Great company overall. The people in the phone room were very pleasant, the sales rep was phenomenal as well and knowledgeable. I can’t wait to see my new windows.

These people have been calling me non stop since I filled out a form at a home show. The first time I answered they told me some shady story that I was being entered into a sweepstakes and they used that line to get some information about my home. Then they called me back just now with pretty much the same line in order to get me talking about my house. These people are shady as hell and I would never do business with them and you shouldn’t either. There’s a lot better places you could go. This is a dishonest business with scam artist marketing techniques. Don’t trust them.

Very happy with Rescom doors. Made with high quality materials and the install team was top notch!! The amount of pride and effort the team did to achieve excellent craftsmanship was outstanding!!

To say that I am thrilled with my new windows and door is an understatement! My team came in and had everything installed and finished in such a quick speed! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable , professional, and, truly wonderful! My home already is more quiet and it feels cozy! I’ll definitely be replacing some of my other windows in the future! We have used Rescom multiple times to replace windows in our home. The quality of the windows is only exceeded by the friendly, courteous, skilled and efficient installation crew. Fantastic service! I highly recommend Rescom.

I have never heard of this company but they began calling me in October and have continued to, as often as multiple times a day. The calls are marked as spam so my phone does not allow them. I block every number and have over 25 they have called from so far. I have not had a chance to speak to them but went on their website and emailed them requesting my name, number, etc all be removed from any call lists they have. The calls have continued regardless. Whatever this company is, something is wrong with them.

Very professional company. Love the communication from the very beginning. Amazing staff. The specialist Benjamin was great at explaining everything thoroughly. Very much so quality products as well.

Weird experience. We’re finishing renovation projects on a house in MA while we prep to sell but have moved across the country for work already. I asked for someone to come out and quote windows while I was back east. They were not happy that my husband wasn’t in the area but set up an appointment when I explained our situation. Then called and professed more annoyance that it would just be me, then called again and said they could t meet me because I would be leaving town again. I was confused and said wait but I have an appointment for before I leave and I’m coming back. The sales guy said “we’re all booked up”. Wtf? The funniest thing to me is we live in what is basically a glass house, this window job was huge and a lot of $$$$$$. Every other window company I contacted has come out this week to give estimates without endless phone calls, chiding and rudeness.

Had an estimator come out in November 2024 to quote me two exterior doors. We picked the cheapest most basic steel doors, and was told it’ll be $15,000 to replace both doors! I was also told I would have a formal quote sent over via email and was never followed up with. Outrageous pricing.

We had 24 windows replaced. Our whole experience with Rescom has been fantastic! That’s so very rare to find. Our salesperson Rob respected our time and didn’t pressure us. The Bristol window is top quality and reasonably priced. The warranty on the windows is the best that we have found. The office staff was courteous and efficient. The installation crew was professional, polite, efficient, and clean. We couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Needed my front door replaced. I have an old home so it's nice that this company will make your doors a custom size to fit your existing opening. All of the existing rot was removed and replaced for the original price. You don't get a quote that can have added charges later what you agree upon is what you pay. Installers were professional and respectful of my home. All debris cleaned up and removed from site. I just ordered some windows from them too. Definitely exceeds the home stores in quality and installation.

This is our 3rd dealing with Rescom Exteriors, and we are still as we have been incredibly happy with our sales, installation team, and product that we purchased. Our Rescom story started in Summer of 2017. We signed up for one of those free windows deal at the Spencer Fair, which got us our first consultation, with Doug our sales associate. At that point we received our first quote, which literally sent chills down my spine. After already receiving other quotes from competitors and understanding the different designs of the product, we decided to give Rescom a try and had our back patio slider replaced with them. The door came slightly out of adjustment after the first year, and true to their word they sent out a tech and in minutes got it back into alignment, and we have had no issues with it since. Due to such a great transaction we invited Doug back in early 2020 and replaced 6 of our worse upstairs windows along with main entry door, and now again in 2022 have once again returned to Rescom for the installation of 5 more windows on our main level.

With all the work we have done so far, we only have 12 windows left to do, and when the time comes rest assure we will be calling on Rescom once again to finish the house.

These windows do come at a hefty price, but you get what you pay for, and for what I have spent so far, I feel the investment has definitely been worth it. If you have not yet, I would highly recommend giving Rescom a call and see how they can help with your window replacement needs.

We have been using Rescom for years. Over the course of the last 15 years we have had all our doors and windows replaced and even installed in new construction, they are always updating the efficiency of the windows, they are always professional and courteous, we couldn't be happier.

Purchased a sliding glass door. 1. Paul, the Sales guy, is very nice and personable, which is to be expected, AND PAUL REALLY KNOWS THE PRODUCT. His knowledge of the product proved the quality and workmanship. We didn’t just buy “any old” sliding glass door. 2. We purchased the new sliding glass door to replace an old French door. The Point: The thermal quality of the ResCom Triple-Pane slider was immediately obvious as soon as the cool Autumn nights turned into Winter. The whole corner of the room is warmer than it’s ever been since we’ve lived in the house. 5 Stars.

I had Rescom install a new door about 6 years ago. This door comes with a lifetime guarantee and costs several thousands of dollars. Every year since the installation, They have had to come out to adjust the door in the middle of the winter when it has been freezing outside and they have to keep my door open for over an our to make the necessary adjustments just so it will close properly. My door is not working again now. I cannot open it at all and the cold air comes in through the gaps. I have called them three times in the past two weeks. They keep telling me they will call me back the same day but never do. At this point, I want a complete new installation. I`m tired of having to call every year for adjustments. With all this being said, I would not recommend them for any type of work at all, Save yourself the disappointment and go through home depot for a fraction of the price.

We have had both window bay and front for over 11 years and have not had any issues . They work and Look as good as new ! Recommend them highly.

Everything about this company is great! Right from the beginning with the salesman Ben to the whole crew that came out to do the install. They communicated everything very clearly about the install and what to expect. They actually exceeded our expectations (which is hard to do considering we have had many issues with contractors.) We love the new windows and even saw a decrease on our heating bill. Can't say enough about these guys!!! Definitely consider them when looking for new windows!

Excellent service and the new windows lowered my energy bills. I am now able to put an ac in my window!! Woohoo!

What an amazing company. The salesman Ben is so polite and helpful. He’s responsive to emails and always got me the answers I needed. The installation crew was AMAZING. The work done was far better than I expected. The quality of the windows and doors are better than any other “popular” company I’ve used in the past. Highly recommend.

From the salesperson to the installation team everyone was courteous and respectful. The salesman talked us through the product and process and the install was fast and they cleaner up after themselves. I would highly recommend.

Had 12 windows replaced. A bit pricey but they are great windows. No more wind coming through! Sales rep was knowledgeable and very nice to work with.

We started having 8 windows put in many years ago. We loved them so much that we had two more put in. Then, two years later we had a large bow put in the front and a bay window put in the back. The bay has the nicest feature ; the large window in the middle opens and gives such wonderful air flow. It is our favorite !!! Last year, we finally had two doors put in and could not be happier with them. Many people think they are very expensive but they are of wonderful quality and well worth the expense.

Very friendly and responsive. Have had one window repaired under the warranty, they made it super easy and hassel free.

Minor service repairs after several years were completed efficiently and without charge. We are very pleased with the products and service.

Excellent service!!!! We’ve had three doors completed by Rescom, two in very heavy traffic areas. We have a houseful of animals, and these doors have taken on some heavy abuse from our dogs. No issues, no scratches besides some muddy paws haha! The quality is superb, and that’s why we went back for our front door!! Can’t wait to have new windows out in! That’s next on the docket. Paul has been responsive and wonderful and so easy to work with. We appreciate all of their help in slowly fixing up our fixer-upper :)

I have been using rescom for years. We have done a front door, sliding glass door, bow window and bay window most recently. Everything has excellent quality and the installers are the best. I highly recommend them.

Had then window done 3 years ago. We haven’t had any problems they save on ac cost in summer. They clean great. Very happy!!

They do quality work, they had great installation there workers were clean and efficient. My only complaint would their finance company foundation finance refused to allow me make additional principle payments each month.

We have had our windows for 3 years now. They work great and are easy to open and clean. We have only had an issue with one window and it is being dealt with very quickly by the company.

Installed a new sliding door for me. Door and warranty are top quality. Business is professional and responsive. Had someone try to break in and they came to repair the door the next day free of charge! Also, on a good note, the door won, preventing entry of the thief! Very happy with my purchase! ❤️

Great company and you won't find better doors for a reasonable price. They are pricier than the builder grade ones that you might find at Home Depot but you get what you pay for. We hired them to replace our back door, basement door, and our porch slider and have been very happy with the results.

Had seven windows and one door replaced a number of years ago. The house is much more comfortable now. Since then, they repaired a screen when a tree branch fell during a storm at no charge. Called them back recently when the storm door failed (No charge for the repair), and asked them to replace the sliding glass door and one other window as well. Very responsive to my request for pricing info. These are not cheap windows, but are worth the investment.

My salesman Paul was very attentive and also personable, definitely helped me out a lot with the different deals as well. He went above and beyond! My installation was fast, clean and I've had zero issues or complaints!

This is the second time I've used Rescom. Very happy with the windows. Easy to open and clean. The patented locking system is nice. Ben has been very helpful. Sales and install teams are professional. Left the areas clean and organized when they were done.

Changed old aluminum porch windows and doors with glass sliding doors. Beautiful work and expensive. A facelift for the house. Sliding window doors are heavy but insulate well. Runners require maintenance.
