We caught a break this year with the weather and I was able to get a new roof on our house and garage, along with gutters, in December. Scheduling was sketchy, but once the work was started it was a fast, GOOD job. The only reason I'm not giving five stars was from the poor communication on the part of the scheduler.

The roofers did a great job. They worked really efficiently and cleaned up really well especially in the backyard where we have dogs. Just took a long time to get the work scheduled and then minimal contact on what to expect when. Got an email 20 minutes before material was dropped off Sunday morning.

the roof looks great.

Reroof America was recommended by our insurance company, but they were a spectacular disappointment. Signed contract in May of 2022. They cancelled original start date in June and moved it to July. Supplies were not delivered but workers showed up anyway. I had to call the sales manager who said he mistakenly ordered pickup rather than delivery. Workers arrived the next day and discovered they had to get the materials themselves. Workers left, then came back hours later and began tearing off the roof at 4:30 in the afternoon. After about 30 minutes the workers started packing up to leave with the roof partially removed. The sales manager told them I was cancelling the job. We NEVER said we were cancelling the job. Roof took over a week to be installed (we have a smaller split-level home). Waited another two months to get the gutters installed, when worker showed up without any notice. Neither the salesperson or the sales manager contacted us during this time and did not check in on the project. Charged us for work on the air conditioner which was never done, took several phone calls to get charges removed. Months later (January) they lost the endorsed insurance check which they claimed we never mailed. They also added additional charges to the bill in January even though work was completed in July. Finally contacted us again the beginning of May for the remainder of the bill. Sent check right away, they lost it again, and salesperson left angry message asking why we were not paying our bill. The check was ultimately found on their end months later. Finally, my husband came home in September (2023) to find our city inspector and a representative of Reroof America on our roof (again no notification) because Reroof America had failed to submit the final inspection and paperwork. All told we have been dealing with this for well over a year. We went months at a time without hearing from anyone until it came to payment. Reroof America's Minnesota office's lack of communication was the absolute worst I have ever encountered from any business. We had no issue with the installers-they were friendly and professional. Based on our experience with the Minnesota office I do not recommend this company.

Joe and his crew very professional and walked me the whole process also good quality work!! Will be doing business again if needed.

Joe is not only a great business owner, he is also a genuinely nice guy that wants to help you, not himself! Very responsive, professional, and good communicator, would definitely recommend.

Joe is an awesome, considerate and dependable human. I didn’t use the company (yet) but would choose this business if needed.
