Ohio Roofing Solutions did a wonderful job on our new roof! We had just purchased or first home and found ourselves in a bind with our insurance company requiring us to replace the roof within a month of moving in. We had a deadline by the insurance company and Ohio Roofing solutions was able to get us a great quality metal roof done quickly and within our budget.
We had a couple other companies come out beforehand, but what really stuck out to us about Naaman at Ohio Roofing Solutions, is that he was really honest about the condition of the roof, the options, and his recommendations and why he was making those recommendations. Some other companies offered us different material options without explaining the consequences or potential problems with each material. It was clear that while some companies primarily wanted to make a sale, Ohio roofing solutions wanted to install a quality roof.

We had a last minute emergency repair to our roof. The team was quick to respond and had our roof patched in a matter of hours from time of the service request. Well done, Professional, and great customer service.

Naaman was so easy to work with. He gave us options that fit our budget. The crew finished our entire roof in one day and left our yard in immaculate condition. Highly recommend them!

We found our experience with Ohio Roofing Solution to be fair and honest. After a large storm, there were serval companies coming around and offering to give quotes for hail damage. We were told by one company that we needed a new roof, but they never showed us photos/ proof. Ohio Roofing Solutions showed us photos they had taken of the roof, explained the minimal damage (how it was caused and what effects we could expect), and why we didn't need a new roof. I truly appreciate their professionalism and honesty.

I was very pleased with the work they did on my home.
I contacted them several times with questions and Katrina was very helpful and patient.

Needed repair on our slate roof due to missing slates from storm damage. We went with Ohio roofing solutions after getting multiple estimates with them being a local small business. We were also wanted to get out gutters replaced. We were told that by the owner that it wouldn’t take long since we were not able to sleep in our bedroom due to the ceiling collapsing and couldn’t replace the drywall until the slates were replaced.. we sent them a deposit of half amount of the estimate and most of the contact came from us as to when the the work would start and to keep us updated on when we could expect the work to be done. After multiple phone calls and 3 weeks later someone showed up to drop off materials to do the work. I will add during this time the owner was on vacation and it seemed no one was able to provide answers as to the repairs to be performed. my husband noticed there wasn’t enough slates to repair the roof. He called again and was told the worker had more slates on his truck. When the worker came he did not have more slates. My husband noticed there was metal in place of where slates were supposed to be. After 1 week and 3 trips our roof was finally fixed. Needless to say we declined on our gutters being replaced since we heard nothing about when that would be done, not to mention if it would be done correctly.
Would not recommend this company at all!

I didn’t have missing slates in February when you came knocking on my door needing business. Told you then we weren’t sure we even wanted work to be done then. You gave us an estimate anyway. I don’t think anyone would not answer back to a roofing company when there is missing slates and drywall and any rain would come into our bedroom. I can promise you we didn’t miss any phone calls from you. Maybe when you were on vacation for 2 weeks and no one in charge of anything and we couldn’t get anyone to respond for days with answers on when work will be complete! You also said you had one man that repairs slate and he would contact us with his schedule. We have receipts to show we didn’t miss ANY phone calls or emails from you or anyone in your office!! We can post screenshots if you would like… And to say you did extra work for us worth $400 is such a lie! My husband counted the slates there were 7 on the first day of work. Our estimate said 12 slates to be replaced and 13 were counted replaced and that’s what your employee said as well… that was including the one found on the ground that fell. July 1st emailed asking for estimate
July 6 emailed we signed contract and the link to pay wouldn’t work. You called Wayne on the 6th telling him to drop a check off which he did. July 10th tom called to say the work would be done on the 16th July 17th work started with 7 slates. We found metal looked to replace slates. Workers came back 2 additional times and still wasn't finished. We called on the 24th telling you we weren’t satisfied with the work and not moving forward with gutters. A refund check was issued for the remainder of the work August 12th

Ohio Roofing Solutions did an incredible job on our roof and gutters. In and out in one with no mess left behind. Highly recommended and will most definitely be considered on future projects.

Went back and forth with this company for over 6 weeks, as soon as they found out my insurance company wasn't paying for a full replacement they stopped talking to me, was told someone would tarp my roof, didn't happen, was told someone would see if new shingles would match my old, didn't happen, was told they would handle and work with the insurance company, didn't happen

Ohio Roofing Solutions gave an initial estimate in person and ensured me that they could complete the repairs in a timely manner. After getting other estimates, I decided to go with Ohio Roofing. We had storm damage on our roof and siding from May of 2022. We had them come out for an estimate. They took care of contacting our insurance company, along with the back and forth details for the estimates. Their teams were professional and their craftsmanship was top notch. Showed up on time with 4 guys.
Ripped off old roof, replaced several pieces of wood that was rotted.
Installed new roof with ice guard and new ridge vent.
Cleaned up after themselves, found no nails,staples or paper after they were done.
Completed it all in one day.
Roof looks great and have a 50 year shingle warranty.

I had my roof completely replaced in summer of 2021 through another company, and needless to say, I regret not finding Ohio Roofing Solutions first. The field supervisor, Naaman Nakanishi, came out today to estimate the repair of our low slope rubber roof leak. He provide us with a thorough breakdown of out options after inspecting the leak and possible points of entry. He was very professional/personable without sugar coating the solution to get the sale.

Our overall experience with Ohio Roofing Solutions has been very good. They were quick to come out to look at our gutter, provide an estimate and get us on their schedule. The only issue we had was a slight miscommunication re: timing of the day of install but I won't hold that against them. Ralph was our installer and he did a great job. He was on time and checked out my gutters and gave me a very good price also he cleared out one of my clogged gutters for no charge, very professional.

Called them to about a leak I could not detect. Naaman arrived wen promised about found where it was coming from. Scheduled repair the following Friday and at a great price. Ralph from Ohio Roofing Solutions showed up at promised time, in fact they called earlier in the morning to see if they could do it today with today being a Thursday a day early. Ralph did the work, explained the repair and he was finished. Also there was no mess left.Done and clean.

We had a couple leaks in our roof around the plumbing vents and our neighbor recommended Ohio Roofing Solutions. We were able to schedule a quote and then have them fix them in less than one and a half weeks, and right in time before a big rainstorm. Ralph was very professional and did a great job!

We have had work done on our roof two times by Ohio Roofing Solutions and both times they went above and beyond for us. Even though our roof is only 6 years old (installed by a contractor that is now out of business), we have had a few issues with loose shingles, and this time a bad leak near an exhaust pipe. Each time ORS was very responsive and let us know exactly when they would be out and what the job would entail. Ralph did a great job tearing out the bad decking and exhaust boot and replacing it with new. When he was done he showed me pictures of the progress on his phone and explained what he did. When he asked if we had any questions i requested that he look over the rest of the roof to see if there were any problem areas he thought may need attention in the future. Ralph took it upon himself to caulk around some of our vent cans that he said were exposed a little more than they should be. He also suggested having the metal around the chimney changed because it was allowing water to pool. Not only are we are thrilled with the job they did but also their prices. We would highly recommend them to anyone with roof issues.

I had a fence installed. The fence ended up being over the property line a about 4 feet. I contacted Nathan and he sent a crew over to move the fence and cut my final payment $100. There was no ill will with him or me. Satisfied.
