I highly recommend DR3 for any roofing project. This crew gave 110%. Our main roof and addition were replaced with new plywood and shingles. New gutters and downspouts were also installed in just one day. The company also replaced some siding that was lost in the recent storm. Our yard was completely clean of any debris when the job was finished.

DR3 Roofing installed a new roof on my house three days ago. The company and its owner Dave Richards were a pleasure to deal with. Dave is very professional in running his business. From the beginning, the quote was very thorough, fair and competitive. Upon acceptance of the quote, Dave immediately provided multiple shingle choices from which to choose. The crew was friendly, professional and efficient. They took extra time and really sealed around the chimney, much more so than when the previous roof was installed and also corrected some issues around my skylights. Additionally, the crew did a thorough cleanup after the job was complete. And, it was so nice that they completed the job in one day! Beyond this, Dave is very responsive. Earlier, I had concerns about my previous roof and contacted Dave, he responded very quickly addressing my issues. After the new roof was installed, I had another question and he addressed that within a day as well. April, his Office Manager is also a pleasure to deal with and very professional. Overall, excellent experience.

The entire process from start to end was painless. Dave visited the home, inspected and measured, and had a quote sent to my email inbox instantly. I had quite a bit of atypical requests: A roof-mounted sunsetter, roof-mounted antenna, and a shed. The evening before, a dump truck arrived in my driveway. At 7:00 AM the crew started, and they were done at 1:15 PM, dump truck gone an hour or so later. The coolest part is a CompanyCam website link where pictures of the removal and installation are logged, giving you real-time updates. I was not even home most of the time, as Dave wisely suggested that I take the dogs elsewhere until they were done. The cleanup was spectacular, as is the look of my new roof.

When looking for roofers, make sure you select one that offers the best possible warranty and service (DR3 is an Atlas Pro Platinum Select Installer), and make sure you take that into consideration along with the price. Ask your potential roofer to describe the pre, day-of, and post install process. Then compare that with what is offered by DR3 Roofing. You won't be disappointed.

I’ve used DR3 for a new roof at our residence and more recently they installed gutter guards for me on a commercial building at our workplace. They’re always very professional, show up when they say they will, work lightning fast, and do a great job. Can’t recommend highly enough. Dave was outstanding to work with at a great price. When I first contacted him, I had a quote with various options within hours. He helped us decide what roof and features (gutter guards, shingle features, warranties, etc.) best suited our needs. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and delivered what he promised. We had a tree fall on the back of our house which tore the roofing and siding apart. DR3 was fantastic in getting it fixed. They worked with our insurance company to make sure everything would be covered. They came on time and finished very quickly. They even replaced a few boards that had some insect damage. Our new roof is beautiful and we have had several neighbors tell us they love it too. Dave and DR3 are the best!!!

This roofing company is amazing. So professional at every step. I received an estimate for the job and when additions had to be made they were quick to let us know and to revise costs. I was out of town when the job was done but was kept up to date with progress pictures all day. The crew was fast and efficient and completed the entire job in one day. This was a great help since it was a commercial building and they needed to use the parking lot and alley for the job. I can’t say enough nice things about Dave and his company. Would never recommend this company. Did not complete the roof repair, told us that the insurance company would not pay for the entire roof--that was a LIE. See how he left our roof in the picture below. We had to do the yard clean-up of hundreds of nails, porch clean up and put all of the yard items they moved back--even though he stated that his crew would do this. We had to have the entire roof re-done because of his inferior work. He would never submit a proposal to us for what it would cost to finish the roof even after he promised he would...because he LIED to us. Run don't walk away from this guy. He brags that he is a veteran---this Gold Star Family considers this a slap in the face.

This place is awesome! I thought I had a leak in my roof. They not only came out the same day, but also went all over my roof and checked it all out. Whe it turned out I didn’t have a leak they not only recommended a plumber for me, but also didn’t charge me a dime! Honest and reliable!

DR3 was amazing from start to finish! We received expert advice regarding damage to our roof and were able to get a full roof replacement. The entire process was simple and through. Dave walked us through everything from start to finish and even provided a link so that we could monitor the progress of the install. Couldn’t ask for a more professional and seamless process!

We had first used DR3 Roofing on our previous house a few years ago. The roof was put on in the 1990's and it was only a matter of time before we were going to have issues. We went through the process of calling up 3-4 different roofers to give us a quote. Per the recommendation of a coworker, DR3 Roofing was one of those contractors we ended up calling. After meeting with Dave to go over the quote and based on the coworker's satisfaction with their roof, we decided to go with DR3 Roofing.

Dave was present at various points throughout the day to check on progress of his team, drop-off any needed supplies, and answer any questions we might have had. Dave's team worked efficiently and methodically to get the roof finished in a single day. Timing was impeccable and that night, a severe thunderstorm passed through the area which obviously had us anxious. Despite all the downed tree limbs and debris in the neighborhood, the roof was completely fine the next morning. In the remaining years we were in the house, we never had a single issue with the roof.

Fast forward to now. We recently moved to a new home that had a roof nearing end of life. Based on our prior experience, the only company we called was DR3 Roofing.

Unlike the old house, this roof did not go on quite as smoothly. Once the old shingles were removed, some structural issues surfaced on the house. Dave, being big on transparency, provided pictures of two trusses that needed replaced that had severe rotting and explained to us how his team would remedy the issue.

Despite the unforeseen setback, Dave and the team were able to replace the trusses and still get the roof completed in a single day without sacrificing on the quality we have come to know and expect from them.

It's now been a couple weeks since the new roof was installed. We have gotten some rain, including high winds and so far, so good. Dave and his team have done another great job. Dave and his crew were phenomenal through the whole process. We had 6 quotes from 6 different companies look at our roof but none were as thorough and customer-focused as Dave. He quickly found the root cause of a leak and provided genuine feedback of options of repair vs. replace. DR3 Roofing did an excellent job on my roof. Dave had a fair and competitive price, and I appreciated the terms of job. I asked for a few nonstandard items and Dave was able to seamlessly accommodate me. Dave and the office staff communicated timely regarding all aspects of the job, from the estimate through installation. The installers worked effectively and would have completed a large roof in a day if not for the storm in the evening. The following day the job was completed, and all the debris picked up. The dumpster arrived the day of the job and was picked up the morning after completion. I would call upon DR3 again without hesitation.

I called DR3 for a leak on my 4 season room. Dave told me that the roof life had expired and should be replaced. My wife and I always had this threat in the back of our minds because of the cost. Dave came recommended by a friend who is a perfectionist in a shared hobby of mine. My house had 2 layers of shingles with a very steep pitch. I also have a large 4 season room and a front porch. When I received Dave’s bid I expected double that amount. I hired Dave upon receiving the bid. The only additional cost would be for replacement of rotted wood. Dave’s crew arrived early and immediately set up the area for roof removal. When you remove a roof it is a very dirty mess, but it has to be done! The tarps that they put down catches the majority of the old roof. The roof was inspected, rotten wood replaced and the latest modern roofing materials installed! Once the last shingle was installed everyone hit the ground and began to cleanup. Once the bulk of the old roof was in the dumpster they began to hand pickup, rake and use magnetic rakes. The high power blower then came out and finished the cleaning. This was a one day no messing around job! Would I recommend DR3 Roofing? Absolutely! Bill Knotts

We had storm damage to the roof on the addition connected to our home. We had 5 companies come out to give estimates. Every company, and my own two eyes, confirmed that we were overdue for an entire roof replacement. All of the companies offered the same Owens Corning shingles/roofing system, and the same or similar warranty. The difference was two other big points.
1. DR3 was very professional, explained all of the options clearly, and took the time to make sure we understood everything involved, from shingle color to venting of the new roof.
and
2. Not just cost, but value. Value in the prompt, courteous service even after the roof was installed. You are not a customer once. DR3 wants to keep you as a customer for your next need, and returns calls, texts, and emails in a manner that shows that they want to not just keep, but to gain new customers for life.

DR3 roofing exceeded my expectations. Dave was great to deal with and his crew was extremely hard working. They did everything right. They did a beautiful job on the flashing also. Their clean up was great and they did it all in 1 day. I would highly recommend them.

Dave and DR3 are the only roofing contractor I’ll ever use, especially after the storm damage I’ve had. Within a couple hours of my call after realizing I’d lost shingles in a windstorm the night before, Dave was on site, had completed a preliminary inspection, and advised me the best way to go about filing a claim, as well as ensuring no further damage would occur before the insurance inspector could do their thing. Everything was handled in a TIMELY, professional manner, and the work was top notch. I’d give more stars if it were an option. Call DR3 first!

DR3 was great to work with! I called for a quote and within 1 week the job was finished! They made sure the job was according to code (they really know their stuff!) as we live in a home from the 1880's so there's a bit more complexity involved. The staff was so polite and tidy too! They cleaned up the sidewalk with a leaf blower, leaving no mess or issues with the grass upon leaving. We worked with Dave on two separate projects. The first was a kitchen remodel. He did an amazing job and was very upfront on his cost and skillset. It was a small in between project for him, but he made us fill like we were his top priority.
