My experience with Renatus Exteriors could not have gone better! They identified storm damage to my roof and represented me through the insurance process. When my estimate arrived and several important line items were missing, they used their knowledge of building codes to properly supplement my insurance to ensure my new roof was code compliant and warrantable! I would’ve never been able to go this alone and I want to thank them for their integrity and thoroughness and the superb quality of their work! I’m a customer for life!

Renatus was recommended to me by someone at my church. Michael came to my house and actually reviewed my insurance policy. After inspecting the roof, he explained everything to me, along with pictures. He provided me with options to proceed, including financial options.
The roofers came to do the work, and before even starting, asked if I had any questions.
They did an excellent job on the new roof, which included good clean-up. While the work was being done, Michael would come by to check progress and make sure everything was ok. I felt as if there was additional oversight.
Although the job is now complete, Michael has followed through with sending documentation to the insurance company.

Jake was so easy to work with. Went above and beyond when I was having difficulty with my insurance check! Recommend him any time!

Jake with Renatus is EXTREMELY professional, reliable, and easy to talk with. I didn’t feel like I was being scammed or sold on something I might not need. Anything with repairs can seem daunting and it is always good to find someone you trust who will make sure you have the best information at hand. I wasn’t sure if I needed a repair or replace and I was concerned that I would find someone who wanted to insist on replacement to make the most money but not at my benefit. I felt I was given great information, pros and cons, and given options that I felt comfortable with. Highly recommend!

I had a few questions about my roof…Jake with Renatus Exteriors answered all of my questions. He answered right away, set up an appointment , and showed up early. He was polite, kind, and so easy to work with. He ended up deciding that my roof did not need to be replaced, and he would love to help me down the road with any projects. I asked what I owed him and he said that the inspections are and always will be absolutely free. Such a pleasant experience.
