Working with Restoration 1 of Springfield MA was an incredible experience! Positive is an understatement. They were truly exceptional! When my bottom unit / basement flooded due to a pipe malfunction, Bob responded promptly and was at our home within an hour to assess damage and then later early that morning to begin the process of drying / pumping out the water. Their quick action helped prevent further damages to the house.

The whole team was professional and helped guide us through this process. Special Shoutouts to Donovan and Bob. Donovan was hands on with the water damage and was there every step of the way. Bob and Donovan documented all the damage for our insurance claim. Bob, in particular, went above and beyond by personally assisting the adjuster during the assessment process and showing up to our unit the day of. Their professionalism and true attention to detail were home-saving.

We were so comfortable working with Restoration 1. They are great people and down to earth. Made us feel safe, and working with them was the best decision of a wild and stressful process. I highly recommend Restoration 1 to anyone in need of restoration services. Thank you again for everything!

Bob and his team were excellent from the very first contact.

They were quick to reply, addressed my mold emergency immediately and were patient with all my questions and concerns from start to finish.

I can say that they are the best service for something I hope I won’t need again!

Also, as I’ve spoken to other larger competitors, each team is it’s own company, so it feels like a local team, because they are. If you do have to deal with mold, which let’s face, is horrible, get these guys to help you through it.

It is hard to find anyone to answer their phones now a days no matter what trade it is, I called 3 companies before I called Restoration 1 who was the only company that answered their phone right away. I had the best experience friendly staff, answered all my questions and got the job done right away. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

The water feed line to our refrigerator (ice cube/water dispenser) developed a very small leak which was not noticed for several days until water had accumulated on the floor of the refrigerator cabinet and then on insulation and items in the basement. They responded immediately. It appeared that we might have to do work on the hardwood floors under the refrigerator cabinet, but after several days of aggressive drying it was saved. All the staff were very well informed, courteous and went out of their way to be helpful.

The restoration 1 was responsive and professional. They were able to help us with a really bad problem of mold in the basement of one of our rental buildings. They provided a detail scope of work and discussed it with me. They kept constant communication for the duration of the repair and they provided a detail report at the end of the job. Highly recommend Restoration 1 for the quality for their service, their work and value.
