Our roof from hail damaged was replaced and gutters adjusted for proper drainage in a fast and timely matter.

Very quick response and process from calling them over for inspection to getting the project done. Very easy to communicate and during project day, they were on site from the time work started until it was finished. Would definitely go with them in the future if needed.

Renatus Exteriors did a great job overall on our window and door replacement, but the project was not without a few snags. There was a quote that excluded a window and had an incorrect size on another. External doors were ordered that fit the wrong door frames. When we thought that the windows had been ordered, they had not, causing a delay. When the windows arrived, most of them were the wrong size, resulting in another delay. So why would I give Renatus Exteriors a good rating?
They are responsive to questions whether by text, phone or e-mail. They provide an itemized quote that shows the cost of each window and door and the labor for the project. They show up when they say they will. They use subcontractors that do an excellent job and show attention to detail in their work. The price on the contract is the price paid...no hidden fees or overcharging.
Renatus got the job done. We’ve had other contractors who were not interested in the job, ghosted us when we were waiting for a quote, or quoted outrageous numbers without providing an itemized invoice. Renatus delivered as promised and saved us money. They solved problems to our satisfaction and we are very happy with our new windows and doors.

Renatus Exteriors, ( Gerard) just finished our roof and all new metal (facia, gutters, etc) on our residential home. They did a very nice job and stayed with us from the initial estimate, through haggling with insurance, and the final work. We are very pleased to recommend them, as they did all the promised and a bit more!

First...I feel that Jamey was pretty much always available from the very get go!! Even if I didn't get ahold of him right away, he always called me back!! He had to deal with me being out of town and my son about things that he seen needed to be fixed!! I would recommend them to anyone and I would definitely use them again for all my exterior needs!! Second...all of his contractors were amazing and easy to get ahold of as well!!
