ResCo Roofing replaced our roof after a hail storm. After interviewing 5 roofing companies we decided to go with ResCo because of their representative Nick. Nick seemed more knowledgeable and thorough than the others. He was instrumental in us getting a new roof. We had an insurance company that is known for not paying hail damage claims. Nick was here the 3 times they sent an adjuster out. He also talked to the adjusters and management on the phone several times. He was determined to make the insurance company do the right thing.
Nick did everything he said he would do including replacing our roof in one day. He was here that day to oversee and help clean up. Our roof looks great.

My experience with resco had been great. We had a hail storm effect our area and 30 roofing companies from out of state flooded our area. I decided to go with local and I’m thankful for it. Nick showed up promptly for a no pressure inspection. Every step had been communicated clearly. Within three weeks our new roof was installed in one day flat and it looks great. We’re very pleased! I recommend resco to everyone.

Resco roofing representative Nick was on the scene after we had a severe hail storm in our area. We had several companies come to our home to do an inspection of our roof (totaling about 11). Nick seemed to be the most knowledgable that called on us. He took sufficient time to inspect our roof system and explain what damage we had from the storm. He met with our insurance providers contractor to assist in doing an overall damage report and cost analysis. We were able to have our roof completely replaced. Nick seems to be honest and forthright. He was easy to talk with and willing to answer any questions.

Not clear was Awesome to work with a great guy!!! Spent a good amount of time inspecting our roof and was great throughout the process!! We will definitely use Nick And ResCo Roofing for any future needs!!! The finished product is Amazing!!!!

Highly recommend Daniel with Resco roofing. Daniel helped me get my parents roof fixed after it was damaged from a hail storm. They had the roofers scheduled within a week of me giving the okay. Kept me updated through the whole process. Daniel also personally came on site to check while the roofers were working. They brought 6 guys and were finished within 6 hours.

Not only did a great job in replacing my home’s entire roofing with quality materials and workmanship, but their insurance coordinator Daniel did a great job in helping me to work with insurance company to assess the damage due to natural disaster and negotiated claim and replaced the roof basically free of charge. Can’t say enough good things about ResCo Roofing. From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost proficiency. Nick was extremely helpful as I had never submitted a claim before and really didn’t know where to start. The crew that came out to do the job was nothing short of awesome. They worked from 7:30 am until 8:00 pm on a day when the temperature was above 100° up on the roof. They were professional and thorough all the way to the end when they cleaned up. We can’t say enough good things about Nick and ResCo. The roofers who replaced the roof did a great job. They cleaned up their mess. There was not one nail in our yard after cleanup. They combed the yard several times for anything they might have dropped. They worked hard and got it done. Great communication and quick responses. You won’t be disappointed if you contact Nick. The Resco team was extremely helpful with the insurance process, they walk you through everything! It was quick once ordered, to get scheduled and the roof / gutters couldn’t look better! They also cleaned up nicely afterwards so that was a nice touch for my tenant not to have to deal with anything. Highly recommend!

This was a great experience from the beginning. They made it so easy and gave all the information needed and as they said “the only thing a customer will need to do is choose the color”. Thats it. After the initial call to put in the hail claim, ResCo handles speaking to the Ins company and the adjuster.
I would highly recommend having them check to see if you have had any storm damage in your area, and possibly can get a new roof. Very professional and quick to respond. I’m sure they would do just as good a job if you were wanting to replace your existing roof out of pocket as well.

I would not use this company again. They tried to get our roof done in one day. As you can imagine, the job was not done properly. The crew was on our roof at 10 pm finishing up their work. I’m not quite sure how you can see what you’re doing working that many hours in the dark. Of course when the first good rain came we learned that we now had leaks in 3 places in our ceiling above the fireplace. After initially agreeing that they would make it right and pay for the repair (he even said we could use our own painter after we insisted we use theirs to save money) he offered us $500 dollars out of the 3k that we spent. His reasoning? His guys did not cause any damage to the chimney mortar when they installed our new roof, it was just old age. Ironic that I had no roof leaks BEFORE hiring this company but they started immediately after the roof was replaced???? To be safe, stay away from this company! So much for guaranteeing your work. Empty promises.

ResCo Roofing was extremely professional and walked me through the roofing process from inspection through installation. They had my house on their schedule within a week, completed the work as scheduled within a day, and when they left, the yard was completely free of any roofing nails and/or other debris. Without hesitation, I highly recommend ResCo Roofing.

A Tree fell on our house in September of 2022. We took a few appointments for roof repair and interior damage due to the water that came into the house through the roof. We chose Resco to assess the damage and to work with our insurance company to coordinate payment for the repair. I was impressed with the timeliness of the repairs and my wife was very happy with the quality of painting and ceiling repair that Resco provided. They became the primary contact with the insurance company and all the repairs were paid for without our involvement. Any concerns were quickly remedied. The roof looks great and they kept me from having to manage multiple contacts for gutter and interior work. These are good guys that communicate well.

ResCo Roofing inspected our roof on our house in Greensboro and was very detailed when explaining the insurance claims process and even helped us at calling in the claim. Walked us through the process with the adjuster and was attentive to our concerns with never doing this before. Once the roof was approved Bradley helped explain the steps in getting our new roof and how the insurance works. The hardest part for us of the whole process was picking out a new shingle color.

I reached out to Resco Roofing to have repairs done on my house in Greensboro. I received a quick response back. I felt like the owner was very knowledgeable, willing to help and understanding of my needs. I highly recommend this contractor. A+++
