Highly recommend Ken and this company. This is a family owned business with many years of experience. I called for a quote and spoke to Jodi, who set an appointment for 2 days. Ken came out and listened to what I wanted, explained some options. I got the quote, which was very reasonable for a new metal roof and new siding and gutters and a new window for the kitchen. I went with the quote and was given a start time in 1 week. I was sent an invoice for 1/2 down. This was to buy the materials. Ken returned to measure and then order the materials. The window was a custom size, so it took a little longer (about 2 weeks). The roofing team came and removed the old shingles and installed new barrier and roof panels in one day. On the 2nd day, they put caps on an ice barrier. The roofing team was very efficient, polite, and respectful of the property. Once the window was delivered, the next day, it was installed. The following day, they came back to finish it up. The siding was a new crew, and they were just as efficient and professional. The removed old siding, wrap the house, put on new siding, and new soffit. The casing around the windows, corners, dryer vent, and hose connection were an added bonus. Once the work was completed, I was sent a final invoice. The company was easy to work with and has good communication. There was a small issue I wasn't happy with, but Ken and Jodi said they would definitely fix the problem to my liking. (They did).

Randy was punctual, professional and did a good job! I had an issue where the siding came off during high winds and they honored the warranty, came out and fastened it back up the next day. Highly recommend Rescue Roofing & Siding for all of your roofing and siding needs!

Ken quoted us on a full roof replacement. His price was competitive with other quotes I received, he answered all my questions, and his crew was quick to complete the work. Crew did a good job cleaning up after themselves also! Would recommend.

They were fast and professional. I appreciate the fact that he covered the roof until he got the roofer over there since the roof was leaking and he is extremely busy with all the wind damage.

I had a great experience with Rescue Roofing fixing some old soil stacks on my home. The house is older, and the flashing around them had degraded and had begun leaking into our newly purchased house. Ken and his team were responsive, polite, and had totally reasonable pricing considering that this could have been considered an emergency repair and cost much more. When I had a minor issue after the repair was done (a shingle had cracked, which was not the fault of the employees), Ken sent the crew out right away before it could rain again. I am an avid DIYer and always interested in how things work, and his team showed me photos of what had happened and how they had fixed it so I understood the process. I really appreciated that. Great folks who do great work fast.

One piece of shingle was blown off our roof due to the severe storm a few weeks ago. My husband and I called 3 roofing companies and no one came out to repair it even after promising of doing so. I'm not sure it's bc it's such a small job or what the reason is. Ken got back to me very promptly and took care of it within a few days. He was courteous and professional.
