Cayman showed up one afternoon asking about my roof and offered to inspect it and stated he believed that there was indeed damage. I asked him if he could get it covered by insurance I would be interested. He did and got it totally covered. Everything he said would happen, did. CTR roofing company did an outstanding job. I’m very happy with their business and work ethic.

CTR is a very professional and reliable company. They work hard and do exceptionally good work. I would use them again if I needed, but I hope I don't have to.

Cayman and Brian were great. On time and explained the process. They even gave me a non insurance route quote, which we were unable to get from any other contractor. This helped up be better prepared to determine how to move forward.
The crew was early and immediately set to work. They completely cleaned up afterwards. There was one small issue with the results re-attachment of our gutter. Cayman scheduled another team to come by and they ended up fixing it 3 days early!

From beginning to end the process of replacing our roof was beyond excellent!!!
Brandon was our contact and we were highly impressed with his integrity! He kept his word and he was prompt in replying to our questions and patient w/us.
The crew was superior in the one day roof replacement and the cleanup was outstanding! We were concerned about tires picking up nails (for our neighbors); that was handled by Brandon immediately!

Chucktown roofing rescued me from the horrors of dealing with a swarm of other companies wanting to do my repairs June 20,2024 hail storm that made my neighborhood look like a war zone hit with machine gun bullets. I was so lost and dissapointed by all these other roofing companies that did not know how to honestly work with home owners insurance companies.He got better photos of the damages to my home than the Progressive insurance adjuster did.SUDDENLY PROGRESSIVE LIKED WORKING WITH Chucktown Roofing Company.They have done an excellent job and Progressive stated what ever Richard says needing doing that they would cover the cost because he filed clear explanations of damages photos and honest cost of quality of repairs and why .So I now have a architectural roof,better than the builders, new siding exact style and color match, repair of my gutters and downspouts.,they also install gutters and downspouts and not just doing repairs on gutters and downspouts.Also repaired my windows and screens.. Progressive liked dealing with Chuck Town who could do all the repairs I needed without going to a dozen other contractors. .Excellent service and workmanship.And especially they know how to honestly work with a variety of Insurance companies and get the results needed ASAP.

My roof is the envy of the neighborhood. First off, out of multiple quotes, Chucktown Roofing was the most competitively priced, even after change orders were made to the original proposal. What also made Chucktown Roofing different was the fast response: Brian responded to calls and texts faster than anyone else, and he had the ability to schedule my job faster than anyone else. This was significant during hurricane season. He also went above & beyond to accommodate my specific circumstances when scheduling. Brian took time to answer my questions and make suggestions, including helpful suggestions about other aspects of my renovation. He was always upbeat and professional, his team did a good job in just one day, and as mentioned, the high-quality shingle he chose left me with a beautiful roof.

Was recently affected by the crazy hailstorm that came through our area. After going through several roofers to get my roof done I finally got to someone who wanted to get the job done, and done well. It was no hassle, up front, and to the point. Scheduling was easy and made the entire process a lot less stressful than others had made it for me. Now my roof is finished, and I can have the peace of mind that at the peak of the season it will fixed.

Brian took a look at what was on the ACV/RCV from the insurance, and went above and beyond to get the roof done quickly and correctly.

THE BEST ROOFERS!! Brian, the owner, was amazing at all the work that needed to be done pre-job and helped us sail thru the insurance process. Brandon was amazing at coordinating the job itself in a super timely manner and overseeing execution. The work crew of 8 was so good and diligent, and tireless and fastidious. They worked SOO HARD for 2 days from 7am-9 pm to expedite the work. The whole experience from A-Z was like a hot knife thru butter! A+, highly recommended!!!

I want to give a huge recommendation and shout out to Brian and his team. I’ve had several repairs over the years and working with contractors isn’t always easy or fun, but when I tell you that the whole process was easy…I mean it was very easy. Even going through insurance which is usually a nightmare in itself. Brian looked at the roof marked it up and made sure that we were well aware of our options. He shared his experiences working with insurance companies, especially USAA. The process went exactly how he said it would go and it was nice and smooth. From start to finish the job took 4 weeks and that’s including the insurance claim process. If you need an outstanding roof contractor, I would call Brian. You won’t be disappointed.

We did our due diligence and gathered some quotes from local companies- but from the outset, Brian showed an in depth knowledge of the entire process of replacing a roof:
1) Working with the insurance company: Brian briefed us and knew exactly the system for rendering an exacting claim that answered all of the insurers questions before they had even thought of them.
His easy - yet professional manner extended to them, just the same as it had with us.
2) Liaising with us until ‘replacement day’: Brian kept us informed regularly as to where we were in the paper-heavy process. Within a short while we had been accepted and we had a date for replacement - which was just as well as we had several leaks in the roof.
3) Right up to ‘R’ Day and through the day, Brian was on hand to immediately answer questions and ensure that all went smoothly.
4) The roofing team came and replaced our 3,800sqft house roof in 1 day, minimizing the inevitable mess and noise. Afterwards they cleared everything up and even did a magnetic sweep for stray nails.

It’s a sad thing that one rarely feels as well handled as this - in any form of business - but CTR has reminded us that it can be done with smooth professionalism and constant contact.

Forgive me, because this may be long, but I prefer to be detailed. I have never experienced customer service the way I received with Brian! He actually came a hour and a half out of his way after I got off work to discuss the contract that was sent to my wife and me from ourinsurance company. He went over everything and when I say everything I mean everything in detail. Every question that my wife had asked, he answered, he broke down the terminology which let me know he truly knows his business. Now my wife tends to ask things multiple times, and the same questions multiple times; Brian was patient. He stood his ground and he answered my wife’s question when things seemed to get heated. I honestly sat there and watch them to interact with each other, and I honestly had nothing to say because ever ything was spot on and clear cut; and straight to the point. And he didn’t hesitate to go back over the entire contract again with me and my wife to make sure we had no further questions and this was after 5 PM in the evening. He was present before during and after the installation of a roof. He guaranteed the work and he showed that he is a true person that honestly cares about his Customers. Yes, we know this man is working for money and we all the work for money I will not be working, but that’s my point nor his attitude; that’s not his character. That’s how you know you he truly cares about his customers and he truly cares about the work that is done and I seriously recommend him; the same way he was recommended to me. I worked with Brian Surguy when our roof needed to be replaced after a storm. He was very prompt in returning my call, and coming to assess the damage. He also helped facilitate the insurance claim process as we were novice to the situation. He was very knowledgeable of every possible roof scenario and what to look for. He was present at every inspection and gave helpful information to our insurance adjuster.

Once the process was in full swing, he ordered our materials very quickly and had the roof replaced within a day after material drop off. His crew worked diligently all day long as it was evident that they wanted to do everything right. The new roof looks amazing! And we feel so confident in their work.

Rogue nails throughout the yard are to be expected, but his team worked hard to pick up buckets full of all they saw. Brian Surguy and his team are responsive, professional and reasonably priced. They put a new roof on our home and did everything they said they were going to do, when they said they would.
