After just over three years of working with Resnick for our roofing needs, I’ve been thoroughly impressed with Resnick’s responsiveness and the technicians’ skills and professionalism. Recently, they were able to locate and quickly and effectively fix a leak caused by a missing slate and have shown exceptional care in maintaining our slate roof, which has performed very well despite its age. We recommend them highly and wholeheartedly.

Update: Resnick Roofing has been beyond amazing to work with. They made it a priority to come out and fix the window trim and garden edging. They have been great to work with and I will keep them in mind for any future projects of my own.

My neighbor hired this company to do their roof, and they caused damage to my property in the process. Because I was not the person who hired them, they didn't care. I tried multiple times to talk to them about being on my property and they ignored me, even while I was taking pictures of them. Once I finally did get to talk to someone they claimed they didn't know it was some else's property and assured me that they would clean up any damage they caused; which they did not. Once they left I could finally look at the damage they caused and they broke and pulled out my garden edging, smashed flowers and dented my brand new window trim! I'm furious to say the least that this company would be so disrespectful of someone else's property.

Look no further if you want top tier service, attention to detail, and quality work. Everyone at Resnick clearly loves what they do and were fantastic to work with. Highly recommended.

We had been leaning towards the GAF shingle product when beginning our roofing contractor selection process. We felt GAF was superior to other manufacturers shingles. The fact that Resnick earned the superior GAF 3-star President's Club contractor designation was an important factor in our ultimately choosing Resnick. The President's Club Golden Pledge Warranty is important to us. And, in researching Resnick, we noticed the exceptional reviews; also their pricing was competitive to another GAF installer. Their proposals were among the most detailed we have seen for any type of contractor.

Resnick replaced our home's roof and the gutters and downspouts. We were very pleased with the entire installation process. The install teams were very careful and respectful of our property. A minor touchup job on a small section of flashing was addressed very promptly. The entire Resnick team, from Sales (Kevin), to the Project Supervisor (Ryan), and the Office/Customer Manager (Ashley) were all very knowledgeable and very responsive; they always kept us informed and up-to-date during the entire process. We appreciated that they take providing great customer service seriously. We would definitely recommend Resnick if you are considering replacing your roof. We would certainly use them again; a great experience working with this company.

Noah was my inspector and he did a fantastic job. I didn't feel like he was trying to scare me into buying/repairing the roof. He seemed very honest with his assessment. He took pictures and explain to me all the areas of concern as well as what should be done to improve them.

Mark stopped by and gave me an estimate on a full roof replacement. He was very knowledgeable about the products they use and explained the process thoroughly. Highly recommended

Resnick Roofing completed the roof replacement in two days. The installation crew did a great job including thorough cleaning of the area at the end of each day. The supervisor was easy to communicate with. Zero problems.

We are beyond happy with our experience with Resnick Roofing and Contracting. From start to finish we were impressed with their customer service and professionalism. Derrick, the sales rep took time to come to our house to explain the products they use, their process and the pricing (which is competitive). They were offering a holiday discount if we signed the contract over Memorial Day weekend. They were responsive to questions, even providing addresses of previous jobs in the area to help us choose the color of shingle after seeing it on an actual house. (We chose "Weathered Wood".)
On the day our roof was replaced, the crew arrived on time and worked steadily (on a very hot day) until the job was done. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up the area completely! Joel, the project manager checked in with us on site and came to inspect the finished product after the job was complete, providing us with the before and after photos. They noticed a couple of shingles that could be nailed down more and are sending someone to do it tomorrow. We have received compliments from other neighbors on how great the roof looks now. We highly recommend Resnick Roofing!

Good experience. Project started off difficult with delays in communication from resnick taking several days to provide information to move project forward and get started. Sales representative in several cases took 3 to 4 days to reply to emails. Came accross issues with billing as well as resnick kept asking for deposit when financing was done with them and they had money in hand went on for several weeks. I was advised issue was the result of a new system. Installers were excellent and courteous to myself and neighbors, office staff is excellent as well. Will recommend them to others based my experience and quality of finished project.

We had our siding, gutters and small metal roof to our house. We LOVE it and so does everyone who walks by our house!! It makes our house look brand new!

My experience with Joe was fantastic. He was very pleasant, honest, and thorough. The appointment was for an estimate for siding installation but Joe happily checked out the roof for me and took care of a couple issues that we had up there, despite the blazing heat. I have not had any official work done through this company but they've made a wonderful first impression.

Highly recommend this firm. Sales persons (David & Joe), Office Staff (Samantha), and pre-installation prep & repair (Patrick & Avery) have been upfront and personable. Mark was on time for the appointment, respectful of the property, and took his time explaining the roofing process to us.

Brian was so friendly and thorough during his visit. Hade me feel at ease about the process, he showed me photos, explained the damage to me and walked me through the next steps. I could tell he had the experience and knowledge to back his suggestions.

Their team has been wonderful since day one even during booking, the young lady I spoke to was kind and didn't just dismiss my worries. I was also sent (via text) a photo of Brian prior to his visit so I would recognize his face. As a single mom, this was a great comfort to me, and something most companies do not consider.

The office staff was kind, courteous and very professional with updates on the timing of the project. Joe came out and performed a roof/ siding / attic inspection. He gave a detailed breakdown of his findings followed by a pitch deck that detailed the scope of the work, explanation of products and information about Resnick. At no point did I feel pressured into booking with them nor was I upsold on expensive high end products. In fact, there were several instances where Joe told me my intended repairs were not necessary because my house was performing well. I haven't received my quote yet , so I can't comment on price point, but the inspection and sales process was a very positive experience.

Resnick Roofing and Contracting has done a number of projects for me over the years and they’ve always been very professional, and provided quality work and service.

Alex and Norman were excellent workers. They were very polite. They explained everything they had to do, worked hard, and completed their work in very reasonable time. After completion they described what the found snd how they fixed it. And also assured me that if there were any issues they would come and take care of them. It would be great if all workers were conscientious.

Had the front box gutter on our Bloomfield rowhouse replaced, along with fixing some poorly installed Hardie siding and trim.

Joe came out late last summer and gave us a quote. Was knowledgeable and did a good job explaining our options. Gave us a reasonable quote for the box gutter and said the trim repair work would be time and materials.

Was told 12-16 weeks from down payment but ended up being 32, but it was a cold, wet, windy winter, so that was reasonable. Communication during this delayed time was minimal, which would be my biggest complaint.

Pat and Avery did good work. They greatly improved the function of our box gutter and showed genuine concern about the integrity and aesthetics of our house. They kept a tidy and secure workplace, especially important with the proximity of our neighbors, cars on the street, etc. Pat did a great job explaining what they were doing and the options that were open to us when decisions needed to be made. He was a pleasure to work with.

Due to the previously poorly installed siding/trim (from a different contractor), they discovered significant water damage along the front corner of the house, so they ended up needing to do significant time and materials work on the repair, which was probably not the most cost effective, but I trusted Pat and crew to continue to make the repairs that were necessary and they were already here so ultimately it seemed worth it.

So far after a month of heavy and fairly continuous rain, there have been no leaks or issues and everything looks great.

Excellent service. Our tech arrived right on time, communicated effectively, and was honest enough to not try and sell us products we didn't need.

Resnick replaced our roof in 2022, but recent high winds had caused a portion of the fascia to separate from the new wood. Resnick sent Norman and Alex who came and repaired the damage for free. They did a terrific job and the roof looks good as new. Thank you, Resnick Roofing!

Resnick was at my home yesterday (June 4, 2025) to redo my roof. Very impressed by how quickly the guys completed my roof. Start to finish was about 4.5 hours (I have a 2 story 1000sq ft home with two covered porches). They did a great job on clean up when they were finished too. Noah in sales did a great job explaining the packages offered, the benefits of the shingles, and additional ventilation. Ryan, the project manager kept me completely in the loop before, during, and even after completion of my roof. Feeling pretty good about going with Resnick and I'm already noticing my second floor is cooler than it would be on a hot day with the old roof!

Updated June 30, 2025. Last week the area was covered by a heat dome with heat index reaching over 100⁰. My second story stayed comfortable! Last year it would have been absolutely unbearable. Couldn't be happier!

I got messages about the details of the inspection, saying it would take over an hour. Well, the guy was here for 15 minutes, flew a drone over the roof, said there were tile cracks and damage, but showed me nothing. Later sent an estimate for over $2,000. I did not get a very satisfying feeling about the process.

Matt, a sales a sales agent with Resnick Roofing, was very respectful and friendly. He explained in detail what he was going to do. He looked through the crawl space at the state of the roof underneath the roof. He answered our questions and concerns. He explained in detail the process that they go through in coming up an estimate for repairs.

First Class Start to finish. Sam is a great PM and Daniel the crew chief is nothing short of an artist.

From our first interaction through project completion, everyone at Resnick Roofing was attentive, responsive, and professional. I cannot recommend Resnick enough.

The whole week called for rain. They had one day to do the majority of the work. They worked their butts off and made it water tight in one day before the next storm came along. Great job!

The best of the best!! We had our attic (ventilation system) and our new roof completed on July 2Oth. Our entire experience was easy and stress free. Starting with scheduling the initial inspection, Mark B was very knowledgeable and so patient with all of our questions. Ashley was very informative and kept the lines of communication ongoing. Our PM-Ryan was on top of everything and the roofing experts worked diligently and efficiently. They were respectful and did an amazing job right down the clean up. Finished our project in a day. I will be sure to recommend Resnick Roofing to everyone.

Matt and his team were very efficient in getting our job done in one day. The roof withstood the recent severe thunderstorms and high winds. Communication was good overall. Sometimes more notice could be given before stopping by the house. They were responsive about following up and fixing very minor damage caused by falling debris when the old roof was being removed. Would use them again.

The 2 men that were here were courteous and professional. They cleaned up their work and explained in detail what they found and how they repaired it. It was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend Resnick Roofing .

Had the best experience with Brian from Resnick Roofing. Explained everything in detail about the roof and box gutters. Stated he would give me a couple different options. I didn’t feel rushed. He answered all my questions and answered questions I didn’t even think of.

I just had a new roof installed by these guys last week and they were terrific. Samuel who was in charge of the job constantly kept up with me on what was going on I really couldn't even tell they were there and also a great job from Joe Angioli who came to my house for the estimate I liked him the minute I met him I would suggest Resnick if you need a new roof anytime soon.
