Call Rick first, don’t try to remediate the water by yourself. Rick could have possibly save our carpet but we removed it before he came. He worked with us and put a plan together to get our basement dry. He was up front with us with the costs too. Plus just an absolutely great guy.
We had a flooded basement due water leak causing septic system to backup. I called Restoration Alliance Services and Rick was here in less than 45 minutes. He evaluated the situation and had a crew out in a couple of hours. I paid the insurance deductable as a down payment Rick and worked with the insurance company directly thereafter.
Job was completed including drying in 3 days.
They were very safety conscious as well.
