd. This date got bumped up to January 19th due to an oncoming storm. Amazingly, our roof was completed within 2 days! In order to beat the storm, the crew stayed well beyond their typical 8-hour work day to ensure that our roof wasn’t exposed or compromised. Not only was the timeline unheard of, but so was the amount of unforeseen work that had to be completed within those 2 days. It was impressive! Our roof required, FULL replacement which included all of these additional extras; all the facia, all the plywood underneath the existing roof (discovered after tear down), removal of a swamp cooler and 2 skylights. Their willingness to collaborate with our existing contractor, hard work and pure dedication to this project is what made the timeline possible. We are happy with our new roof and would highly recommend Reyes Roofing for any roofing needs!

Reyes Roofing replaced our tile roof in November 2023. We received six bids for the roof replacement with a wide range of prices. Although the bid from Reyes Roofing was one of two at the low end of the range, their bid included everything that the highest bid did. Milton, who prepared and presented the bid, is not just a salesman but a roofer with many years of experience. He provided a sample of the underlayment to be used and he was able to answer all of our questions satisfactorily. The roofing crew appeared cheerful as they worked and they cleaned up the worksite at the end of every day. At the final inspection we asked for a few changes and these were quickly completed. The only negative is that the new tiles used to replace the old broken tiles are not a very close match to the old tiles. However, these were placed at the back of the house. Overall, a good experience.

Reyes Roofing did an astounding job on my roof! They adhered to doing a high quality job and it shows. They also have very fair pricing, did not charge extra for replacing tiles if needed, and had no surprise additional charges. The workers came everyday for 4 days straight and worked all day to finish my roof quickly. They cleaned up after themselves daily, not just after finishing the job. I am exceptionally pleased. This company restores my faith that there are excellent, honest, ethical businesses out there.

Reyes Roofing LLC, replaced my flat roof with a new foam roof and did excellent work. Sergio was fast to respond with answers to my questions and scheduling my service. Albert and his crew worked diligently for three days and left everything clean at the end of each day. I would highly recommend Reyes Roofing as very professional, efficient and a high quality company for any roofing needs, new or repairs.

Had an appointment for Reyes to come out and give me a quote on roof replacement. Made sure I was home an hour early, and shuffled my schedule around so I could even be there a half hour later than the appointment. Reyes was a no-call, no-show. I understand running late, but why would anybody do business with a company that isn't even reliable enough to call when they are going to be late?

UPDATE: In response to the company's belated response: I simply reported on my experience. Your company was trying to get my business, so you should have been doing everything you could to make sure we were impressed with your reliability and trustworthiness. As for your allegation that the owner came out the next day to apologize, this is simply not true. The only time a Reyes employee came to our door was the day after the missed appointment, and that employee - whether he was the owner or not - acted surprised when I said that they had missed the appointment the day before, and he said that he was there on the correct day. You are just trying to make your business sound more responsible than it has proven to be.

Reyes roofing what an excellent experience we just had with a roof installation they just completed for us… A little over 90 SQ’s of roof to lay up and they installed it to perfection in 3 days… Even in this intense summer heat… the attention to detail is so nice to see the mortar balls turned out great and all the penetrations were done with care… Reyes team is excellent from top to bottom 5 stars all the way around. The Workers were amazing. They finished this large two story Roofing installation in 5 days. The workers were always on time and cleaned up each day. The Price charged beat all the bidders. 30 year warranty with 15 year workmanship could not be matched. If you need a new roof, call them for a free inspection and estimate. You will be glad you did. Ask for Ivan.

I opted to have Reyes Roofing remove my old roof (2 layers of asphalt shingles) and reinstall a new roof. I have a single story house roughly 1800 square feet, apparently the rough was double in sq/ft of what my actual floor plan. My list of contractors that quoted me was approximately 10, some responded quickly, others not so much - the criteria I used to select those ten were as followed: 1) Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC) in good standing with no previous or pending complaints, 2) A member of the BBB of AZ - also with no pending or previous complaints, 3) More than 5 years in the roofing industry as listed by AZ ROC, 4) listed by either Certainteed or Malarkey Roofing materials as a contractor for residential installations - the two shingle manufacturers I choose as suitable materials.

Ultimately most of the bids were very close; ranging from 16,000 - 12,000 dollars to complete the job. Reyes Roofing was my choice for several reasons; 1) simple and precise contract (some contracts had added fees - first layer of roof included, second layer would be billed at a per sq/ft basis, etc, etc), 2) the length of guarantee on workmanship - many contracts only quoted a guarantee/warranty on labor/workmanship of one year (something I felt was a palsy sum since the two types of roofing are "lifetime warranty" architectural laminated shingles (laymen terms multi-tab 30 year shingle) {Reyes offers 10 years as part of the quote}, and 3) Price.

I was not disappointed, my quote was exact, included taxes, fees, and there was no limitations or expressed loop-holes that other quotes I had received had. Scheduling was simple, albeit not on my part - I had specific requests to prevent messing with my work schedule that other bidders did not promise any type of possibility to adhere to.

Removal of the two layers of roof was relatively simple, all and any debris that fell on the ground was picked up at the end of each work day. Installation was just as simple, they took roughly two and a half days - first day removal, second day completed removal and applied roof to about 75% complete, third day completion and removal of trailer full of debris.

Contact was simple, any calls were answered promptly, and the only one time I left a message, it was returned in a timely manner.

Knowing now what I know and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Reyes Roofing.
